$20 for my car to be worse than before. Went in for a car wash and it broke down 6 times while I was in the tunnel. Took over 10 mins in order to go through. The final 2 steps still didn't work. Back half of the car was still dirty. Drove around to the front with a soapy car. Notified the clerk and I was told to just take the car through again and that it's happened to her before. There were over 10 cars waiting in line and I wasn't going to spent another 30-40 mins there. I recommended they shut down to fix it and was told they'll let the manager know. This was one of the worst car washes I've ever had. Yes the vaccums are free, but people use them even if they didn't get a car wash and you have to wait. No enforcement of the have to have a car wash to use the vacuum. In addition, our car wash dirtier when we left than when we got there. There were visible streaks of dirt all over our car. Worst brushless car wash I have ever used. The attendant took my money and went to the next car, no prewash here. I knew it was not going to be good when I saw the side jet sprays a solid straight stream and not a spray. Went through the wash and stopped after the dry section. The attendant did not walk to my car for the wipe down, just stayed at the entrance. I drove home and checked my car. None of the dirt was removed from the sides of my car, but you can see where the water stream hit the car, leaving a unique drawing on the sides of my car. Rest of the car was just as bad. It removed the dust, but left the dirt. Never again. read more

I have been washing my car here for over a year by now. Always choose an option for $16, and happy with quality. Not sure what happened today. But this is the worst quality ever. The most upsetting thing is the person who wipes cars after they are washed saw how my car looked but didn't even let me know to re-wash it, and didn't wipe it either. It's embarrassing how long I had gone without cleaning my 9-year old minivan. I was pretty thrilled to find there was a car wash that will also clean inside the car in Kirkland. I wish I knew when the line is the shortest, because I did have to wait quite a while... even wondering if it would be worth the wait in the end. IT WAS. You should enter the Mobil gas station from the side entrance to properly enter the line (there is a break in line for cars to pass through). As you drive up, there are very clear signs with the prices and services offered. Go for the Gold... so worth it. Then you drive up to the first employee, and you pay. After you go through the car wash, there will be an employee or two waiting to wipe your car by hand. Then you drive over to the detail spot, and they spend a good amount of time really cleaning the inside. PLEASE tip each employee as you go through the car wash!! They work so hard and do such a great job. It's easy enough to go inside the food mart and purchase something and get cash back. My minivan is so clean, it sparkles!! read more

I was very disappointed in the car wash. I purchased the best $19.00 wash, which was supposed to include wax and hand drying.  When I got to the end of the wash, there was a table with drying cloths-but no one to dry! I waited until I had to move because there was a car behind me. I went around and into the station to ask about drying.  The attendant said the person who is supposed to dry it "must be busy." He went to get a few towels. He started drying the windows, and I noticed how dirty the car was.  When I pointed that out, the attendant said "Well it is touchless, so it is not going to get clean if your car is dirty!" The car was not that dirty, just kind of hazy. There was no mud or bugs, etc.  I felt the wash was a complete waste of money! read more

Used to be great. Car comes out dirty. Soap inside doors means not enough rinse. No excuse for inability to pressure wash sufficiently before wash. Shouldn't have to finish the job at home. Hands free car wash with a pre-soak. You will wait a bit on the weekends but once you get in the wash, wipe down and vacuum goes really fast! Suggest going for Gold Package for interior wipe and vacuum. Be sure to check enter the gas station through the side entrance as the line starts on that side. Be sure to tip the car wash attendant at the end of the wash and the guys doing the inside of the car if you get the silver or gold package. They genuinely appreciated it! read more

First off - it is really hard to find a touchless/touch-free car wash on the Eastside. I've been looking for months! So the fact that I found Flamingo already earns it a star, lol. So while I did see some of the bad reviews on here, I decided to give it a try anyways. I'm glad I did. The prices definitely are decent - for a premiium wash (external only) it's about $12. You can either pay inside beforehand, or else the staff will take your payment while you wait in line. But do know that on a nice day, YOU WILL BE WAITING. I probably waited about 20 minutes. I did go on a Sunday afternoon, so some busy-ness is expected. But it also gave me a chance to catch up on email and do some mindless surfing on my phone! But let's remember something -- before your car is put on the 'rails' to go through the car wash, an attendant does a pre-wash of your car by hand, and after you exit, you also get a quick cloth wash. These were pretty nice touches to a simple car wash experience. I will go back again and hopefully will get the same good experience! read more

Wow. Where do I begin? First of all, the line was ridiculous! It took 15-20mins JUST to get to the front of the line. I thought, this must be a legit wash... Nope! They spray your car down with a pre-wash, then a soap wash, then you are pulled through an automated conveyor that just sprays your car more! No brushes, no rubber or scrubbing blades, no fabric wipes... Just liquid. So, with the "gold wash" you get a "detail" after the wash. The two guys out there (one Persian, one Hispanic) were total douchebags. They did a sub par job and grumbled about it the whole time. We had to ask them to do things that should have been part of the job. Not sure why I tipped anything at all... Pity? Anyway, DO NOT bother going here. Huge time suck for little value... read more

Got the best exterior wash I could, the "Premium", which ran 11.99 after the dollar discount from using the attached Shell. I don't know what I did to it, but boy, my car was filthy! At this station, the nice men pretreat your car's body and wheels with extra cleany stuff before you go in the tunnel. Post tunnel, your now very clean car there is met by a nice Japanese man who hand dries off what the air dry didn't get. I tipped both a few bucks, and wow... My car looks new. Great deal. Very convenient! The ony problem is that there's these weird air bag thingies on the air dryer at the end with 3 scrapers at their ends. It sort of floats around with the air, landing only very occasionally. While it didn't seem to make any marks, it's presence does make it less the fully touch-less. I hope they remove these little arms, as anything robotic that touches the car does me paranoid. (I have a very dark car, and marks from touchy washes easily show) I am still leaving 5 stars, as they do so much right, and this should be an easy enough thing for them to fix. read more

Great service and prices! They have a basic wash, silver and gold program. I always go for the silver - about $20 and they do excellent touch less cleaning from the outside and wipe windows from inside and vacuum. They are located inside the Shell but seem to be separate business. Don't forget to keep some cash for tipping the cleaners - its a hard job. read more

Awesome value! Tried these guys out yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised at the results. It looks like one of those not-so-great gas station car wash places but don't be fooled. They did a great job inside and out for only $17 + tip. The even took out my rubber floor and cargo mats and power washed them! The extra couple of bucks to have the inside vacuumed and cleaned was definitely worth it. You can pay a lot more for Elephant Car Wash or Rose Hill Car Wash for worse results than here but why waste your money? read more

I agree it's inexpensive, but you get what you... I went for the Gold (full boat) package. There are water spots on my paint I am still trying to get off despite a full detail 2 weeks ago. All I'm asking is to dry the car like you advertise. Now, the really bad part. I just dropped $250 getting the "bleache-like" spots on my rims buffed down and recoated. The guy at detail shop said they use hard water and highly acidic soap that ate through the top clear coat. I wouldn't have written the review had it not been the employee's comments. "not our fault - already there" and "never seen that before." The guy at detail shop said he fixes a couple of cars a week from here Why 2 stars and not 1? It's probably not a bad place if you have an older car. If it's 2010 or newer - well... I won't be back. read more

I had the gold, with the long lists that was posted I was expecting it to be too detailed that it'll take me half an hour. Unexpectedly, it was fast which took only 15minutes. Good, as it's fast and quality is not too bad. What does not fully satisfy is that I can't feel the cleanliness unlike when I previously went to elephant car wash. Anyways, my car is clean and shining again, wouldn't be ashamed to drive it. If I'd stay in Bellevue I'd probably go to elephant, not unless they have a branch there. read more

Great car wash, just a super awkward location that shares space with a gas station. They take credit cards and offer packages from simple exterior to full service, interior cleaning. They do a pretty good job for the really reasonable price that you pay for an exterior and interior detail. If you want something spotless, however, you probably will want to go to a specialized detail shop. However it's great when you want a really clean car in a short amount of time. Go early on weekends because they get very busy and snaking through that tiny lot can get crazy! read more

This is the worst car wash experience we've ever had! The attendant kept telling me to straighten my wheels. I assumed that they were straight because the steering wheel was straight. After several attempts and literally kicking my wheels/tires and rocking the car back and forth, he started the car wash. I drive a Ford Explorer. I've driven my F-150 through this exact same car wash with no problem. After all was finished, I wiped the excess water and soap off the vehicle and discovered several small scratches on my rims! I recently discovered this place and will never go back to standard car washes. There are no rollers that miss spots and put swirls in your vehicle's paint. Everything is touchless and the dirt and grime just fall off your vehicle. I buy the gold package which leaves every bit of my vehicle spotless including the wheels. The guys on site also do a minor interior detail that involves full vacuum, wiping off dashboard, seats and windows and even my floor and trunk liners. For $21.99 it is steal. There are of course lesser costing exterior only options which are also well worth it. If you care about your vehicles paint like I do you should definitely try this place out. read more

25 bucks to wash, polish and vacuum my coupe in under 20 minutes is a great deal. My car was covered in greenish algae layer from parking outside next to a pollen machine. As drive-thru gas station car washes go, Flamingo is great. They spend some time pre-washing before you go through the big machine, so when you come out, the car is really clean. The prices are good, and they move quickly, although there can be a long wait on the weekend. The staff is generally pleasant. read more
