Our car was in an accident and they stored our vehicle until an estimate was provided to us and insurance and deemed a total loss... wish their hours were a little longer during the week to get our stuff out of the totaled car but otherwise they were good with communication and helping us remove items off the car. read more

I have used TAJ twice. Most recently when some a**hole side swiped my car in the Gilman Village parking lot and fled the scene...leaving their black paint all over my beautiful white Audi!!! The second time my son (new 16 year old driver) hit someone pulling into a parking lot and we paid for the "other students" car damage. Both times we paid out of pocket - no insurance claim. Further, they discussed the safety inspections required by some auto makers following body repairs, which is something not mentioned at other local shops. We read the reviews about TAJ and went to get an estimate for repairs thinking we could cover the cost. We found out the damage was more extensive and decided to go thru our insurance company. All along in the process we were kept informed on what was happening. We never had to contact them for an update. There were issues with the insurance company but they were persistent on our behalf to receive payment because, as they said, the job needed to be done right. I had a crappy experience at Firestone where they couldn't align my car and told me "my frame is bent" not actually knowing what they were talking about and suggested I go to a body shop. Took it to Taj and they gave me a free consultation, looked at the specs of the alignment, let me know what they thought was wrong with it and gave me a recommendation for a specialist in alignment. The guy from the desk and the mechanic were straightforward, friendly and helpful. If god forbid I ever have a real issue in my car, I would definitely take it here. read more

As it turned out our 2020 CRV with 6000 miles was declared a total so TAJ never got to work on it. They have done work that I have inspected for a couple of neighbors and friends and the work was first class! Mickie and the others there could NOT have been any nicer or more professional! Likely the best body shop on the planet is right here in Issaquah. High quality work, fair and honest and downright pleasant people to work with. You'll work directly with the owners who clearly care about operating a trustworthy business. I have had my Infiniti G's dented roof and my Ford Explorer which was backed into by a neighbor leaving an ugly dent in the rear door. The estimate was quick and fair and the repair looks perfect. While I was picking up the Explorer my wife had our Ford Focus with us which my niece had recently scraped against the garage. When I mentioned this to the owner she rushed inside the shop and grabbed some chemicals and tools. To my surprise she started cleaning up the garage paint off my bumper and buffing the area. She recommended that I buy some touch up paint and bring it back so she could touch up two small chips. The 15 minutes she took without ever thinking of charging me made the scrape look 100x better. Any other body shop would have tried to force me in for an appointment or had given me an estimate. As long as the owners keep this place consider me a life-long customer! read more

A body shop is a body shop, right? Not even close. I did a little damage to the roof of my wife's car. I probably wouldn't have gotten it fixed except for the fact that part of the damage was a small hole; not great for Seattle winters. I got a few estimates at some "big" shops then dropped by TAJ Collision Center because of their 5 star Yelp reviews. From the moment I met Nakkia (one of the owners) I knew I had found my new favorite body shop. Their estimate was fantastic and the service was even better. Not only was my car ready when promised, they called midway through the repair to let me know that everything was progressing on schedule. Amazing customer service. When we went to pick up the car, we noticed it had been totally washed and the interior cleaned as well. I couldn't be happier with the repair on our 2013 VW Tiguan, and the customer service we received from Nakkia and her husband Josh. Knowledgeable, Punctual, Friendly, Reassuring. I've been through a few body shops in the past 15 years. As with a lot of businesses, once I find somewhere I like, I stick with them. I'm happy to say that TAJ will be keeping my business for the forseeable future. My first experience was not a collision repair, it was to have a new trunk and hood painted for my show car, as well as the front bumper repainted. They paid extreme care to my meticulously maintained vehicle and kept me apprised whenever anything came up. The results were nothing short of spectacular. My second experience was a minor collision incident with the other party at fault. I just picked the car up today. Once again, the work was top notch. What particularly impressed me was there was a tiny tiny bit of orange peel on a small part of the repair. I mentioned this to Nakkia and JR came out, took the car and fixed it within 10 minutes. Many other places would have said schedule an appointment and bring it back. They fixed it on the spot. Communication with Nakkia is always excellent and JR and Josh (and the rest of the staff) do amazing work. Whether it's direct work or working with insurance, it's always a great experience. I live in Lynnwood and work in Belltown and I have no issue taking my business to Issaquah. I recommend TAJ to anyone who needs autobody work done. read more

Recently, I had an issue with the drivers side door of my car, and needed to get it fixed ASAP. I looked around Issaquah for some reputable repair shops without high hourly fees, and I came across TAJ Collision Center. They were extremely kind and helpful. When they mentioned how much it would cost to get a replacement part, I told them it was too much for my current budget. Well, they said that they could get a used part for me at a cheaper rate. I ended up taking them up on that offer. They even let me keep my car there overnight (so that they could get it repaired as soon as the part came in!) without charging me. I was helped by Josh and he did a great job. The price was very reasonable, and I had my car back in working conditon the next day. Hopefully I won't have any more issues with my car, but if I do, I am calling up TAJ. read more

I scraped the side of my front bumper pretty badly. I came in last Wednesday afternoon to get an estimate. Nakkia was super attentive, helpful and just a sweet person all around. The price seemed completely fair. I asked if it was possible to have my car done by Monday, and she was nice enough to ask her team if it could be done. Thankfully, they said to drop it off the next morning, and they could make it happen for me! I ended up taking her offer to take me to work the next morning that was 10 minutes away, when they opened. By Monday morning, she let me know I could pick it up after 2 pm. She even offered to pick me up from my work again. Not only did everyone there provide the best customer service, my car looked great! They did such a good job. My car was shining, and they even vacuumed inside. There's just no way you'll find a better place around! I'm really happy I decided to come here. read more

I backed into a pole in my "newish" Subaru Impreza last year. The damage wasn't too bad and I didn't really think anything of it. Until just a few months ago when it started to rust and it was only getting worse. I couldn't file the claim through my insurance (long story) so it had to be something that we paid out of pocket. I got three different estimates (as my dad suggested) and TAJ was not only at a better price point but they were going to do a lot more for my money! I was so impressed with their customer service, how knowledgeable they were and really explained to me what and how it would be fixed, their office (clean/organized...clean), and the actual work done on the car. They will do estimates on the spot and take pictures of the damage on your vehicle so they can better assess what it is going to need. I used these guys a few years ago after being badly rear ended in my 2008 XTerra. The whole process was solid, all the way through. They gave a reasonable estimate and stuck to it, did everything they said they would when they said they would, did a fantastic job of communicating with me throughout, and even installed an aftermarket rear bumper for me. Getting rear-ended sucks. Getting rear-ended and going to TAJ sucks way less. Love these guys and would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

We all have our Dentists, Doctors, Realtors, and Car Repair shops that we have been referred to or have found over the years so when I received a lower bid from this shop I was hesitant in switching from what I had known was a great shop that I had used for the past 15 years. But after receiving a significant price difference in the bid I chose to go forward and try them. Not only was the repair done in a timely manner but it was perfect. Useless ...I saw the reviews here and went there , it was waste of time and money . They don't even know how to fix a bumper and I have to go there 4 to 5 times to just to make the alignment look decent .....again just decent not perfect . Right before the Christmas Holiday I brought my 2017 Chevy Suburban to TAJ Collision for a repair to the front end and bumper. Nakkia was great to work with and she scheduled the repair and set me up with a rental car. As it turned out later, all the extra sensors behind the bumper needed to be repaired and would require bringing the car to a Chevy dealer to calibrate the equipment. We ran into a delay when the car was at the dealer, so Nakkia recommended another place that could do the work and she got the repair back on track! When I picked up the car I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had been cleaned and detailed. WOW what great customer care and service. One of the WORST experiences I've ever had with an auto repair facility. After being broadsided in an accident, I took my car in for an estimate. The estimator was incredibly rude and unprofessional, saying he wouldn't waste his time giving us an estimate unless we were certain we'd be using their shop for the work. His attitude was so horrible, I'd never do business there. What a jerk! Since when do people agree to have work done without an estimate? Our insurance company wanted us to get three estimates, which is commonly done. The other two businesses we went to in Issaquah were the greatest - nice people, quick estimate, good reputations (we've chosen one of them to do the work). I wouldn't recommend TAJ Collision at all, there are much better shops in Issaquah without having to deal with rotten estimators who seem to enjoy talking down to customers. read more

I was recommended to TAJ by a friend after my previous shop closed down. I cannot say enough great things about them! It is a smaller, family-owned business who honestly have their clients best interests at heart. The office manager Nakkia went above and beyond in dealing with "the other guy's" insurance which was no easy task. She arranged a rental car for me, and was regularly updating me on what was happening with my vehicle. Even though the other insurance company was a pain with everything it seemed, I did not need to make any phone calls..... everything was handled very professionally and all I felt was positivity from the staff here. The guys did a wonderful job on the repairs, and my vehicle was much cleaner than I left it. I hope I don't need a body shop anytime soon, but if I do, I will always go to TAJ! read more
