Amanda refused to do this job claiming that her standards were more important than my needs. She refused and declined the job in the most unprofessional and illogical manner stating, "I can't have a mismatched car leave my shop". I repeatedly explained to her that I was ok with that and That I wanted it back this way because I wanted it a different color, so I didn't want to pay for paint when I didn't need it. . I didn't understand the poor logical path she tried to run me down and I never will. The ONLY EXPLANATION WAS ABSOLUTE GREED - not a standard. What an irrational person. Thank you for the estimate but that was a horrible experience for me. She argued to the high heavens and acted as if my needs were of zero concern. Amanda - you seem new to this. I'll make this easy. You can't throw a hissy fit because I didn't want YOU to choose the color of my car. It was never your decision and to deny my car because YOU didn't get to choose the color is insanity! Amanda took it absolutely personal and became upset because she didn't get to choose the color of my car. Instead of just deleting a few lines from the estimate and scheduling some dates for some work she chose to decline a job because she didn't get to choose the color of my car. How childish. Why support a local business if your local business won't support you? My dollars will go elsewhere. If you're reading this - make sure to avoid this shop to avoid the unprofessional office staff. I never received a call with an apology for my experience or any follow up. Lousy service. Avoid at all costs.

I met with Steve and he and two others from his team came out and looked at the damage. Steve explained to me that both doors would need to be painted so that the color would match correctly as my damage was close to the edge of the front door also. He walked me through the process, told me how much and how long it would take. We scheduled my drop-off and he communicated with me during the job. Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . Our paint is a tough color and they did it perfectly while saving me dollars. I can't recommend this business any higher.

I noticed some blemish when I went to pick up the car and they immediately looked to get it fixed and replaced on the spot even though the mark wasn't there an hour ago on their inspection. they thoroughly fixed the damage to the rear of the car, and even went above and beyond to buff out / detail some of my front that was unrelated to my original incident. super nice and thoughtful, I was blown away by the service and quality of work. they do have an account with Tesla so they order OEM (original parts direct from tesla), so you have peace of mind that your car is returned to its original state of quality. they also have 5yr warranty on their fixes so you can be assured the work is maintained or they'll help you fix until you're happy.

It was a very efficient process and the women at the front desk who helped begin the process was very helpful and friendly. After the work was complete, I had an issue with the way the transaction showed up on my company card and I had to contact them a few times to get it resolved. They were communicative, patient and helpful. My partner realized that I was missing a small car part after I got my car back. I contacted them about it and they were very professional about showing me the picture of my car from before they began the work, in which it proved that my car part was already missing. Then, they offered to order the car part for me. A few weeks later I went in to get it installed. I went to pay for it and they waved the fee for the part! I highly recommend having Werner's work on your car.

    1/5 - AVOID SEATTLE AUTO PRO AT ALL COSTS…read more This was one of the worst auto repair experiences I've ever had. I took my Lexus to Seattle Auto Pro to fix several cylinder misfires. I came prepared and even brought all 6 spark plugs myself. They inspected the car and then upsold me, telling me I also needed 6 ignition coils from them. I trusted them and agreed to the work. They kept my car from Friday to Monday, then texted me saying the misfires were fixed. Cool. I paid and picked it up thinking the nightmare was over. It wasn't. On the drive home on the freeway, my car started misfiring worse than before. The whole car was shaking uncontrollably and it smelled strongly of unburnt gas. This was honestly scary and felt dangerous. I barely made it home and parked it. When I called the shop to tell them what happened, one of their mechanics, Favian, told me the problem was now the O2 sensor and that I needed to buy one and bring the car back the next day. That made zero sense to me, and at that point I had lost all trust in them. Before taking it anywhere else, I scanned my car. When I originally brought it to Seattle Auto Pro, my Topdon scanner showed 5 trouble codes. After picking it up from them and having it run WAY worse, it now showed 21 codes. That alone tells you how badly they messed things up. I refused to bring it back to Seattle Auto Pro and instead had it towed to another shop I had prior experience with. They diagnosed and fixed the car the same day. They did not upsell me. They told me the O2 sensor had absolutely nothing to do with how the car was running. The real problem? A broken spark plug inside the cylinder -- which is insane considering Seattle Auto Pro had just "replaced" my spark plugs. The second shop was genuinely shocked at the condition my car was in after Seattle Auto Pro worked on it. They fixed it properly, charged me way less, and even gave me a warranty on their work. Seattle Auto Pro gave me a bigger bill and a car that was worse than when I brought it in. This could have been catastrophic for my engine if I had continued driving it or followed their advice and kept throwing random parts at it. Bottom line: Seattle Auto Pro either doesn't know how to properly diagnose cars or doesn't care. They upsell parts, misdiagnose problems, and send you off with an unsafe vehicle. Never, ever take your car here. I will never go back. F*** Favian!
