Charles clearly communicated everything we needed to know. He worked directly on our behalf with the insurance adjuster and the rental car company, making the process seamless. We felt very well taken care of. He even arranged for Enterprise to pick me up at the start of the rental process, and to pick up the rental car from his shop at the end. He also negotiated a discount for me on the rental cost! The car came back spotless. Most importantly, the complex work was done beautifully and on time. There were no price surprises or other unexpected complications. Everyone was thoughtful and nice to work with. My wife says I can be picky and critical (she is accurate), but I have only good things to say about these guys. I highly recommend them. read more

This place has stellar reviews online so was really keen to drop my car down for an estimate. They took some photos and promised me a same day quote. Several phone calls later, no estimates was received, despite the obvious overcommitment from Charlie. I took my car to another shop in Ballard and they quoted me in under 15mins (True professionals). read more

I had no idea where to start looking for a body shop and was referred to Fix Auto Interbay by a friend and I can see why. Charles and his team were great. From helping me coordinate a tow to keeping me frequently updated on the progress and always answering my calls and questions, they were there every step of the way. They pushed my insurance company to cover everything and delivered my car on time as promised. And, most importantly, my car looks like it never happened. Hopefully I'll never need them again, but Charles and his team were real pros. read more

A first rate organization! My first interaction on the phone with Charles was respectful, informative, efficient, and he was patient with my questions! When I went into the shop, I was very pleasantly greeted and again treated with respect. The environment was comfortable to be in as the office was quite organized and clean. Again there was a sense of efficiency as I observed the workers. While my car repair need was relatively minor, it was a big deal to a single 81 year old woman. I was very satisfied with the work done. The service and personal treatment was outstanding. Over all, I highly recommend this shop. read more

Charles and the service team are amazing! They're honest, service communication is clear, and the overall experience went very smooth. Given the stress of having to get your car fixed and deal with insurance - this was the least stressful part of my fender bender. I can confirm this place has a high rating for many reasons! They do their best to work fast and I'm sure they get busy because they're THAT good! Many thanks to Fix Auto Interbay! I'm so grateful to have my car back looking great. Your work is impeccable! read more

This is my second repair at Fix Auto ( no comments please) Both repairs were perfect and timely. Communication was great, the staff was professional and pleasant. They arranged for enterprise rental to take me to their office... everything was easy. Their estimate was much more reasonable than one I had received from another shop. All good! read more

Took weeks to complete the the issue is not the but rather the quality. We started hearing a noise and took the car to be . They found a bolt holding part of the radiator that auto had supposedly fixed had fallen out. A number of the other bolts were loose. All in all it seems a pretty shotty job to me. And even though the work is warranted given the quality of the work the first time around or the lack there of, we decided to get their repair done elsewhere. Would not recommend Fix autobody in her bay at all. read more

Terrible job estimating cost. Way higher than should've been and vs competition. Dismissive customer service. They assumed I didn't want to do business there and didn't even bother providing an estimate. Insane. read more

Fix Auto Interbay repaired my back fender and door last week in 4 days and did an excellent job. They were my 2nd estimate. The first estimate told me the work would take 2 to 3 weeks and would require replacement of the back door. I spoke with Charles, the manager of Fix Auto Interbay, and he quickly looked at the damage and told me the work would take a week and in fact was finished in 4 days. My highest recommendation for Charles and his team at Fix Auto Interbay. They are terrific! read more

After searching through my in-network insurance options, I chose Fix Auto Interbay because it was the only shop in my area with excellent reviews on Google and Yelp. The experience couldn't have been smoother. Charles took care of everything--from setting up the appointment to arranging for the rental company to pick me up and even dropping me off at the rental location afterward, which saved me time. The repairs were finished ahead of schedule and looked fantastic--the side of my car was like new. On top of that, they did some extra cleaning, which was a pleasant surprise. Exceptional service all around! read more

They'll earn your continued service with their willingness to bend over backwards for customers. It's a small shop, but they worked great with my State Farm insurance and even stayed open a skosh late to help me get my car before the weekend and save me 3 extra days of a rental. Great place, will recommend to anybody I know who asks. read more

The service was quality and done promptly getting me out on the road again. I will use them again for sure!

Service was quick, communication was great, and my car looks even better! Charles was great at keeping me informed and was very friendly given what to most is a stressful situation. Also trusting someone with your vehicle, it was reassuring getting daily updates. I could not recommend more if you need somewhere for repairs! read more

Charles at fix auto is the best! I've had my car fixed here twice and he is attentive and they do a great job! Highly recommend for all car needs. read more

Fix Auto Interbay - Fixed bumper - Body Shops Near Me - Seattle, Washington

The repair was perfect! Their estimate was 1000$ less than another shop. I received excellent communications and the car was repaired sooner than expected. Car rental came to the shop and picked the rental up from the shop. All paper work was done on site. Very pleased! read more

Charles is your guy! Honest, hard working and communicative. Will make sure your car is in great condition leaving the shop. Will definitely connect with him again if I ever run into any issues. read more

I took my car into a different shop for evaluation of the repairs that Fix Auto did and they found multiple parts that were not replaced after the accident that should have been. In addition, there was a bracket that was broken by Fix Auto in the process of "fixing" the bumper that wouldn't clip in. That's how my paint got scratched-- as I suspected, they forced it. All of the great customer service in the world can't make up for this-- I'm really sad and disappointed. We are now on almost an entire month of not having my car (with the weeks added up) to fix a simple fender bender. Please, consider taking your car elsewhere. :( read more

Service and quality of repair was immaculate. Extremely professional. Using them again for a bigger accident because I can trust them to do the best job read more

I came over here to get an estimate and was super impressed! There was a little mix up with my appointment, but the worker said it was fine took his time with me. We took a look at my car (one dent and one part that I thought was scratched). We went back in and discussed my bumper. He was very straight forward and honest with estimate. He explained the process and what would happen if I were to decide to take it in. However, he was honest and suggested it probably just wasn't worth it at this time to even do it while weighing the pros and cons and considering how small the dent was. I really appreciated that they weren't just out for the money. After our conversation, the worker even came back out and wiped off the marks on my car! Turns out they were oil stains. Overall, this is a really honest workshop and I will definitely be returning if I have any automotive body issues in the future! read more

Charles and his team exceeded every expectation I had. Having a fender bender and having to go through the repair process was a breeze with Fix Auto. Charles was extremely communicative and embodied customer service. From dropping my car off to having the keys back in hand was 31 hours total. The workmanship was awesome, something rare for Seattle! The guys at Fix truly take pride in their work. My car was returned fully detailed (vacuumed, washed, etc) which was the cherry on top. Hopefully I never need a body shop again, but if I do, Fix Auto will be my first choice. Thank you again! read more

I've gone through Fix Auto twice recently for repairs, and always have an excellent experience. Charles in particular is extremely responsive and goes out of his way to help out. I hadn't gone to Fix Auto before someone hit my parked car and my insurance listed them as an approved center to get an estimate. I liked them so much I immediately contacted them the next time someone hit my parked car (yep, again just a few months later). The staff has always been unparalleled in response time and friendliness, always getting me in for estimates very quickly and giving me timely updates on the status of my repairs. Charles always explains added details to me that my insurance missed, and draws from his years of experience working in insurance to help make sure I'm getting the best deal and best info. They've also helped me out with navigating rental car pickup/dropoff, and always clean my car very thoroughly. Very happy customer! read more

Once again Charles and his team went above and beyond with my last repair. After my car was stolen, I was so relieved that I had a place that I trusted to take me through the process of returning it to it's original condition. They were transparent, efficient, quick to respond to my questions and easy to work with. Charles even stayed late on a Friday to receive the vehicle when the towing company was stuck in traffic. Thanks to Fix Auto my car looks as good as new! read more

Fix did a wonderful repair job on our Corolla, which had been rear-ended in an accident. Although the repair took 2 months to be completed, this was due to pandemic-related supply chain delays in body shop receipt of parts, over which body shops such as Fix have had no control. Charles was very communicative and professional along every step of the way, and I would highly recommend his shop to anyone needing repair body work done on their car. read more

Charles took great care of my car. He was quick to answer all my calls, coordinated with insurance, and helped organize with the rental service. He was very corrigible and helpful throughout the whole process! read more

This is my second time using Fix Auto Interbay and they truly go above and beyond! Where do I even start? Process was great from start to finish! Fix Auto was one of the places recommended by my car insurance to get my car fixed. (Someone hit my parked car). They were the third place I called, but they could get me in for an estimate one week before the other two places I called. When I met with Charles, he was very friendly and professional. He took his time to explain the entire process. He even talked to me about extra steps to take to make sure I wasn't paying my insurance too much and to make sure my insurance rates didn't increase. He estimated it would take a week to complete the repair. There was a scratch on my car that needed repair unrelated to the hit, and when I asked Charles about it, it was more than I cared to pay for such a minor scratch, so he put Mylar on it to patch it up a bit! Also, Charles recommended that I take my bike rack off my car because my little sedan is not meant to carry that type of weight for long periods of time because it can ruin the suspension - very helpful info! Three days after I dropped off the car, it was ready!!!!!! When I went to pick it up, it looked brand new, AND it was cleaned inside and out, except for a couple spots with fresh bird poop. Charles would not let me leave until the bird poop was cleaned off, and the guys did it immediately. I was so impressed. Exceptional service! I would definitely come here again (though I hope no one ever hits my car ever again). read more

Fix Auto in Interbay did an amazing job on my car repair! When I phoned around to see if a shop could take my car after a hit-and-run. Charles J, the manager, notified me of an opening and was able to schedule me in quickly into their calendar The service ended up being completed much sooner than the expected date. Charles was upfront about the details/process of the repairs and was extremely professional and communicative. Picked up my car, and looked as good as before the incident. The car was released to me with the full exterior polished and interior completely vacuumed and cleaned. Big thanks to Charles and his team! Definitely will use their services next time, but as Charles said, "Hope I don't see you again". A good guy. read more

Charles Jung was very communicative - I had a relatively difficult repair, and my insurance paid for part of it while I covered the remainder. Charles looked for creative ways to save me some money (because this was a tens-of-thousands $$ job) and the friend that drove my car had really messed it up. Throughout, Charles called me (every Friday!) and updated me with backordered parts, new findings, and other relevant items while maintaining an upbeat demeanor and including me in all major decisions. In the end I saved a lot of money dealing with the professionals at Fix Auto Interbay and especially Charles Jung. read more

I've been to them three times in a row and the overall experience is quick and good. However, the last time I had them fix my car, which is from Jan 25-Feb 5, I didn't get the best service they normally offer. At the time I picked up my car with one hubcap missing as they are working to find the matching one, they told me they'd contact me when the cap arrives. After I picked up my car, I called the shop 3 times and still waiting on 5/5 after 3 months. It is already charged on the bill to insurance about 90+ dollars for it. But I don't want to wait forever so I just ordered a matching hubcap from eBay for 33 dollars and will be receiving it in a week. I have been quite frustrated with this as I see the missing hubcap everytime driving my car. read more

So I had some service done on my car earlier this year. I had a front bumper piece replaced, as well as some scratches buffed/painted over. I was originally very happy with the work that had been done, but I noticed that one of my car panels had been touched-up with paint that was lighter than the rest of my car. It wasn't until 8 months later that I decided to contact Fix Auto Interbay about it. I once again talked to Charles who was more than happy to accommodate me. He told me that I could come in any time during the day to get my paint fixed up. It took just under two days to get all the work done on my car. Not only did Charles opt to fix the paint which I had asked for, but he fixed another deep scratch, and washed my car inside and out, and all of this was free of charge! I had a problem with my previous service and Charles did everything to make me a happy and satisfied customer. I live all the way down in Renton but I drive up here every time I need something done because of Fix Auto Interbay's great service and price. I would highly recommend them for any auto body services you may need, and be sure to ask for Charles when you go! read more

I don't normally write Yelp reviews but I'm compelled to write one since our experience touched on multiple factors. As others have mentioned, Charles is great and took the time to talk things through. Once repairs were underway, they went back to my insurance company and asked for a better repair job than the initial estimate. They were declined but came back with enough proof that my insurance okayed it. I am in complete agreement that what Charles proposed was more of a permanent fix and I thank him for arguing the point with my insurance. As others have mentioned, my minivan came back auto detailed inside and out. That's huge for a minivan with kids! But we noticed one window wasn't working. Charles saw me right away. And schedule me to come back on my schedule and on his dime. The fix took a bit more than he thought but he fixed it on my timing and at no cost to me. Things happens and he made things right. And that's what I wanted to report to other potential customers. I give Fix Auto Interbay my full recommendation. read more

Got into an accident and contacted fix auto, talked to Charles and received immediate help with scheduling, fast contact and a very personal and human service. They gave me an in person estimate estimate within a couple days and were extremely friendly and helpful with the total loss process. Couldn't recommend more! read more

The team at Fix was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. I was rear-ended so my repair was simple, but they took the time to explain what they knew of insurance since the person who hit me was not insured. They ordered the parts, billed my insurance directly and got it done in one day. Everything looks great but there's double icing on this cake: 1) they washed the car, which was a nice and unexpected surprise and 2) they thoroughly cleaned the inside, which made my whole week. Not just a quick vacuum... but full on wiping down floor mats, dash etc. It made me so happy. I would definitely recommend and return if I needed to. read more

Fix Autobay was a very pleasant surprise. They were extremely helpful and professional from the very start of the process. When I went in for a quote to replace my bumper, they fully informed me of all of the options and let me participate fully in every step of the decision making process including procuring parts. For the repair, they were able to exactly color match the bumper within 10 minutes and the actual bumper replacement on a separate day took them only one morning's worth of time. Prices here were quite reasonable and for this caliber of service and friendliness, I would pay more. I felt like I got more than I paid for in service and integrity which I think is rare in a body shop! I will patronize Fix Auto Interbay without hesitation in the future if needed, I HIGHLY recommend them. read more

The paint job was good. Back hatch wasn't attached correctly and scratched the bumper. I was in California when I noticed it, as I moved right after I got the car back. The owner was very aggressive in his response that I must have had someone hit me and that is wasn't their fault. I took it to a shop in California right after I noticed it and he said they didn't line up the tailgate properly when they put it on. The owner said challengingly that he would pay to have it shipped back to Seattle but if it wasn't their fault I would pay shipping and repairs, which he never meant to do, just very defensive and aggressive about a simple issue. They also attached in new tow hitch without 4 bolts that had snapped during the accident so the hitch sagged to the point it was almost useless and the carrier kept sinking lower and lower, dragging on the ground. Cost me $450 to get the bolts extracted and the hitch put on properly. Had to take off two of the three items on it (which was incredibly inconvenient because the car was already packed), and buy a jack at Walmart to try and jack it up, and got pulled over by the cops, and turned away at Yosemite that the sparks might create a fire. Wasn't their fault but parts took a long time to come in so I was there many times. I asked 4 times to have the black pillars painted on my dime, and they just lied, I guess they just kept forgetting and said it was done multiple times when they had just put wax on them that quickly wore off. I also had to push to remind them to get the rims painted. They also weren't able to get the AC guy in so I had to do that on my own. Camera tripod and a few things went missing, not saying anyone stole them, just weren't there when I thought to look for them, which was after I had moved to California, right after the car was done. Update. Just discovered that the reason my back hitch sagged to the ground on my road trip to California is that when they replaced the hitch from the accident, they didn't drill out the four snapped bolts and just stuck it on without them. Cost me $450 to have them drilled out and replaced, plus a wrecked rack, an extra night in a hotel due to being turned back at Yosemite because of sparks and dragging rack, and pulled over by a cop. The owner, of course, said he would do nothing about it. read more

Had a great experience with FIX. My former body shop closed and I was bereft. But I found Charlie and Dustin at FIX and they were great. Their cost estimate was clear and comprehensive and fair. I paid for the repairs myself and they gave me a bit of a break Their scheduling was perfect and the work they did was perfect. Part was a whole new bumper and rear light housing. Part was just repainting some parts that lost their surface. (My car is old but beloved.) I hope I don't back into a concrete bollard again but if I do, I'll go back to FIX. Very happy with the shop and the people and the work. read more

I scraped the side of my car against a metal bracket sticking out from a parked truck on the side of the street. It gauged pretty deep into the passenger door and body of the car. Fix auto Interbay gave me what I felt to be a reliable and honest quote which matched up with what my insurance estimated. The repairs took a while, but I was kept updated by calls and texts from fix auto letting me know the status of repairs and estimated finishing dates. They were very responsive and kind, I spoke most often with Charles, who was very helpful and nice. When I picked up my car, it had been thoroughly cleaned both inside and out and the repairs were flawless. They definitely went above and beyond in returning my vehicle in much better shape than it arrived in. I definitely would recommend this business for any repair needs and will absolutely return there myself if anything happens to my car in the future. read more

Fix Auto may do fine work but they seem too busy to get back to a customer looking to get work done and pay with cash. If they had answered my emails after the initial estimate, I would have been happy to use them but they did not answer my questions and did not have the courtesy to simply tell me they were too busy or that they wouldn't be able to schedule the work for a certain amount of time. I went back for a revised estimate because on their first estimate, they failed to see significant damage to the rear. They did include the damage on the 2nd estimate, after I pointed it out to them. They missed out on $2K+ worth of work which would have been paid to them in cash, no insurance claim. read more
