The head guy goes over your situation and the estimate with great detail and patience. I have always paid out of pocket and their estimate has always been much less than the others. Sometimes by more than half. Their work is fantastic. They give you options for body work; in my most recent encounter, they fixed my door rather than charged me double to replace it. Then there is the adorable white dog. The pooch sits on my lap while I wait. I would recommend H&I to anyone!!

Besides really good work, this last time they even buffed out some scratches that weren't even on the work order and the inside looked as good as the outside! PAB replaced my front bumper and repaired several other hidden parts after I hit a deer. They got the job done quickly and it looks like new. After having had a less than stellar experience with another Lucid authorized dealer, I was very happy to have such great service. Emilio got the parts ordered immediately and worked with my insurance to get an estimate quickly. He did a good job communicating the job status and returned my calls quickly. PAB is located just down the street from the Lucid dealership, which makes any vehicle transfers easy, and I can't recommend them enough. They even detailed the entire car before returning it to me!

But refused to do repairs on my car when I told them I wanted Land Rover to replace my windshield, but they could repair damage to bumper. 2 separate claims. But I guess they already "bent" too much. They wanted the money insurance sent me upfront but got pissy when they had to wait a couple days for it to be deposited in my account. Not sure how common it is to demand money upfront. Assuming the only reason is because I'm a single woman and easy target. Based on how I was spoken to. He said "Don't get roadside assistance. Always sign up for rental reimbursement in the future." Um pretty sure I've had insurance for 25 years & you know nothing about my situation. So keep your opinions to yourself and write up & send an estimate before you demand $2,500. Metro is the most no-nonsense direct shop in the area. I live in Los Angeles now, and the best shops here know about Metro (looking at you, Collision Consultants)... A lot of the Metro reviews are fake or from people who can't cope. Yes, an insurance claim sucks. Yes, there is a chance that StateFarm, AllState, Pemco, Safeco, etc, may not pay as fast as Hagerty or Chubb. Yes, they may want to use that recycled part without your approval... We've gone to Metro (I want to say) for 8 or 10 years. They are not as fast as some of the Los Angeles shops, but they are the best body shop in Seattle. They are excellent at what they do. Jules is a busy guy; give him a break. He needs space to tell insurance to pay up (funny how our insurance seems to expedite things and not play when we drop off here). The front desk team is on it. Communicate clearly and let them be. If you were hurt and you want to torture someone else, just go across the pond and try Bel-Red Auto Rebuild (ask for Challan Kershaw) or try a shop that has been in business for 43 years but is milking it now that they have this town's golden stamp of approval. Lots of complacent liars out there in the PNW Auto Body repair network, and Metro is not one of them. 35-day total repair time (slight mishap with a part delay), but overall incredible. I slipped on some black ice on my way to work and crashed into a street sign right after a massive windstorm in November that caused significant damages to homes and power outages in our region. I had called over a dozen auto body shops, but everyone was full and said they couldn't even give me an estimate until February. A lot of them were also rude on the phone. I understand that they were probably overwhelmed, but it made Sergio's friendliness that much more meaningful when he answered my call. He said I could bring the car in that afternoon, which was an incredible relief after a very frustrating and stressful day talking to so many grumpy people. Sergio was so responsive, efficient, and cost reasonable, too. When I went to pick up the car (about a week later!), I was very impressed by their workmanship, but they had also cleaned and polished both the exterior and interior of the car that had mud and dirt and 2 dogs worth of Siberian husky fur. He had a little mishap with ordering a new headlight for me, and because it cost a little more than what he had quoted me originally, he reduced my final bill by a bit. So generous. He also let me know that I could leave my rental car at his shop, and that saved me a HUGE amount of time and stress. I recommend Bellevue Collision Center wholeheartedly. They are above and beyond what you would expect, and I will be sending everyone there.

I don't usually write reviews but these guys delivered and went the extra mile. I had several…read moreinterior items damaged by a big stressed out dog we had to leave in the car for an hour. No other repair shops would do these interior repairs. They also helped me with advice for insurance, in case insurance could cover the amount. In the end, I found that my deductible was so high that I just paid out of pocket for the seat belt replacement. American Collision had a reasonable quote, and came in under the cost. And also estimated 2.5 hours of work and came in under the time, saving me more money. They also helped stuff the side airbag in, which the dog ripped out of the headliner. I didn't even ask for that but they made it look a lot better just because they're awesome and nice. I am definitely coming back here if I need any work done. I won't think twice about it.

It took short of 3 months for my car to be finished, and I did have multiple calls with the location. During several of those calls, they told me that my car would be ready on a certain day, just for me to contact them again either the day before or the day of, for them to tell me that it's not actually ready. This happened about 4 times. In the end, they guided me through the process and explained things to me that I was confused about previously.

I was nervous about trying someone new so I checked reviews, and although there were not a lot, the current ones looked good. As you can see from my 5 stars, I was also pleased with their workmanship, fair price, and very nice customer service. And, they had a shorter turn around time than the other two locations, which I questioned, but they followed through on time with good results.
