I had my vehicle towed to this location based on Rairdens Dodge of Kirkland's recommendation, what a mistake that was! My vehicle was there for 9 days before touched and looked at but only because I called and went off on the manager. Each day I called and talked to a guy name Steve whom would put me off everyday and would say he thinks they will get to it tomorrow, tomorrow would come and he would put me off again and again, and mind u they were no where near back logged. And then once they finally got to it, they decided to charge my insurance a very steep bill for daily storage and bogus charges in which were a joke. My recommendation to anyone reading this is to Not take ur vehicle to this business as I feel they are highway robbery! read more

My car was rear-ended a few days ago by someone. His insurance company would cover the fixing cost. I was given an option to use their approved shop to fix my car. So I went there, dropped my car. Few weeks later, I called in to check, and I was told the car would be ready the next week. So the next week, I called in again, but they told me to wait for another week. Then, again, another week, over and over again, until 60 days passed, I received a phone call from the insurance company to tell me to pick up my car. Since the car is ready, they won't cover my car rental fee from that day. So I went to this shop to get my car, but I was told I cannot get my car, because they didn't receive the check from the insurance company. I felt so upset, because the insurance company already contacted with this shop, and told them my claim number, and also told them that they already mailed out the check, they would receive it soon. But the shop insisted not to give my car. That means, I have no car to drive, because the insurance company won't cover my car rental since my car is ready. So I have to rent a car by myself. Until 3 days later, the shop received the check from insurance company, then they gave back my car. So I want all of you know, first, they don't have the ability to fix a car ( how can you only fix a rear bumper to use up 60 days); second, they don't care about their customers, they only care about money! read more

These guys are amazing! I took my car to a mechanic, a dealer and an auto rebuild place to get a quote on an issue with my minivan door. The other three places said I would have to replace the whole door, and that it would cost $2500-$4000. I then went to Collision Masters and Tobey Butler looked at it for a minute, said "I'll be right back." My mouth dropped open and I watched as he came back with some tools and a washer. He thought out of the box and came up with a permanent fix that was brilliant. It took him five minutes and it saved me thousands of dollars and he did it all for free! I was rear ended on the 405 South one day by a corporate moving truck driver who was simply not paying attention. The trunk lid and back bumper of my G35 (I love my car -- it literally made me cry) was damaged and the other driver's insurance was being incredibly difficult to deal with. Jody Smith at Collision Masters was fantastic. Not only did he deal with the other insurance company and their ridiculous adjuster (John Walker, Sr. turned in an estimate that was less than half what it actually took to repair my car. He simply ignored the dents and damage to my bumper and trunk lid and then insinuated that that the car had pre-existing damage, a completely false and ridiculous claim -- but that's another story!), he also gave me tips and information about how to handle the situation. Very communicative, friendly and professional, Jody helped me through a very difficult time and got the job done right. When I picked up my car, I swear it looked better than it did when I bought it. They did spectacular work. On top of this, everyone at the shop exhibited the type of professionalism and kindness that I thought no longer existed in business anymore. I went there by Toyota of Kirkland's recommendation. I had crashed my Sienna's door on the landsape rocks in my driveway. Phil, Jody and Kelsey were the first ones I met. They were wonderful. Of course I dont want to leave out the people who worked behind the scene. I had to bother them few times to retrive items I had left behind in my car. The repair, paint job, help and advice in indurance, and the detailing they did is just beyond expectation. My car looks beautiful outside and smells so good inside, sparkles inside and outside. These guys are amazing. My only regret is having not taken my car to them in the beginning where I got the first of my 2 estimates after being in my minor car accident. Someone backed into me, we both had insurance, so I opted to take my car to Queen City in Redmond. BIG MISTAKE. After nearly a month sitting in pieces on the floor of Queen City's floor, having virtually no work done, I finally had it towed to Collision Masters, where Stephen and co. took my car, and immediately began the work. Nothing short of care, respect, honesty and concern. No attitude, no arrogance, NOTHING like the joke I dealt with at Queen City. They don't care what kind of car you have, they don't care about it's age (in fact, give it more care because it requires more to look decent upon leaving), and don't care if you're ignorant about cars or you know everything. Front desk is organized, back office is knowledgeable and takes accountability. If they didn't call, they'll tell you they didn't call! They don't play the blame game and point fingers. They don't make excuses. I heard nothing but excuses at Queen City. No one wanted to own the problems that kept mounting. "We fight for you" was flagrantly used by everyone. Collision Masters never says it. They DO it. And with class. Worked with the insurance company on your behalf, everything was neat... I'm extremely pleased with the service I've received with this group. I told Stephen I could be a nightmare of a customer and didn't want to be that with them. He has been diligent and thoughtful in how he treats me, especially knowing what I went through with Queen City. They have all been very caring in handling me, knowing Queen City got on my last good nerve. Unfortunately, Collision Masters was going to be caught in the cross-hairs if something ever went wrong but now, I'm able to breathe knowing my car is in VERY good and VERY capable hands. Their mechanics went through every inch of my motor and fixed or replaced or refilled everything they could find. They detailed my new car so it now looks like a new car inside & out!! They touched up & rubbed out nicks & tiny scratches, so my car is as close to perfect as can be! Then went above & beyond & arranged my window tinting with a neighboring tinting business. Summary: 1) Very slow repair process; 2) Poor services; 3) Left two-coin size blue ink on my front-right seat; 4) Not friendly front-desk service. I dropped off my car at Collision Masters around Dec. 12, 2016. It took roughly 10 weeks for repairing bumper problems. The reasons were that they did not do good initial estimation and keep to have three problems, which should go through insurance back and forth. They said the mechanician was out for a couple of weeks, but no one was able to continue to work on repairs, till the guy came back. In addition, they gave me three times of promises that they could deliver my car. However, they kept to eat their words. Their excuses were "they just repair the car". They gave me the feelings that "Why did you have your accident? Why did you choose our shop?". Third, they usually did not call you back, even they promised to call you back and give you updates. Every time, I inquired the process over phone, they said "we will call you back in 10 minutes, half an hour, in the afternoon, or tomorrow". However, they only called me back a couple of times, and missed to their promises more than ten times. They did not value their customers at all. Finally, their provided very bad service. When I picked my car, I found there was a two-coin size blue ink on the front-right seat. The seat is the cloth cover. They did not clean it completely and even damage a little of the cover. In sum, Collision Masters provided me very bad repair experiences for my two repairs with them. I won't trust them again. Would suggest that if you have another choice, definitely not choose them. read more

They have horrible customer service. We drop our car off last Monday and was told it would be done by Friday lasted Monday. Nobody called to give us an update so we called on Monday and was told that we will get a call back. Never got it. Then called again on Tuesday got same response. Someone will call us to give update. I called again on Wednesday and said if you need more that's fine but can we just talk to someone who can give us an update? Receptionist Chelsea I believe said yes, she'll take a message and Steve should be giving us a call back. Well it's Wednesday night after they closed and no call back yet. Even if they do great work on the vehicle, (I didn't get my car back yet so couldn't say good or bad)this type of customer services is horrible and I would never recommend this place ever. The gentleman came out right away and looked at my issue, and took it back to the tech right away. These guys are wonderful! Someone damaged two doors of my 2014 Ford Focus hatchback in a parking lot. I called the Ford dealership for a recommendation and they told me that they take their vehicles to Collision Masters. I took it in for an estimate just before closing on a Tuesday. They said they could start work on the car the next day, but would need it for three days. It would be ready around 3:00 on Friday. When I told them that I needed to be at work at 3:00, they said they would try for 2:30. I told them it wouldn't give me enough time to get to work, but it would have to do. Not only was the car ready at 1:30, but it was in perfect condition. It looked brand new, inside and out. All traces of the damage were gone, plus they washed my entire car and detailed the inside. Took 2 months to get our car back. Was told multiple times it would be "done by the end of the week" and never heard back. We called them multiple times over the course of this time, and were always told they would call us back. Out of all those times only ever got called back once. Very hard to communicate with and know what's going on. They say three's a charm... A female driver reared my brand new Toyota while looking at her phone. Left the bumper so damaged (including the whole imprint of her licence plate + four holes from screws) that it needed to be replaced. Toyota Kirkland sent me to Collision Masters. Take 1. Her insurance covered everything, and I got nice customer service, short wait for the rental shuttle; everything went smooth. My car was ready as promised. When picking it up, I noticed that somebody was driving it - the odometer showed a difference of 18 miles. The longest test drive ever for a painting job...Never received any explanation for it. Only at home when I parked in a shade, we noticed that the bumper was painted some 2-3 shades darker. It looked like a piece from a different car attached to mine. Take 2. Drove back to Kirkland to schedule another painting, and a few days later dropped off the car at C.M. This time, instead of a rental, they provided me with one of their own cars. It was an ancient, falling apart Saturn, but I did not refuse. Started driving away, and when trying to stop it, its brakes hardly worked. I kept pushing the brake pedal and the car kept going for quite a distance before it finally stopped. I did not need another accident, went back there already irritated and their friendliness was all gone too. Another wait for the rental pick-up, lenghty procedures, same on the way back. It might take 30 min "only" but it was my 4th time doing this routine. Bumper got repainted again (or sprayed over), and it looked much better. Take 3. Several weeks passed by, and one day a corner of the bumper caught my attention. The paint started to chip off. Another drive to C.M., and I asked to talk to the owner. Some guy was sent to speak with me (I do know the owner's name) and he wasn't even trying to be polite or apologetic. So; another routine followed - dropping off the car, picking up the rental (waiting at Hertz for over half an hour because the clerk's priority was to get her lunch first, rather than taking care of people waiting, not to mention that my husband who just broke his leg was there waiting with me), going back the same way. All together it took 3 months, 9 drives to Kirkland to get the bumper properly (???) done. How much time wasted - no idea, a lot. Bumper is freshly repainted again, a couple of little red spots from the paint left inside the car as a souvenir, I guess. Not one decent apology, nor an offer how to compensate for all the inconvenience caused. A small Starbuck's card would do... I am already panicking that there might be take 4... I would not recommend this business at all. Take 4. I thought, I should write the end to this story. There was no "take 4". Only weeks later, paint started chipping off in the same spot even more than previously. It really looked bad, besides the corner of the bumper was not attached correctly and was just hanging out of its place. I gave up; with a big loss I traded the new car that Collision Masters managed to damage so terribly. Thank you (NOT!!!) "Masters"... read more

Horrible service. We dropped our car more than 3 weeks ago for a scratch repair. Since then we had to call every couple of days to learn that it will probably be ready next week - no real reason as to why it takes so long. We never got an update unless we called them and were lucky enough to get a hold of the person in charge of our car.
