The report is in this the conclusion to my experience , let me just say I was stupid and ignorant, stupid that I knew I should I get a at least an second estimate but the appraiser gave this place a good recommendation and the estimate and the drop went so so well.But i didn't because I just wanted it fix and I was as ignorant because I didn't ask any questions about the process just blindly believe the "kool aid" . Here what happen I drop the car off on the 2 nd estimate done and they said it would be done on the 8th, cool, 8th came and gone I call on the 9th they said car wasn't done, they had to do a supplement. I ask what's that , it meant more damaged underneath , I reply okay I'll tell the appraiser, they replied they already did it. Now here comes what I called a gut punch, I said how come you didn't call me about the damaged and the car not ready, they said they should have. I replied how come you guys didn't call me no reply , the call back ended. Fast forward to the 24th car ready paid the money I got from the insurance the other was directly sent to them already. So takeaways I never want to go thru that again, " drive carefully ", and pay the extra bucks to park you car in better places. Get more than one estimate and in my situation never to use the appraiser word, is the car look good as new, no I looks like there was no damaged unless you sell the car. Btw my car was equipped with gps tracking , doors unlocked noticed or windows down, I got a lot of alerts about the doors and windows during the three weeks but what was annoying there was a lot of "test drives", so turn off the alerts this part of being ignorant is bliss read more

Mike and Mitch are Wonderful!!! I had a woman go airborne and land on my hood of my 26 yr old classic 2000 Dodge truck. Within a half an hour after the incident, I called Fleury's, telling them what happened and a tow truck was sent to my rescue. Mitch showed up and had my truck towed to Fluery's Body Shop. My car sustained significant damage to the rear left quarter panel. Usually no big deal, but this is an old car and the part is discontinued, so I needed to find someone who would fix the mangled part that I had instead of replacing it with a new one. The problem is that nobody would touch it. Seriously. I took the car to probably 10 body shops who all wanted $6000+ (way more than the car was worth) and wouldn't consider fixing what was there. Then I took it to Fleury's. The first thing Mike said when he saw the car was "I bet everybody else told you they wouldn't fix it." He was spot on, but he told me he would do it for a little over $1000! I was incredibly thankful for his willingness to even take on the work, but was even more blown away when I got the car back (the repair was remarkably fast as well - a little over a week). If not for the slightly mismatched paint (which I had told him not to bother with) you wouldn't even know it had been wrecked beyond recognition. And the work was done with no filler! I have had work done at Fleury's many times over the years on my car from dints and scratches to just recently, a major reprieve from the edge of death for my poor car. My husband also had a repaint on his   Harley that was nothing short of amazing!  I have a lot of respect for Mike's work ethic and fantastic service, not to mention the fantastic job he always does on my car. (Mike is the owner and resedent whip holder at Fleury's). Remember when your mom would say "don't judge a book by its cover"? Well this is a perfect example of that saying. Fleury's is a dirt under your nails greezy shop that spends all of thier efort and time doing whats most important....Fixing your car & doing it right! I'll give you some pros and cons based on my experience there over the years.   Pros:           - If you are a "car person" you'll want to bring your vehical here, especially if you are really picky about the care of your one true love. Mike is defenetly a car person, dosn't cut corners, and treats your car as if it's his!         - Paint work is always perfect and Mike really understands the science behind it and gives you the best advice for your situation for top notch end results ( its  all about the after care it seems )... For example; Before I took my vehicles to Fleury's I didn't know that all though newly alpplied paint can seem perfectly "dry", but it still needs time to cure and "breath", in order to achieve optimum results. It is't a good idea to apply decals, trim peases, car wax & paint sealers for a period of time to freshly painted surfaces.         - Mike will usualy say come back on this date & I'll put your decal/ trim piece on for you. Unorthodox, yes but I  always get so many complements on how nice my paint looks. So to me its worth it.     - The body work he does is second to none. I like to autocross ( a.k.a race) my baby on the weekend so when my frame was messed up recently (by an inattentive nit of a woman) I thought it was the end of my baby's racing days . I'm happy to say I was Wong. Mike and his team got her looking like her former glorious self. Better yet she drives just as well as she always has, and is stronger than she was prior to this accedent.  Which I can tell you this takes close attention to detail that many places simply do not have.      - If you need a quick estimate he always seems to have time for you when you swing by.      -  As someone that dose not have a very flexible work schedule, trying to get to places during "normal business hours" can be very difficult. So there have been several occasions when he has stayed past when he's suposed to be closed so I can pick my car up, or put on a decal or whatever....Dosen't sound like a big thing, but when you have to keep (& pay for) a rental car for extra day(s) because you can't get to the shop during business hours it really can be a big thing!        - He will also go to bat for you against the ins. Co. The biggie being, he always seems to be able to get your rental car extended when he needs extra time. (Even if your passed your alowed amount of time or $$ for rental)        -  His prices are very fair, not dirt cheep, but fair especially considering the quality of the repair work. - He is honest and won't jerk you around on anything. Cons:      - Fleury's dose fantastic work, because of this fact they are always super busy and so work can take longer than promised. Admittedly sometimes as long as several weeks.       - One other annoying thing that happens sometimes (ok most of the time)  the inside of your newly fixed car looks  like someone had a massive cocaine party inside & forgot to invite you! Very fine white powder can get just about anywhere and everywhere! If your car's stay is short you won't see this so much though. However they do try to wash and vacuum the car up as much as  time allows.  * I am a self proclaimed perfectionist when it comes to car cleanliness. So what bothers me may not bother the average car owner.       - Fleury's is  an old school body shop, parts and files everywhere, a truly messy place addmidedly. This doesn't bother me, I figure if he isn't prettying up his shop he's working on my car!       - The last con I can think of (if you can call it that) is one time after I picked  my car up after getting some minor thing taken care of, a few days later I noticed a light splatter of something on the hood of my car. I took it back to Mike on my day off & he dropped everything and buffed it out. I'm still not sure what it was, nor am I all together positive that it came from Fleury's but that didn't seem to matter to mike. I think the point of that one is if you are not happy he will do what he can you make you happy. read more

I debated writing this review, but I have to share my experience. I was rear ended and came here for a quote. They were advertised as open on Saturdays, and when I arrived there, there was no one in the office, no one answering the phone. Came back on Monday and was given a quote in a timely fashion. I appreciated Mike's thoroughness, and he made me feel very comfortable and educated me about what needed to be done with my car. I was quoted about 6 hours for the repair. Drop off in the morning and pick up same day. A piece had to be ordered, and I scheduled an appointment for two weeks out. I was told the piece would be ordered the Thursday prior to the appointment, and be ready on Monday. I dropped my car off Monday morning at 8 AM, received a call at 3 PM stating that the piece they were waiting for just arrived, so my car would not be ready until the next afternoon. On Tuesday I went to pick up my car after their business hours, to my surprise my car had not been touched yet. Mike was still at the shop, and told me there is an issue with painting the bumper. And said the car would be ready the next afternoon. He also offered to reimburse me the $20 for the cost of my Uber to and from the shop. On Wednesday I called in the late afternoon to get the ETA for the car. I was put on hold for over five minutes, and ended up hanging up. I called back again only to find out that my car was still not done due to a painter having to leave early. I picked up my car on Thursday. I'm disappointed with the paint job. It has a bubbly texture to it that does not match the rest of the car. The $20 that I was told would be reimbursed was not honored either. I'm very frustrated that a job I was told would be 6 hours has taken four days, and the end result is sub par. Having to find and pay for transportation has been incredibly inconvenient. Had I known the experience would be like this, I would've chosen to go elsewhere. read more

When I left my car with them to repair I locked it. But they needed to move my car while they waited for parts to arrive and when moved it they THEY LEFT MY CAR UNLOCKED AND IT WAS BURGLARIZED. The thief took everything that wasn't nailed down such as my memory foam seat cover, phone charging cord, reusable grocery bags, umbrella and a few emergency supplies I keep in the car. The worst part was when I told the owner about it and he actually tried to convince me I was not robbed. He said normally when cars are broken into on their property that all the items in the glove box would be on the floor. Since only one item from my glove box was on the floor, according to the owner, my car was not robbed. He even tried to convince me that I removed the seat cover myself before I left the car (nice try Mike but that seat cover was so complicated I didn't even know how to remove it). To add insult to injury after this place repaired the front end of my car the headlight always accumulates water in it whenever it rains. read more

I've literally never written a review in my life because I'm a patient, chill person. Shit happens. But my experience with Mike and my insurance company was such a nightmare that I made a Yelp account to write this. He lost the photos for my estimate and never bothered to call. Annoying, but not a big deal. So I went back to the shop, he took more photos and he said he'll submit them the same day. Week and a half later I call and he said my insurance company's website wasn't working...he never submitted the estimate, nor bothered to call. So I become the communicator between the shop and my insurance company--granted my insurance company is awful too (don't sign up for safeco). Another week passes and I find out he submitted a couple of photos that weren't of my car. Easy fix? Apparently not! When my insurance company called him to ask if the photos of someone else's dashboard were a mistake, he refused to double check and instead said "the odometer doesn't lie." My insurance company requested he re-file the estimate. Easy fix? He already has photos of my car. WRONG. He told me he has 10,000 photos on his phone and wants me to come back in for more pictures. Brother, It's not that difficult to find photos on your camera roll from a specific date. I could have easily found the photos on his phone for him. He hated my insurance company and took it out on me. It showed in the lack of communication and quality of service he provided me. So it's been two months since my car was smashed in a hit-and-run and I still haven't gotten my estimate approved and a repair scheduled. Avoid Fleury's if you're paying through insurance. I was referred to Fleury's by Matt's Auto Care. I've been going to Matt's for the past 4 years and knew anyone that they referred would probably be really great. Boy did I underestimate just how great Fleury's could be! The service was amazing and extremely timely. The communication was beyond top notch. My picky fiancé even said that he would be using them for any body work that he would need in the future. Mike is a lifesaver! I had corroded weld nuts on my car which needed to be fixed before I could install a tow hitch for a cross country move. I thought about this review for a long time and our experience with Mike and the crew at Fleury's. Overall, they have some good things going for them and they seem to have a lot of happy customers per their reviews but we had a mixed experience. One good thing is they set you up with a rental car and rental shuttle to and from the shop which eliminates a lot of hassle. We had our SUV repaired after being rear-ended. The repairs were mostly good but when we took the car home, we realized that a major trim piece was missing. My partner called Mike and asked him about the trim piece that was missing, Mike assured him he was ordering a new one and would put it on when it arrived. He told us the paint had to dry for 5-6 weeks before putting the trim piece back on, and to come back later to get it put back on our car. Strange, I thought that this info wasn't provided to us up front. If we never asked, I think that we would have not gotten the piece put back on our car. Also, how does it take 5-6 weeks for car paint to dry? When the trim piece in question was placed back on our car, it was scratched all to hell. And I mean very very scratched. When I got home, we looked at it more carefully, and we called to tell them it was scratched up. Mike said that they had been careful with the piece. My question is why wasn't it replaced completely like the other damaged trim pieces. I can see where the large dent was mostly worked out but the piece itself was extremely scratched all along the entire trim piece. It's disappointing to have that be the case after a $2,300 repair job. Also, this was the most expensive quote we got out of 3 local repair shops. I chose Fleury's due to the mostly good reviews so this aspect was very disappointing. The work was all well-done aside from getting our trim piece put back on, only after us asking where it was, but the trim piece was extremely scratched all over Rental car set-up was convenient. Cons: very messy office, seems disorganized. Papers and junk everywhere. I could see how a piece could get lost, or tucked somewhere and then not taken care of. not communicative with customers on timeline for repairs to be completed most $$$ quote out of 3 local body shops The major con is that they did not replace the trim piece with a new piece as the quote conveyed, and as they told us would happen over the phone. They mostly repaired the existing dent in the trim piece but then it was very scratched.. When we brought this issue up, they denied that they scratched it up. I don't believe this is acceptable. I suppose next time I need to take my own pictures of the entire car before taking it to a shop. That is a lesson I learned but I do not think that the conduct re: the trim piece was 100% above board. read more

Brought my car in after getting rear ended and they "fixed it". Then it proceeded to leak for months and I would bring it in and they could never find any problems with a seal or anything that would be causing the leaking. Meanwhile, my drivers side backseat footwell would literally get inches of water in it when it rained. I managed to duct tape it until I could offload the car. Then the place I sold it to for basically no money was like "yeah there is a ton of structural damage that is not fixed." So not sure what the insurance money paid for at Fleury's. read more

Fleury's did a great job on my husband's car after a collision. We got a quote somewhere else but Fleury's saved us almost $2,000. They were quick and honest and stuck to the quote provided- no surprises. Very satisfied and hope we don't have need of body work again but would definitely come Back to Fleury's if we do! Chose this place because they said they had a window to take my job. work took 1.5 weeks longer than they said it would so I spent $40 per day on ridesharing during that time. Interim updates were NEVER correct and work often bled over into the next week with absolutely no acknowledgement about this inconvenience or that I had taken my car to them in the first place based on this timeline they couldn't keep to. Had to go back to have another piece put on after paint curing, and I was told to come in "anytime" and that they had the part. I called to make sure they had it and came in on a Saturday. Only one painter was there, he couldn't help me, and the owner was dirt biking in eastern wa so we couldn't get in touch. Never again. read more

I brought my car in for a dent (on the exterior). Although the job was done well, they decided to clean the interior of my already super clean, new car with a product that is ONLY for windows and windshields (confirmed with the manufacturer of the product that this is NOT for other surfaces). The smelly product was used on the doors and on my car seat cushion. I managed to scrub it off the hard surfaces but could not remove it from the cushion. I never got a straight answer but it could be that the employee's clothes were full of it when he sat in the car, or he left the rag on the seat too long. After 2 months of painfully trying 30+ techniques to remove the HORRID smell, it still won't come out. (I am allergic to fragrances and cannot use another fragrance to mask it.) This is a huge problem for me and I've had to sit on a towel because the smell transfers to my clothing. Detailing and cleaning should only be done with the proper products. I didn't ask for this to be done either. My new car has been ruined by this permanent, gross smell. The owner showed me the product that was used, and I took a sniff of it-this is exactly the smell that is "stuck" in the seat cushion. read more

My Honda Civic was stolen and when the police found it there was significant exterior body damage. My insurance didn't cover theft (or damage resulting from theft) and so I had to pay out of pocket. I told Fleury's this and that I was really tight on money. They said they would look for used parts so the repairs would cost as little as possible. They were able to find the parts and they gave me a quote that was probably about half of what it would have been otherwise. I felt that they really went the extra mile to do that for me, and they were very understanding of my situation. Will definitely use them again if needed in the future. read more

I have been searching for a place to fix my fender for months, but all the places I talked to in Bellevue wanted to do an "assessment" before they could tell me how much it would cost. I had hoped that the Toyota Kirkland dealership or Affordable Tire and Brake could help, but no avail. I was told they didn't do Body Shop work. I got the part online, just needed the labor aspect handled, as I live a tools-free lifestyle. I called Fleurys, because I drive past it on the way home everyday. The guy said, "Bring it by," and within three minutes he had taken the old crummy plastic part out and re-attached the bumper of my 2004 Prius. It took less time than finding the $6 part online. I asked him how much I owed him, and he told me, "Don't worry about it, come and see me when you need me!" SO COOL. I have never NOT been ripped off at a automotive repair place, so this was completely foreign to me. This was excellent service and my mind is blown. When you have the misfortune of being backed up on, all you want is your whip to be fixed like yesterday. Fleury's did this and more! Mike P had excellent customer service, which was definitely needed while dealing with a difficult insurance company. When I explained to him how I had received an estimate from another shop that had negotiated with the claims adjuster to fix my car with non-factory standard parts, he ensured that he would get my ride back to tip top shape with factory pieces. He took on the insurance company, and got my dime looking top of the line in just a few days! Working with Fleury's was the least painful part of the entire process.
