    Where do I begin with Bellevue Collision? This shop has been nothing but a stressful experience. They are so difficult to get a hold of and when they do answer you get the run around. Sergio will tell you that your car will be ready this week, then next week, then the following week etc. The completed work on my car was below average at best. The supposedly "new" oem headlight started to condensate in less than a week of getting my car back. They also cut half off the "new" plastic panel that suppose to keep the fog light wiring safe from the elements, I'm still trying to understand what was the logic in that? My insurance and myself has reached out to them but it's the same bs that I get. The paint job is horrendous they're so many imperfections through out, swirl marks, polish left behind, paint bubbles you name it they did it. If you value your car and expect good work done on your vehicle please look elsewhere save yourself the headache.

    I had scraped the side of my car and took it into Bellevue collision within three days they had the part ordered and had installed the new part. As you can see in the photos you wouldn't even tell that it's a new part. The attention to detail, service, and timely manner was amazing. I would recommend this collision center to anyone, the owner is kind, trustworthy and has been the long time owner. Please go check them out!!

    Great place and location. They fixed my car after a crash and it looks like it was pre-crash. They even cleaned the car for no charge. The interior was cleaner than an $80 service i had last year. They even touched up some paint of an older fender bender i had. Great place. Money isn't everything for them. They do quality work.

    So, normally I don't do reviews unless they are either very very bad and you should stay away, or very amazingly good, that I would recommend anyone to go to in a heart beat. Bellevue Collision Services is definitely a place to get any body/paint damage fixed. The person whom I worked with - Sergio, is courteous and friendly. Even though he was swarmed with many other clients, he takes the time to address all of my concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Now, you can't fully review a place until you have seen all of the customer servicing portion. It is very important to know what happens when things aren't perfect. In this case, my front bumper bit between the plastic and the aluminum had a minor air bubble - the seam line is one of the trickier parts to get right. After bringing that to their attention, they quickly fixed it. In conclusion, the staff at Bellevue Collision Services will stop at nothing until you are completely satisfied. Their friendly attitude coupled with excellent automotive body work is definitely worth a 5 star rating from me. I highly recommend any of you to visit this shop when your vehicle is damaged.

    AVOID THIS SHOP!…read more Deceiving business practice and ethics, received a quote for $3200 to replace a head gasket in a pro master van. And ended up charging me the same amount just to remove our engine leave it all undone and declined to work on it because the engine needs to be replaced for $10,000. Bait and switch con artists working in Broad daylight

    Short version: - Charged $600 for a trunk water leak fix…read morethey couldn't end up fixing after bringing it in THREE times. I had to argue for an HOUR to get half that money back. - They recommended an oil change service I didn't need (I had just changed it myself the previous week). - Worst of all, a very rude snarky condescending front desk guy. Long version: Took it in for a trunk water leak. We showed them where the water trail was as far as we could see. Apparently, they don't listen cause when I got it back and tested it, leak was still there. All they did was clean out the most common cause of leaks (clogged sunroof drain valve) and called it good. I doubt they tried to diagnose before and test afterwards to minimize how much time they spend on it. They didn't even bother spending the time to vacuum all the sunroof debris that dropped onto the car seats. We had to brush that off ourselves before sitting down. Took it back to them and we did this 2 more times but they still weren't able to fix the requested leak. I asked for a refund and spent an HOUR arguing with the front desk guy that it's unfair I pay $600 and the original leak I showed them still occurs. Not to mention the collosal waste of time for 2 people to make 6 trips to drop off and pick the car up. The rude guy working the front desk finally agreed to give half the money back. The worst part about the whole experience was the snarky condescening guy who works the front desk. My first interaction with him was when I picked up the car the first time: "I'm here to pick up the civic with the leak". His response was a snarky "Well we have lots of civics..." He could've been professional and just asked "What's the name under?" His attitude worsened when I asked too many questions about why he had recommended an oil change I didn't need (I had just changed it myself and it was the first time driving it afterwards). That happened the first time we picked up the card. And during the 1 hour argument that happened on the 3rd time picking up the car, he's yelling and interrupting me and halfway through the hour puts on a calm professional voice once another customer walks in the room. This business could use a better person to represent themselves to their customers.
