    Speedy and great! Better price than the other spot I went to. I broke my mirror in a parking lot and was paying out of pocket.

They were clearly waiting to get "more money" from our insurance carrier - and after the manager "mansplained" to my young adult (but never had to deal with this before) daughter "how things work Miss" - I lost my sh*t. They were: NOT proactive. NOT helpful. Gaming the industry. Focused on company over customer service. ZERO sense of urgency. So, after over two (2) weeks of BS from this shop: "we're waiting on the insurance supplement", which was a lie. (We ALREADY had the check from insurance for the supplemental amount.) So, I walked in there and demanded to get my car out of their lot. Drove it down the street, to another shop, and should be done this Friday. ONE week later from drop off. DO BETTER!

    I went through Caliber via my insurance company and thankfully this place had decent reviews. There…read morewas a little bit of miscommunication from the beginning but once I got back on track they handled the repairs quickly and kept me informed through the entire process via text. Another plus was I was able to reply via text messages on the status of my car and not only that, get a reply back in a timely manner. Props to Tyler for getting my car done right when I needed it and answering all my calls and texts messages. If you're able to go through your car insurance I highly recommend this shop. Not only that they completely cleaned the car inside and out which was the cherry on top.

    The report is in this the conclusion to my experience , let me just say I was stupid and ignorant,…read morestupid that I knew I should I get a at least an second estimate but the appraiser gave this place a good recommendation and the estimate and the drop went so so well.But i didn't because I just wanted it fix and I was as ignorant because I didn't ask any questions about the process just blindly believe the "kool aid" . Here what happen I drop the car off on the 2 nd estimate done and they said it would be done on the 8th, cool, 8th came and gone I call on the 9th they said car wasn't done, they had to do a supplement. I ask what's that , it meant more damaged underneath , I reply okay I'll tell the appraiser, they replied they already did it. Now here comes what I called a gut punch, I said how come you didn't call me about the damaged and the car not ready, they said they should have. I replied how come you guys didn't call me no reply , the call back ended. Fast forward to the 24th car ready paid the money I got from the insurance the other was directly sent to them already. So takeaways I never want to go thru that again, " drive carefully ", and pay the extra bucks to park you car in better places. Get more than one estimate and in my situation never to use the appraiser word, is the car look good as new, no I looks like there was no damaged unless you sell the car. Btw my car was equipped with gps tracking , doors unlocked noticed or windows down, I got a lot of alerts about the doors and windows during the three weeks but what was annoying there was a lot of "test drives", so turn off the alerts this part of being ignorant is bliss
