Another plus was I was able to reply via text messages on the status of my car and not only that, get a reply back in a timely manner. Props to Tyler for getting my car done right when I needed it and answering all my calls and texts messages. If you're able to go through your car insurance I highly recommend this shop. They were: NOT proactive. NOT helpful. Gaming the industry. Focused on company over customer service. ZERO sense of urgency. So, after over two (2) weeks of BS from this shop: "we're waiting on the insurance supplement", which was a lie. (We ALREADY had the check from insurance for the supplemental amount.) So, I walked in there and demanded to get my car out of their lot. Drove it down the street, to another shop, and should be done this Friday. ONE week later from drop off. DO BETTER!

    If zero stars was an option...Our insurance company sent us to this shop to repair our gas tank…read moreafter someone drilled a hole in it. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into one of the most frustrating and incompetent service experiences I've ever had. When we picked up our truck, they had already made multiple mistakes. They forgot to reinstall the mud flaps and returned the truck with the check engine light on. We were told not to worry because it would go away after a few driving cycles. It didn't. We called and were told to bring it back for diagnostics. After driving across town, we arrived only to be told their diagnostic equipment wasn't working and that we would have to come back another day. That was just the beginning. On our third trip, they kept the truck for an entire week. Their solution was to replace the gas cap and once again tell us to "just drive it" until the check engine light eventually turned off. It never did. They also reinstalled the mud flaps, but somehow managed to put only one of the originals back on. The other mud flap was a completely different color, as if they hoped we wouldn't notice. When the check engine light was still on, we made a fourth trip back. This time they claimed their scanner wasn't finding anything, so they had someone with a "more powerful scanner" check it. That scanner found fault codes, but instead of fixing the problem, they admitted they couldn't determine the cause and told us to take the truck somewhere else. At that point, it felt like they had already been paid by the insurance company and simply didn't want to spend any more time correcting their own work. Because they refused to finish the repair, we had to pay another shop out of pocket since our insurance would not authorize another diagnostic inspection. That second shop identified and fixed the problems within a week. They found loose gas tank straps, a missing O ring between the fuel pump and the tank, and fuel tank hoses that had not been properly connected or clamped. These were basic installation errors that should never have left the original shop. This ordeal dragged on for two months and involved four trips across town, missed work, countless phone calls, unnecessary expenses, and an unbelievable amount of wasted time. The lack of organization, quality control, and attention to detail was staggering. Returning a vehicle with multiple unfinished or incorrectly completed repairs is unacceptable, and refusing to stand behind the work only made the experience worse. I would never trust this shop with another vehicle, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using them take their business elsewhere.

    I was unfortunate enough to scrape my 2025 Camry XSE on a parking garage column and immediately…read morewent to Yelp to find a trusted auto body place, and fellow Yelpers, you recommended a great one! Chris got me in the same day as the scrape happened, and after getting a quote, I decided to proceed (w/o going thru insurance). She offered to let me pay up front for the part (a door panel) so it could get ordered a bit quicker, which I did, and I dropped my car off the following week (I could have dropped it off sooner; I just needed it that weekend). The part took a couple of extra days to come in, and Chris called me to let me know about the delay, and she gave me an updated time for completion (another week out from the initial completion date). I called a day early to see if it would still be completed the following day, and she said it was. Sure enough, I came by the following day and it was done at around 4:30pm! Beautiful repair job - looks as good as it was the day I bought the car! Chris offered to dab some paint on a VERY small scratch on the other side of my car for free, and I agreed. All in, $3,900 for the total cost. I'm not well-versed in my car parts, but considering the quality of the job and how Chris kept me updated through the entire process, I am more than satisfied with the price I paid and would highly recommend Tony's to anybody.
