If your want a shop that care about customer and not insurance company, collision masters is the shop for you. I have dealt with them on 3 different occasions ( 2 totals and 1 fixed, none my fault). They will go above and beyond to get your vehicle fixed with OEM parts. Yes please keep in mind, fighting with the insurance company doesn't get your vehicle fixed overnight. Mine was in the shop for 2 months, but if you want to know what's going on, just call and asked them. They will let you know where they are with the insurance company. But don't blame them for this process. It's not them it's the insurance company. They are a just company and I will continue to take my vehicles to them and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs work do on their vehicle. I'm very pleased with the service we received from Collision Masters in Kirkland. Early last month, the "shark fin" antenna on our new car got dislodged by a collision with a garage door. Collision Masters determined that it had to be replaced, but the part wouldn't be available until this month. Because of the risk of leaks, they taped a cover over it to keep the water out until it could be fixed. When the part arrived, they set to work to replace it. Unfortunately, the accident had bent the bracket the antenna is mounted on, and it appeared that the moonroof through which the antenna is mounted would have to be removed. The auto glass company they consulted with told them that the moonroof couldn't be reinstalled after being removed, requiring a new moonroof. Collision Masters then took the extra effort to repair the mounting bracket with the moonroof in place, saving us several thousand dollars. I appreciate that Collision Masters worked to save us money, even though they probably could have made more money by taking the easier route. Should we need more body work for our car, we'll definitely take it back to Collision Masters in Kirkland. read more

They had my vehicle for two and a half weeks, within this time frame all they did was drive it around the block. Called almost daily after the first week and kept being told they would try to get to it in the next couple of days. No honest time estimate. My car did not have any body damage, I took it here at advise of the dealership due to being new to the area. I informed them I would retrieve my vehicle and take it to a different shop if I did not receive at least a diagnosis after 2 weeks. When I came for the vehicle they said there "might" be a charge. For driving my car in a circle? Disappeared for a few minutes and then handed me my keys. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here unless you're okay with being without a car for a year. Took my vehicle over to Eastside Automotive and they had my car diagnosed and repaired in 5 hours. read more

I always get great service at Collision Masters Kirkland! I had my 2nd experience with them when I I took my Highlander for repairs after someone hit the side of it while it was parked on the street. I had to wait a long time for the replacement door, which wasn't the shops fault, but a back order issue with Toyota, and my vehicle was drivable so it worked out. When I got my vehicle back it looked great and was clean/detailed and was in the timeline I needed for the insurance rental! My car was full of kid snack crumbs and dog hair so that bonus detail was worth a million bucks to me This is my go to shop now when I have needs for repairs! read more

I brought my beautiful $100k car to this shop at the recommendation of my dealership to have a piece on my bumper cover replaced. It was an easy enough job, but they botched the repair (see attached pics) and denied any wrongdoing. On the bumper cover, under the trim piece they replaced, there was some kind of white flakiness. It looks like it might be glue or clear coat or possibly damage to the bumper cover plastic itself. I haven't found out what it is yet because they refused to make it right. There are also some scratches on the bumper cover next to one of the headlamps. They gave me half the old trim piece back (sawed in half) and showed me a pic of my bumper cover before their work that just showed a white reflection in the affected area. These "exhibits" were their proof of no wrongdoing. If you're going to lie to my face, at least be good at it. I will be taking them to court per my lawyer's recommendation. I had other problems besides this. They used the wrong/generic fasteners but charged me for OEM parts. For those who are unfamiliar, OEM fasteners are very expensive. For my car, some pop rivets cost upwards of $15 each. This job called for the replacement of many of them. I found a pop rivet under the hood that appeared to have fallen out because it wasn't installed correctly. There are gouge marks nearly everywhere where they had to remove fasteners. And the thing that really pissed me off was the giant glob of hardened body filler they left on the door sill. When I told one of the ladies who works there (Bedina), she said (with a foul attitude) my car was like that when I brought it in. Really? I brought my $100k car into you with body filler stuck on it? Give me a break. They reluctantly "cleaned" it off, leaving behind a white stain and scratches that my detailer was fortunately able to remove. I will be having a body shop that my lawyer works with address the issues above and document any other hidden problems or damages. I'm astounded that Collision Masters are ok with such shoddy workmanship, especially on such an expensive car, and treating their customers like absolute dirt when there is a problem. If a customer has a valid complaint about your work, you do not give them attitude, or instantly deny any and all wrongdoing. You listen, be polite, and take accountability. I was very patient and polite throughout the whole ordeal, but they couldn't even extend the same courtesy. I will be sharing this experience with the general manager of my dealership so no one else has to waste their time or money here. See you in court, CM. read more

12,000 dollars first estimate after 4 months for not repairing my car !!!!!!! Read this before you go there: I trusted them and drop off my car to get an estimate and then to be fixed and they told me it takes couple of months But they never gave me an estimates, and when I called several times after 4 months Steve said , no parts yet and when I ask them to give me a date when the car will be ready he said maybe next February as if he doesn't care and when I got upset he said he won't work on my car because me and my son calling him asking when the car is ready and we were upset about it, after holding my car for 4 months!!!!! Then Steve asked me to pay 37,000 to get my car back without them working on it and Steve explained 25,000 dollars for storage and 8,000 dollars for non refundable parts and 4,000 dollars for the work and labor. this is the first estimate they gave me for not repairing my car and holding it since February 2023. I told steve , you can not charge me for storage when the car is not ready and you can not charge me for anything !!! then he sent me an email the same day that you need to pick up your car by friday and pay 12,000 and if you don't we charge you 250 dollars a day!!!!! i'm single mom and take care of my parents. I had to take a day off to go to this place. Then i went to collision master in kirkland shop and Tim the owner said they do not charge me 250 a day and work it out with insurance. Tim is nice man . But, Insurance says the collision master never communicated with them to get authorization all these 4 months and never sent any correct information till now so the repair shop should not charge anything. This is almost 5 months that my car is in their lot and nothing done!!!!! I left my car in February. This is not fair to me !!!!!! I need my car . Horrible experience on my Honda clarity. car stayed for multiple weeks and when I got tired of lack of response on ETA and delays, I went to take my car. then they assured they hall all parts and can get it done in 1w. After a week they say there are 2 more parts needed but I can pay the full estimate and take it and they will call me when the parts are back. After many weeks of multiple calls they never respond and when I call them finally they say i need to leave the car there while they work with insurance on supplemental. you will get multiple conflicting status based on whom you speak to you. They will not let you talk and they are rude. they took all the estimate and did not fix my car. decided to take it somewhere else instead of further frustration. Don't bother taking your car there and will save you lot of frustration. avoid this dishonest business. read more

I got rear ended earlier this year and was recommended this place by Rairdon's. Worst advice I've ever taken as a 2 week repair to just replace the back bumper took over 4 months. I had to keep calling and even show up unannounced to get ahold of the people working on my car. They just kept blaming covid for their delay. As it turns out I have seen multiple reviews in my same exact situation even before covid saying that kept pushing off fixing their vehicle too because the person who hit me's insurance was taking care of it. I even brought this up as to why it's taking so long to the lady at the front desk and her response to me was "why do you care you aren't paying for it". The greatest kicker of them all is after I got it back I had many more issues than I even started with. I had to buy a brand new battery and alternator because it sat there in without getting run for 4 months and they even disconnected multiple of my lights and horn without reconnecting them. BEWARE! I had a terrible experience with Collision Masters. I went to them because they had some decent reviews and told me they could have my car done in two weeks. It was way over double that time. OK, maybe an exception? However, they NEVER contacted me. I had to call them over and over to get a status on my car but hey we're always unavailable. I left messages but NO ONE ever called me back. Finally I had made contact after 4 weeks! After 6 weeks I found out my car was finished but they would not let me pick it up as they said they were still working with my insurance company on a couple issues so I asked if I could pay them now. They said yes and they would refund any overpayment later. The amount they had me pay was thousands of dollars more that the total claim and now it's been weeks and no refund! Picked up my car just now, and I am SO IMPRESSED with their work along with how clean my entire car is! I got in and immediately felt like I had just sat in a brand new car. I was involved in a no fault accident and was encouraged to bring my truck to Collision Masters by the dealership. I am very glad that I did. The at fault parties insurance company drug their feet and didn't want to have to pay for all the damage but the folks at Collision Masters stuck to their guns and got my car repaired the way it was suppose to - no corner cutting - no oem parts - no bs. The icing on the cake is that my factory warranty is still in tact! Because they do such a good job, and to factory specification, I've had no issues getting the dealership to continue to support my factory warranty as though I was never in an accident. If you happen to get hit by someone with sketchy insurance and want to make sure you don't get the shaft - call collision masters. Someone crashed into my driver's side door in a parking lot, and then, thinking the gas pedal was the brake, crashed into it again. Tim, the manager at Collision Masters, was fantastic. The car was fixed quickly, and I can't even tell that there had ever been a problem. It's also super clean. I had to replace the bumper assembly in the back as well as the shattered glass on the trunk of my Audi Q7. The estimate was slightly better than two other competitors who were specialized in European cars. However, the final bill came out way more than competitors, mentioning the original estimate mistakenly missed some components and their installation. Also, while the car was in shop for three weeks, I was never able to obtain a firm date of completion. It continued to miss the date as if it did not matter. Conversation was very pleasant though. A lady ran into the door of my 2013 Hyundai. I had the car towed to Collision Masters. I told them I was hoping for a quick turn around because I was driving the car for Uber. He promised he would keep in touch and expedite the process. Almost 7 full weeks later, and no one from this shop has ever called me, or even emailed me, except as a response to my many inquiries. The last ten days I have been calling every day. I am always put off by a few days. Last Wednesday they said Monday. Monday they said Wednesday. Tuesday they said Thursday. I had to keep calling and even show up unannounced to get ahold of the people working on my car. They just kept blaming the insurance company for their delay. I brought my 2015 VW Passat to Collision Masters for an estimate on June 26th 2021 My car was parked and damaged by an Insured driver. The driver accepted liability and I contacted his insurance company (Kemper) The claim was approved. I got three estimates on my vehicle ranging from $1900. $4663.. and $2057.20. I choose Collision Masters $2057.20. I had previous work done by CM. It is now October 14 2021 and I still do not have my car. They say the statement is now more than $12000.00 and the insurance company Kemper is not willing to pay that amount. They have offered a total loss settlement to me. My car had two minor dents in the rear quarter panel. Collision Masters is now holding my car captive. Use this Collision Master body shop at your own peril. I thought I'd throw out some high praise for this wonderful body shop. These guys really do provide top notch customer service and make what is usually a very stressful situation an absolute breeze. I had our minivan in there twice last year (for a hit-and-run collision, and a dented slider door), and then took my truck to them 3 weeks ago after being rear-ended. They not only took care of all the insurance "stuff", but arranged for the rental car drop off and pick up to simply take place right at the shop. Super convenient! The repairs have always been perfect, and to top it off...they detail the vehicle before you pick it up! My truck looks better than it did before the accident. Car: Infiniti G37 2010 Damage: Rear bumper was dented on a hit and run. The staff took the time with me so I could understand the damage to my car. They were flexible with me when I requested another of their rental cars. The only opportunity for improvement I have was my trunk sensor was deactivated and I had to return to get it fixed. It was only a slight inconvenience. During the whole process I did not have to even talk to my insurance company, State Farm, because Collision Masters took care of the rest (which was very nice) Overall, I recommend! read more

After 2 months of coming to collision masters for their expertise & excellent service, I was back again due to another accident, very similar to the 'first time'. This time i was rear-ended by a gal coming from around the corner, gunning her way onto 45th and University Way in Seattle. As you know, the lights become shorter and so do the street lengths. Of course, she didn't see that I and the car in front of me were at a stop, she was obviously looking at her phone...I watched her from my rear view mirror and I cringed as she hit me dead on. Went here after a recommendation from a neighbor. I needed repairs after a collision to my parked car. I couldn't be happier with the results. This was under the person at faults insurance and the collision center did not let them get the cheap way out. They did everything at the highest quality. Amazing service from start to finish!! After my car accident I had a difficult time finding an auto body shop who had the time/availability/room for my car. When I was recommended to Collision Masters by a friend, I was immediately put at ease when Chelsea told me I could bring my car over that day! When I made my way over to the shop, Tim checked me in. He took the time to look at my car with me, talk me through the process and give me his honest opinion about what he thought of the repairs needed. I've only used their auto repair service which was a recommendation from my brother and I can't say enough good things about them. Ron is truly a master under the hood. An honest mechanic who is dedicated to making customers happy and has worked on all of my vehicles for years. He has never steered us wrong, knowledgeable, friendly, accurate diagnosis and estimates, honest recommendations on parts and they charge less than others. We took our 2007 Maxima in due to the a/c not properly functioning two years in a row which Nissan's also use for faster windshield defrosting. While she was at Eastside Nissan in Bellevue for an oil change, a mechanic there told her that it just needed to be charged again and provided no explanation as to why that would be necessary year after year. Ron diagnosed the problem, two holes causing the refrigerant leaks, called to let us know we had a burned out bulb in the rear and how much life was still on her brakes. No hidden fees or charges, no pressure and my wife is never talked down to because she's not car savvy. Highly recommended! read more

Brent was so great. He made sure my insurance took care of all of the expenses in regards to my vandalism - my car was keyed. He made sure my rental was taken care of by the insurance, and there was very little for me to do - just drop off and pick up my car. The rental was waiting for me at Collision Masters, and I just dropped it off at Collision Masters after my car was fixed. I really didn't lift a finger to get the job done. And, the best part - they detailed my car so nicely it looked like it was new! So beautiful - and the tires were so clean and shiny - they didn't even look that lovely new! Superior service.
