I went here to have my truck detailed after having it stolen. They did a good job, and were open on Saturday, which was great! They are way overpriced, but I wasn't in the mood to shop around, as my truck smelled and looked like a crack house. I did notice a while later that they put an extremely difficult to remove advertisement sticker in my driver side door jam. Words cannot convey how unhappy this makes me. It is not something that I expect or want to find after paying $370 to have my vehicle cleaned. I'm going to take it back and have them detail it right the fuck off.

Love how the owner has a photo of his dog Oso (Bear) in the waiting room. His dog is so sweet and the owner is so nice and helpful

Took my truck in for a full interior and exterior detail on short notice...had some vomit (ick). The owner Antonio was very helpful and nice. They were able to get all the sick out and have it ready by the end of the day. I was impressed. The shop dog, Oso (Bear) is so cute too!

AFTER picking it up from them; not detailed work. The roller was used once over only, after taking headrest off. Doesn't take a professional

It's all about expectations. When I know Pink Elephant is down the street (Bel-Red), and they will do a pretty thorough vacuum and wipe down for $20, I expect a little more from a place with the word "detail" in their name. After all, that's the only reason why one would pay 9 times the price of a good car wash. I was curious about this place since it had so many good reviews both here and on Google. I traded my car with my friends standard car and gave them a shot with my friends car to see what they would do with it. I posted a couple of pictures to show how much effort they actually put in. Keep in mind, those pictures were taken AFTER I got it back from them, not before. Also, know that I have never seen that car before or have any experience detailing that car. So, it was just my untrained eye doing a spot check (I'm sure if I really looked, I would have more photos). My issue here is that he decided to charge me $50 more for pet hair when I read it as a disclaimer if it was excessive. The car seemed pretty standard to me and I have seen a car wash take care of what it looked like when I took it in without issues. In fact, there is an exceptional car wash in Puyallup that went through the rug of an Accord I turned in with a brush to get more hair out. I understand that's amazing but back to these guys. As you can see by one of the pictures, if they were to charge me an extra $50, would I have expected to easily see the pet hair on the passenger seat? I went home and took a sticky roller to clean that up with one roll so I knew that no one touched that area...yes, that was an example area of excessive pet hair btw. What really bothered me was that I dropped off the car, told him the owner had a pet, and he didn't tell me anything. Also, he didn't tell me that the Mazda 3 was not a small car. If that's the case, then I am surely not going to take in my Genesis. He kept quiet (and yes, I speak Spanish so there were no language barriers to reason on). It felt a bit hidden fee but I trusted the reviews and left. When I came back, I asked him why no one had called me for an estimate or even the extra cost before doing the work and he said he called me twice and left me messages. Really? It's difficult in today's tech world to lie so directly about messages and calling. He even tried to show me on his phone which had no history of calling me for some reason. Maybe that broke too? Conclusion: I ended up paying 12 times more than if I took it to pink elephant which they would have done exactly what I expected from them and then more. . . 12 times! I could have gone there once a month for a year. * Not detailed work * Hidden fees (amount not advertised on website, disclosed in person, or authorized over the phone) * Over priced for what you get, it's about value, go elsewhere!

They recently installed full PPF on our GR Corolla, and I'm still blown away by the attention to detail in the install. If you're looking for a reputable installer for PPF, ceramic, and tint, this shop is it! Not only do they do a phenomenal job on the install - their "post-install" support is the best I've experienced with any shop. The rental car is the icing on the cake and makes getting work done incredibly convenient.

In August I had been rear-ended by a much larger vehicle and had it repaired by a local collision company. After all the repairs were completed, I had Metropolitan Detail put another wrap around all the areas that had to be repaired or replaced. Made my 4Runner look like new again. In late December I accidently rubbed against a large yellow post with my front fender, in a tight parking lot. Lesson learned - do not park near any columns. In January I had Metropolitan Detail buff out the yellow paint and restore the right full fender flare. Since I did not have time to take it to Metropolitan Express beforehand, I was able to have it hand-washed at Metropolitan Detail during the same job. I picked it up on January 13th, and it looked like it just rolled off the show room at the Dealership, but only nicer. Metropolitan Detail does quality work and I continue to go back to them to help me keep my 4Runner in a super nice condition. Thank you, all for taking care of my 2024 4Runner.

Scheduling an appointment was easy on their website with no issues. The prices were also fairly reasonable. With that said, I should have paid more attention to the mixed reviews on Yelp and not have too high of an expectation. I dropped off my car at 9am for a full interior and exterior detail, and their website stated that it would take 5 hours. I didn't get a call from them until about 3:30pm, which was 1.5 hours more than the stated amount of time for the service. When I came to pick up my car, the person at the counter simply handed me the bill to pay. I went over to my car afterwards to inspect my car. They did a fairly good job with the interior, but not so much the exterior. I was shocked to find the paint scratched off underneath the trunk hinges. I assumed it was because the tree pollen was severely stuck on that it ended up damaging the paint, but I would have appreciated if they had told me. The whole experience seemed rather impersonal. I may have to go to a shop to get the paint fixed. Oh well, you get what you paid for.
