I called Lee's and Quincy could hear the desperation in my voice. She immediately got me in. And my part was ordered the next day. I couldn't afford a rental and they had my car done in 4 days!!! I wanted to cry! Quincy! Kat! And the boys in the back you guys have a customer for life! And I will always recommend this place! My zoom zoom was back and looked like nobody had even abused it. Took my car to be fixed here back in May. It took them nearly 3 weeks with no updates. Also my passport from my glove box is missing.

Possible insurance issue. Lee's Automotive is a preferred shop for Geico. Sadly, I cannot recommend anyone, including Geico customers or claimants to use this service. I dropped my vehicle off at Lee's for a simple bumper repair after I was rear ended and sustained very minor paint damage. The customer service was courteous and they took my vehicle for a "three day repair". As it turns out, the repair ended up being a full week's job. While I was fine in my rental, I came to find out after receiving my vehicle that several pieces of camping equipment and a folding wagon were stolen. The vehicle had no sign of physical damage so items were either stolen because the crew left my car unlocked or someone working at Lee's needed a few camp chairs. All of this was confirmed with the Lee's receptionist, who while was very helpful and did mail me back my $50 wagon, made it clear that the more expensive stolen camp gear would not be reimbursed. Luckily Lee's customer agent took pictures of the contents of my trunk including all of the stolen goods, which makes the whole thing even more egregious. So here is where we are at. The simple reasons I can't in good faith recommend this shop to anyone: 1. They don't care about your car. Regardless of whether it was my items stolen or just simple vandalism, my car was entrusted with them and they let someone take stuff from it. Common courteously is to at least lock the door and put it in a secured lot. 1a. If Lee's wishes to refute the comment above then the only other logical reason for the theft is that an employee took it. I'd that's the case, then why would you ever want to take your car there? 2. Lee's overinflated the cost to repair minor paint scrapes to an insurance company. The indirect impact on this is the paid damages raise premiums for all Seattle drivers. Yay! read more

Lee's performed a Geico insurance repair on my Subaru Crosstrek. The work was impeccable, the communication regarding the estimate and the timing of the repair was perfect (frequent enough to be informative, without being annoying), and they got the work done more quickly so I could have the car for a long weekend trip up to the mountains. The integration between Geico, Enterprise car rental and Lees is excellent. Made the whole process very easy from my end. No room for improvement (lol). read more

Took 6 weeks to fix a bumper and rear quarter panel but they did a great job. Would be 5 stars if they were quicker.

They have fixed my Fiat for me 3 times now, every time I use them they have exceptional communication, efficiency, and quality work. The staff is so friendly and so helpful. I could not recommend this place enough. They did some work on my car a few months ago after it was stolen & I had the most amazing / stress free experience. When it started getting hot I realized my AC wasnt cold so my partner took my car back to Lee's today and they fixed it free of cost since they didnt catch it when it was there the first time (of course they didnt run the AC it was cold out so I do not blame them at all for not catching it). They had my car since August 1st, poor communication by staff first off. I Went to pick up my car. They said it was completed charge me money to get the detailing done and what not when I went in to pick up my car detailing wasn't done. None of the work was completed correctly or with shitty ass parts and a big old hole in my backseat of my car. Needless to say I left my car and no communication as of yet. Imagine if you will: It's the dead of winter in Seattle. The weather forecast says there's an ice storm brewing and I should take heed. But what do I do? I heed not and attempt to drive on the ice sheet, that was once called a road, to my job that I don't even like that much. So I begin my foolish journey to my silly little job and not even 5 minutes in, I get rear ended by a Tesla. So coolcoolcoolcool it's not even 6 am and I'm walking back to my house, defeated and questioning pretty much all of my life decisions. As I finally complete the cold, heinous trek back to my house, I call Progressive and they hook me up with Lee's. Unfortunately they couldn't get my car in for repairs until a month after the initial accident. I assume this is likely due to Lee's stellar work and customer service. Everybody wants a piece of the first-class service from sociable employees at good 'ol Lee's. Flash forward to a month later and it's finally my turn to drop off my baby at the shop. As I walk in the doors I am greeted by warmth, light, and the singing angels that are the front desk employees. (Shoutout to Freddy and Brenda!) Firstly, I must note that their free snack selection is more diverse than my own pantry at home. They have MoonPies!! Seriously, who even sells MoonPies anymore?? Only at Lee's people. Only at Lee's. Anyway, after I have rummaged through their bountiful buffet of snacks, they helped me check in and ended up getting me a rental car. As stated in a different review, Progressive kind of blows and didn't even reach out to me or say anything about a rental car. Lucky for me, I had knowledgeable receptionist homies that made that whole process seamless. Easy peezy. Flash forward to about a week later and my baby is ready. I arrive at the heavenly destination approximately 10 minutes from closing time because I'm a mess and that's pretty standard for me. As I shamefully walk in, I'm worried that I've betrayed my angels and angered them for showing up this close to closing time. To make matters worse, I forgot to fill up my rental car with gas. To my amazement, my angels were in fact the biggest chillers on the planet and allowed me to drive to a gas station to fill up the car. They even let me leave the rental at their shop so I wouldn't have to take it back to Enterprise. #winning So I'm back at the shop with a tank full of gas, a pocket full of snacks, and a heart full of love. We trade keys and say our goodbyes. As I'm walking toward my freshly washed car, a small part of me is sad that I probably wont see my angels again. A very very VERY small part of me wants to crash my car just to have the pleasure of getting it repaired at Lee's again. Emphasis on very small part of me. I don't make enough money to be reckless like that. Truly I don't know where I'd be without Lee's. Probably depressed with a broken car, having to deal with a bunch of bs from rental car services and other inferior autobody shops. Overall, outstanding customer service, magnificent repairs, superb snacks. 10/10 absolutely gangster. Love these guys. read more

I am super pleased with the work completed by Lee's Automotive and especially to my adjuster, Brandon, who communicated every step of the process with me and actually was able to deliver my car sooner than what was expected. It was awesome that Geico sent me here as their one stop shop as I was able to drop off my car and pick up a rental at the same time. Andrea from Enterprise Rental was also very sweet and explained the entire rental process clearly to me. And most importantly, what matters most is the body work completed by the master technicians. My car had originally arrived to the shop after being involved in a pretty bad wreck. My entire front end had to be replaced- grille, bumper, headlights, hood, the whole shabang. Obviously, I was pretty saddened to see my car in such terrible condition and worried at the same time that my car wouldn't be fixed back to its original self. Sure enough, Lee's Automotive replaced all the parts and even washed my car inside and outside to make it sparkle and shine when I came to pick it up. I came to Lee's because the person who hit my car has Geico insurance, and I did not go through my own insurance. I opted to use Geico's Direct Repair Program, of which Lee's Automotive is a direct repair shop. Geico calls their program Auto Repair Xpress, or ARX. Overall, Lee's is very careless, is very disorganized and late, and cannot repair cars properly, but let me stick to the facts below: - They ordered a door from salvage. Then they had to order a second door because the first door was the wrong door. This caused additional delays. - They ordered black tape (that surrounds my window). When they received the black tape, it was missing a side, and they had to order again. I had to return to get that final part attached. - When I went through the car wash for the first time after my repair, my rear mirror fell out. The reader can decide if this was a coincidence. Lee's refused to repair it. - They left a bag of parts in my car when they returned it. When I returned the parts, they didn't know what parts they were, and couldn't tell me if my car was missing those parts. - When I picked up my car, the window was down. The weather wasn't good, and rain and snow could've further damaged the inside of my car. Also, Lee's Automotive is not exactly in a good neighborhood. - They provided few written documents. They only gave me the initial estimate in writing. I did not get a written document of their lifetime warranty, so I would advise treating it as most warranty these days - completely useless. After the repair, my car has new vibrations. When I brought this up, they told me it was normal and did not offer to investigate. I will not be returning to Lee's Automotive. Based on Crash Network's 2023 Insurer Report Card surveying auto repair shops, among the largest insurance companies, Geico's Direct Repair Program had the smallest difference in rating. This means Geico's direct auto repair shops do not find Geico much easier to work with when compared to the experience of other repair shops working with Geico (that are not part of Geico's DRP). If you are making a claim with Geico's insurance, I would skip the DRP and find your own auto repair shop. read more

I just can't say enough great things about this company! I scraped my car very badly and was dreading the whole repair process. (Sure enough, I'd taken it to another auto body shop first and was told that "insurance would never cover this," that they couldn't even start work on it for a month, and that it might take TWO months for it to be repaired). I was very lucky to have Geico insurance because they accepted my claim online and immediately connected me to Lee's Automotive. Imagine how shocked I was when Lee's gave me an appointment that very week AND had a rental car waiting for me. They gave me an accurate estimate of 2-3 weeks for the repair and kept me updated every 10 days or so. Front office staff Brenda and Sophia were incredibly sweet and friendly and all of my questions were answered quickly. My car now looks brand new! Oh, another thing: when I dropped off my car, the inside was a filthy mess due to muddy, shedding, huge Labs. Guess what? When I picked up the car I saw that it had been vacuumed and wiped down! I really couldn't believe it. Although I'm hoping I'll never need a body shop again, I would go back to Lee's Automotive in a heartbeat. They're spectacular. read more

I was referred to Lee's Automotive by my insurance company for repair of my car after a sideswipe accident and it was an overall an extremely disappointing experience. I dropped off my car for the estimate and repair. When dropping off the car, I was told that I would receive regular progress updates on the vehicle status. However, I never once received an update from Lee's Automotive without soliciting one myself. Lee's was also extremely reluctant to give even a conservative ETA, making it difficult to plan around the repair. Upon receiving the estimate, my insurance adjuster noticed the fact that a mirror repair/replacement was not accounted for and had to contact Lee's Automotive to have that be corrected. Once a mirror replacement was added to the estimate, I noticed that it was actually using the incorrect part for the mirror (without the blind spot sensor) and my insurance again checked in with Lee's to remind them to use the correct part. Upon picking up the vehicle, and after paying my deductible which was requested up-front, I realized that despite the earlier check-ins, Lee's had installed the wrong mirror part, without the blind spot sensor. In order to free up space in their parking lot, the staff member wanted me to take the car anyway and come back later rather than leaving it to be repaired. I refused delivery and ultimately picked up the car 11 days later when the mirror was replaced with the correct part. During the additional repair time, I requested my deductible be temporarily refunded due to the work being incomplete. Lee's did not credit my account for the deductible in a timely manner, leading me to initiate the process on my credit card company's end. Would recommend against using Lee's Automotive for your repair needs. If for some reason you do anyway, I would recommend being very aggressive about asking for updates, requesting correct and complete estimates, and to insist upon not paying until verifying the vehicle work is completed correctly. read more

I dropped my car off to get it fixed for a week and I came to pick it up with my gas on E and 10 miles up from the day I dropped it off. I've always heard of stories about people who works at shops are known to drive customers cars around like it's theirs when it's suppose to be there to get fixed but I didn't think it would happen to me. I think it's very disrespectful and rude to be using a customer's car. Not only that, my car smelled bad. Please be MORE PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL of people's car. You just might run into another customer that would sue you for it. read more

Avoid this place at all cost. Progressive recommended this place but it's honestly the worst. I had my sunroof explode it and they replaced it. I drove my car for six years and it exploded. They fixed it and after one months it exploded again because they didn't fix it properly. They refused to fix it and I would have to pay again. This shop has been nothing but amazing and professional. Finding a great automotive shop is a relief for me, it's like finding a good hairstylist or Doctor. We found this shop originally through progressive as result of a collision. The fact that they have collision and automotive has made this our car dr's one stop shop. Thomas is always prompt and has a great team. Our car had a noise that we could not get a clear diagnosis on in the suspension, I heard and felt it the most- my husband didn't hear it, 5-6 mechanics looked at it with random diagnosis that didn't even make sense. Robert, lead mechanic I think, let me drive him around seattle a bit then when he started to hear it drove it with me in the car. Within a day we had clear answers and a quote. Some jerk hit my bumper and drove off. Progressive sent me to Lee's to get it all fixed up. It seemed like Progressive may have dropped the ball a little bit as neither Lee's nor Enterprise really had times planned out for anything and I ended up doing that myself (even though Progressive straight up told me I had to do NOTHING else, lol). Later the same day, I received a phone call with an estimated pickup day, but shortly received another call to push it back a day thanks to my cracked light, which needed to be ordered. I got a call from Lee's in the expected day that it was ready to go. At pickup, I was so thrilled with the results. I could not be happier with how it turned out! It looked infinitely better than it did before it got hit. Flawless, shiny, beautiful. Thank you Lee's! Getting to deal with pleasant garage employees was also a nice change from the norm for me. This place is terrible. They've promised to call me back multiple times but never have, I've been hung up on, and to top it all off, they have lied to my insurance adjuster about a replacement part coming in for the last two months. They have no customer service to speak of, they clearly have no intention of fixing my vehicle, and I am frankly shocked they are still in business. They've left my car off 100 feet of aurora unlocked with the rear end dismantled and exposed to the elements which if you don't know, is going to rust the hell out of my rear hitch. I selected this shop to do work on my car and after multiple phone calls to confirm when my car would be ready I still showed up to find my car not ready. I understand that things come up but this was handled extremely poorly. A courtesy call would have been the least you could have done so I didn't waste my time taking time off of work for no reason. Just not a very good place to take your car. Was told many excuses of to why they had not finished and also took almost 4x the estimation date received from when brought in originally. Updates are horrendous, you only get information on your car's fixing when you decide you phone them yourself or show up. Better off going to Caliber or CarStar if you ask me! read more

Car got hit and run and was side swiped in the passenger rear. I went through the Geico ARX program and it was great and super convenient. I scheduled an appointment within a week of the incident. When I got there we examined the car and explained the process. They said it would be done in a week. I also got a rental car ready for me there as soon as I was done. After a week the car was ready and looked great. They did a great job! Only comment is that I wish they kept me updated. They said car would be done on Tuesday, but they never called or informed me it was going to be delayed and I had to call them. Other than that, great staff and a job well done. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Lee's. My car was hit by another driver and needed some serious repairs. I was sent to Lee's through my insurance company. The repairs took quite a while due to the amount of damage, but Lee's kept me informed throughout the process. They worked so hard to make sure that my car was in great condition when I got it back and that everything was exactly to my satisfaction. They did such an excellent job with the repair work. It is amazing to me to see how they transformed my smashed car into what looks like a shiner new one again! At each step of the process, they were friendly and helpful. I took my 1999 Toyota Tacoma to Lee's because they seemed to be just about the only shop around that would install parts the customer brought in. It is a VERY nice service that they offer considering it is substantially cheaper to order parts yourself. Anyway, I brought in new parts -- front suspension Toytec/Eibach (brand new) coils that would be giving my truck a 3" lift in the front end. Along with the coils I had them install new Bilstein 5100 shocks. I talked to Mike on the phone and explained what I was wanting them to do; he fit me right into his schedule. Talk about quick service. He told me to come on in and we'd see what he could do. I left the rig with him and 2 hours later he called me to come pick it up. He even cleaned and swapped the rubber boots that were on my factory shocks, WOW what a great deed! But OOPS! I caught their mistake. He accidentally set the shocks to their highest lift setting when they were supposed to be at the stock setting (since the coil was adding the lift, not the shocks). Not a problem though, he told me to come in as soon as I called them the following morning. An hour later and I received a phone call saying my truck was ready to be picked up. I came in to see my truck sitting out front. Mike apologized, but as did I for not being clear on how the shocks worked. Long story short we got it figured out and he installed the parts in the time that it was estimated to take. An added bonus is he added in a 15% military discount. It's great to see local businesses supporting the men and women of our Armed Forces! I did not give 5 stars simply for the shock incident; if I wouldn't have caught that then my upper ball joints & CVs would have surely been screwed in a matter of months. read more

I've had two experiences with Lee's Automotive, both great. Most recently when I had to drop off my car I was worried about rentals/how to get to work/timing of pick up with my crazy hours at the hospital, etc. When I got an email update for estimated pickup, it happened to fall during the middle of a triple. I called Kyle initially to ask if there was any way I could come pick up after work, or three days later (after my triple) and he said they were actually ahead of schedule (potentially finishing a day early) and would make it a priority to try to get my car back to me by the end of the day (my day off), even if he had to stay a little late. These guys are so great!!! So nice! I do dumb stuff...like put on my child lock and think all my electric windows are broken. They come out - unclick the button - say "don't push that button" - smile and send me on my way! Same thing with my engine light - they will plug it in and tell me to change my oil. Please imagine 5 negative stars for this review. I brought in my car to get a small problem with my windshield wiper lever fixed. They took the car to the back and "in the process of inspection" they ripped out the whole handle and were unable to put it back. They claimed it was already broken and had to pull it out regardless. They told me it would be at least a week in the shop and 150$ for a part and an additional quota for replacing the part. keep in mind. I came in to the shop with the only problem being back windshield whipper would not stop but the lever or my car was fully in place and I could control my front windshield wiper. After their mechanic touched it, the lever was fully pulled out of its socket and hanging by the wires that they said I had broken and they had not. The first guy said that it wasn't their fault because in order to inspect the car they had to rip it out and then the manager said that it actually magically fell out when they were lifting the car into the mechanism they use to inspect it. He claimed he saw it fall in the security camera they have and when I asked if I could see the footage he refused and said he had no legal obligation to show me anything. In the end, they further broke my car, they refused to fix it, blamed me for everything and were very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire process. If you want your car further broken for free with a bonus of 4 hours of a ridiculous manager pulling shit out of his ass to save himself, this is exactly the place you are looking for. Oh, and I forgot to mention that when they moved my car they didn't give me time to take my phone and wallet out and proceeded to spill my entire coffee all over my passenger seat. Hands down the most ridiculous costumer service I've ever experienced. read more
