We were pleasantly surprised by not only by the estimate we received by this business, but also the finished product. They completed the work in a short time. It is an older vehicle with such great results. They consistently communicated all along the way with us so that we knew exactly what was going on throughout the repair process. They were professional and very nice! Great job

the front bumper, fender and hood were all bashed up. Looks great now !

They were amazing! Quick 2 day repair for a front bumper dent, and they washed and buffed out scratches all over the car with no charge!

The bumper mount screws have been damaged, which made super loose. I used duct tape to hold together until I reached the body shop. My first interactions with Ricky has been honest and humble. He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper. Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical.

Every shop I spoke with said the same thing: the paint was done incorrectly, most likely outside, and nowhere near industry standards. To make matters worse, parts of my bumper were glued together even though I brought every component separately and had already test-fit everything myself. There was absolutely no reason for anything to be glued, and now the repair is even more complicated. Because of the poor workmanship, I'm now paying more than double the original cost just to fix the mistakes and get the bumper done the right way. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with your car. The quality, care, and professionalism simply weren't there.

Due to a minor accident, we were forced to have our wheelchair van repaired, which for us is a really big deal. Our adult daughter is severely disabled and 100% dependent on us. That van is our lifeline to her medical appointments and day program. Not to mention work and errands if one of us isn't home to be with her. Two weeks, the bare minimum time that's typically required for the kind of repair we needed, might as well be forever. Try renting a wheelchair van - places don't have them. Accessible taxis? So expensive. I called ahead dreading to ask for special treatment. We're used to being dismissed by most people in the corporate world. It's not personal. People on the job just don't have any incentive to help us when we need it. We're mostly invisible to folks -- not worth extra effort. Gerber and Sandy (and Cora) are the opposite. They didn't just listen to us, they saw us, understood, and then went above and beyond. They pushed us to the front of the line (sorry to everyone who had to wait extra because of us) and turned our van around in record time. It's so rare. I just can't thank them enough. They gave us a huge gift that went beyond car repair, and were a bright spot in our fulfilling but challenging lives.

On a Thursday morning after returning home I called their number. Their customer service was top notch. Jennica Walsh, their front desk administrator and phone receptionist, couldn't be more friendly, courteous, and helpful. I was told to bring the car in at my convenience for a survey and estimate. I was able to bring our Honda Accord in the next morning. I met Cathy Kirkland, the estimator, who handled our repair. After she surveyed and photoed our vehicle which took about 5 minutes I asked about getting parts. She informed me she didn't think it would take long, but we could keep the car until they had parts in hand. She wasn't wrong, she emailed the next day stating they would have the new bumper that afternoon. I made an appointment to bring the car in Monday morning. When I dropped the car off around 11am Monday, I asked if they could have the bumper painted and the car ready to pick up by the end of business Thursday. She said she would try. Cathy called each afternoon with a progress report. Around 2:30pm Thursday she called to let us know the car would be ready in about an hour. We were very anxious to get the car back on that day as it took a lot of stress out of my wife needing to take her 93 year old mother to 2 medical appointments on Friday. Besides going above and beyond regarding our scheduling needs, they get my 5 stars for making the estimate visit quick and available on a drop-in basis. And for not requiring a drive-able vehicle to be surrendered until any visible parts were in hand . I will recommend Sound Collision without reservation and Thank them again for their superb service.

They did a small adjustment and hoped it worked. 7) Few weeks after, still had a noise. Took it back and they asked for $99 diagnostic. Since I had no other choice, had to go for it. They found some corroded wire and offered to clean it for free. 8). Took it home. The noise was still there. I gave up and took my car to Infinity car service in Bellevue and learning that the replaced pads had poor quality. These pads were not OEM parts!!! I wish they would tell me upfront that they didn't use none OEM parts. Maybe, they need to fix their pad supply issues to ensure the pad quality up to the standard.
