I call to schedule an appointment and they don't follow up about the service. I'm told to email them and I found that the email on the site has a typo. When it went through, no one followed up. I tried to call and their voice mailbox was full. I called to follow up about the email, was told they'd get back to me in half an hour, and when I called back two hours later, the phone call cut and no one answered the phone from there. I go to their location on Saturday during their business hours and their office is closed. Over the span the of three weeks. After damaging the door of my old Toyota work truck during a mishap while camping on a Forest Service road, I stopped by Beacon Hill Collision Services to ask if they would be willing to do an affordable patch-up job. Larry immediately came out to assess the situation, grabbed some tools and began bending my door frame back into shape. After 15 minutes my door was once opening and closing correctly. When I asked him how much I owed for the repair he said, "Including tax, how about zero. It didn't take me long. Just come back to see us again." I definitely will be! Communication at this place is wildly inadequate and unprofessional. My company vehicle needed repairs and Fleet selected this shop. It took several attempts to get someone on the phone and when I finally did, they answered "hello?". No introduction to their company name or how they could help. During our phone conversation there was a child yelling in the background which made it very hard to converse. An appointment was made and when I showed up for my appointment, no one was there to facilitate. Two men working in the garage did not speak english, which is fine except there was no one there who could get me checked in or acknowledge the needs of my vehicle. I waited around for a bit, finally got the man I talked to before on the phone, he'd forgotten the appointment, told me he'd be there in 45 minutes. After 90 minutes and multiple calls without being answered I gave up and went home. read more

Do not take your car to this joke of an establishment. My car was hit while I was stopped at a light. We had it towed here. It's been sitting there for a week. We heard nothing from the owner so after four days I called. He promised an estimate the next day. Nothing. My insurance company tried to call him and they got his voicemail which was full. Another call and another promise to send the estimate the next day and nothing. I stopped by the dump of a shop today to speak directly with the owner and he was not there. I called him a bit later and told him I needed the estimate and that it had been a week. He asked for my email which I sent him. 5 minutes later he calls me back to say he is not going to work on my car and that I need to get it towed to another shop and he gave no reason and wouldn't explain himself. So....a week lost, rental only lasts 3 more weeks and I can't get my car into another place until August 1. Do NOT waste your time or money here. This man has no integrity and does not know how to run a business. read more

My vehicle sat here for three weeks with no work done on it. Pictures were taken when I dropped it off and I was told that they had submitted the estimate to the fleet management company for approval (this was for a work vehicle) right away. I checked in weekly with this shop and I continued to be told they they were waiting on approval; I was also repeatedly told I would be receiving an estimate by email that never came. I finally became suspicious and called the fleet management company to check the status of the claim; Beacon Hill Collision Services had never sent the estimate, which they are required by the contract to do within 48 hours. The fleet management company tried to reach out to this company repeatedly with no success for four days; I ended up having to have this claim reassigned to another shop and went and retrieved my vehicle after this colossal waste of my time. They also never responded to my emails asking about the status of the estimate. The communication from this company was not only poor but dishonest. read more
