This place is Great! I have a 2015 Dodge Challenger, it's immaculate, or was...then it had some visitors move in. I was beside myself because, 1, it's mice, and 2, it smelled awful . Especially when it was running and warmed up. I looked for places that address that issue and the only one I could find was Acme Auto Detail. Antonio was great, it was pricy, but well worth it. He removed the seats, carpet, lining in the trunk, and under the dash. He cleaned, washed, and shampooed everything and replaced the damaged insulation. It looks incredible. This is an amazing auto detail business and we were impressed by the quality of service received. We took our Civic for a premium wash and they not only cleaned the interior and the exterior spotlessly, but shampooed the seats and the carpets so well that the car was looking like a brand new one. Very happy with the flexibility as well, they were able to take us in immediately and did the job within 4-5 hours. I went here to have my truck detailed after having it stolen. They did a good job, and were open on Saturday, which was great! They are way overpriced, but I wasn't in the mood to shop around, as my truck smelled and looked like a crack house. I did notice a while later that they put an extremely difficult to remove advertisement sticker in my driver side door jam. Words cannot convey how unhappy this makes me. It is not something that I expect or want to find after paying $370 to have my vehicle cleaned. I'm going to take it back and have them detail it right the fuck off. read more

My car was filthy (I have 2 kids) and apparently, an animal had climbed into the front seat and made a huge mess. It stunk so badly at first I thought we'd have to replace the seat. HOWEVER, Antonio was amazing. He followed up with details, explained each step and completly cleaned the car. The seat was removed and he cleaned inside of it. Amazing. Well worth the cost. It's all about expectations. When I know Pink Elephant is down the street (Bel-Red), and they will do a pretty thorough vacuum and wipe down for $20, I expect a little more from a place with the word "detail" in their name. After all, that's the only reason why one would pay 9 times the price of a good car wash. I was curious about this place since it had so many good reviews both here and on Google. I traded my car with my friends standard car and gave them a shot with my friends car to see what they would do with it. I posted a couple of pictures to show how much effort they actually put in. Keep in mind, those pictures were taken AFTER I got it back from them, not before. Also, know that I have never seen that car before or have any experience detailing that car. So, it was just my untrained eye doing a spot check (I'm sure if I really looked, I would have more photos). My issue here is that he decided to charge me $50 more for pet hair when I read it as a disclaimer if it was excessive. The car seemed pretty standard to me and I have seen a car wash take care of what it looked like when I took it in without issues. In fact, there is an exceptional car wash in Puyallup that went through the rug of an Accord I turned in with a brush to get more hair out. I understand that's amazing but back to these guys. As you can see by one of the pictures, if they were to charge me an extra $50, would I have expected to easily see the pet hair on the passenger seat? I went home and took a sticky roller to clean that up with one roll so I knew that no one touched that area...yes, that was an example area of excessive pet hair btw. What really bothered me was that I dropped off the car, told him the owner had a pet, and he didn't tell me anything. Also, he didn't tell me that the Mazda 3 was not a small car. If that's the case, then I am surely not going to take in my Genesis. He kept quiet (and yes, I speak Spanish so there were no language barriers to reason on). It felt a bit hidden fee but I trusted the reviews and left. When I came back, I asked him why no one had called me for an estimate or even the extra cost before doing the work and he said he called me twice and left me messages. Really? It's difficult in today's tech world to lie so directly about messages and calling. He even tried to show me on his phone which had no history of calling me for some reason. Maybe that broke too? Conclusion: I ended up paying 12 times more than if I took it to pink elephant which they would have done exactly what I expected from them and then more. . . 12 times! I could have gone there once a month for a year. * Not detailed work * Hidden fees (amount not advertised on website, disclosed in person, or authorized over the phone) * Over priced for what you get, it's about value, go elsewhere! read more

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. I am soooo impressed with the service here. I brought my 4runner here after a dog managed to spread 10 lbs of dehydrated fish based dog food all over the front seat of my car (don't ask)... I mean in the gear drive, in the seat belt (wouldn't click shut) in every crack and crevice. Using water for cleaning was not an option since it would have turned my car into a fish paste mobile. They charged 200 ( much less than I expected) and had my car in and out in about 5 hours. I didn't even make an appointment. It wasn't a small job -- required removing both front seats. I am new to the Seattle area and just moved a week ago. I had my car shipped (2015 Mercedes C-Class) and it was quite dirty when it arrived. I had chosen to go to Acme because that was the only car wash nearby that was open on Saturday and had decent reviews online. But, I have to say that I am glad that I did choose this place and was impressed with the service! I chose the managers special wash package and was looking at him wash while I sat inside. It was freezing cold and gloomy outside. But, despite that, the quality of service was spectacular! The owner (he was the only person working, I guess the staff were on vacation) took his time (more than an hour in freezing cold) to wash each and every detail of the car externally as well as its interior. He took out each and every carpet and vacuumed them properly (Many car washes I've seen just run the vacuum inside the car) and wiped each and every part of the car. When it was done, it was as good as new, as if it was completely detailed rather than just washed. I will definitely come to this place again and as far as I am concerned, this is my to go place for a car wash. read more

I don't know what the service was called but it was a basic interior vacuum+wipe down/exterior wash and it costs $55 + tax. I've known two other people that have taken their cars here and they seemed to like it. I was disappointed. I felt that I could've just gone to a drive through car wash and vacuumed my interior myself for a fraction of the cost. It wasn't that my car wasn't clean. It was that my car was not $55 worth clean. There were some scuff marks on the exterior and I noticed that my exhaust wasn't even touched. Exhausts are going to get dirty immediately, but a detail shop should be cleaning them so that they shine again. When I'd hand wash my car, I would make sure to clean out my exhaust and it really wasn't that hard so that was minus points in my opinion. The interior was vacuumed, but it didn't look like my dash or anything else was wiped with armor all. My cup holder was even touched. Perhaps if I opted for the other packages, I would have received an immaculate car, but I didn't want to pay $200 and I figured I'd still get a pretty fine job for what I paid for. Instead, I found that I could've done a better job myself using one of the drive through washes. read more

A great experience with Antonio and the Acme team. We took our vehicle in the day before around 5pm for an appointment scheduled for the following day. As luck would have it, I forgot our "summer" mats as we typically use the all-weather variety during the winter. We had 2 cars that needed complete detailing inside. We called on Sunday and he was able to get us in the next day. I wasn't sure what service we would need to get the cars the way we wanted so he gave us suggestions and was so helpful to get us the right locate for our cars. We dropped our car off before they were open and dropped the keys in their key slot which was so helpful! They called shortly after opening and let us know it would be done by 4pm when my husband got off work and would be able to pick it up. Everything looked great! Visited Acme Auto detail for a complete interior detailing. My car wasn't washed from inside for a long time and had a lot of stains on the carpet. I usually see interior detailing done within 2-3 hours and was initially surprised when I was told it will take about 5-6 hours. But at the end - it was worth it. Slightly pricey but a good job done. This wash and vacuum service was around $60 yet I feel it's worth about 20x the cost of going through a Beary Best.
