I was greeted by a friendly attendant who helped me pay at the screen and answered my questions. He gave me 2 free car air fresheners when I asked as I think brown bear's car air fresheners are superior lol the scent is 10/10 imo. The young man holding the neutral sign was also friendly with a smile on his face and acknowledged each person in their vehicle. Super friendly and professional team!!! Most brown bear locations, especially the factoria location the team is usually teens or young men in their 20s no where to be found or on their phones and/or usually always rude or simply seem like they don't want to be there. So stopping by this location was a pleasant surprise. I will return to this location and will recommend it! Thank you for the great, kind, and professional service!!

Took my truck to this location to be washed today 6/26/26 and was rear ended by another vehicle…read morewhile in the wash tunnel. In exiting the tunnel I was expecting the attendant to acknowledge this happened and offer assistance but that was not the case. I approached an attendant to discuss this matter and he just laughed at me and advised to get the insurance from the car that hit me. I am shocked Brown Bear car wash is lackadaisical in their business practice to allow a car to continue in the tunnel and rear end a vehicle, the attendants main job is to ensure the launch area is clear and safe so that this does not happen but beware as Brown Bear will assume no responsibility over these safety violations. The best thing to do is to avoid this location and other locations that assume this behavior and do not take responsibility for their mishaps.

He removed the seats, carpet, lining in the trunk, and under the dash. He cleaned, washed, and shampooed everything and replaced the damaged insulation. It looks incredible. And better yet, the smell is gone ! My car looks like it just came off the showroom floor, I would do it again in a heartbeat!

The final 2 steps still didn't work. Back half of the car was still dirty. Drove around to the front with a soapy car. Notified the clerk and I was told to just take the car through again and that it's happened to her before. There were over 10 cars waiting in line and I wasn't going to spent another 30-40 mins there. I recommended they shut down to fix it and was told they'll let the manager know.
