After moving to the south end of Seattle, I didn't know of any mechanics. One night, my wife's car broke down near Georgetown. We didn't know of any shops around, did a quick search and found Alpine. This was after hours, so we had it towed there, left a note and the keys. The next morning we got a call saying it was the alternator, they fixed it in a couple of days and it was running perfect again. Since then I took my car in and had the radiator replaced. I really appreciate how honest and open they are with you and the problems with your vehicle. They will explain the problems in ways that you can understand and will tell you if it is worth it or not to repair them. Great job Alpine! read more

Our tow truck driver Muad was amazing! He came super fast within 10 minutes upon calling. He is attentive and professional, most of all friendly! I would call again in the future if service is needed again, thank you so much! 5 STARS! read more

Alpine Collisions - Call for MUAD if you need towing, 5 STARS - Body Shops Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Dennis at Alpine is awesome! Very helpful, informative and he really cares about the customer. I will definitely go back if/when I need body work in the future. Thanks Dennis! read more

Had my car towed in for an alternator repair, had a new battery put in (at their request). Quoted me a battery price that was too high, I told them that I would accept the price if the batter was a minimum of 700 CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) which they said that the would accommodate. Received a 550 CCA battery and they won't refund the difference in price. Please shop around for a reputable shop. read more

My girlfriend's Kia had its windshield replaced a year ago at another shop, which frankly did a pretty poor job. We were dealing with the effects of it for over a year until we gave in and looked for a new auto shop to help us out. I gave Dennis a call and he said come right in! He was able to fix the issue on our car on the spot. It's clear Dennis knows his stuff and truly provided amazing service. I've never seen customer service like this. This is a family owned business tucked in South Seattle and if you have any car troubles, look no further!! This shop will do the job the right way. They earned a customer today!! read more

Dennis and his crew are the best! A car collided into mine and Dennis helped me throughout the whole process dealing with insurance. He was super communicative and once we dealt with insurance together, my car was ready to go in no time. He is my go-to guy for any car needs now, and I would highly recommend. Thanks again Alpine Auto Center! read more

Alpine did a fine job of repairing a dent in my wife's 2019 RDX and, most importantly, matching the color. Better Still, Alpine did not exceed its estimates on cost and time to repair. Finally, Alpine was courteous and friendly. I recommend it highly. read more

Dennis was very helpful getting me a quote to replace my bumper for a fair price, and promptly. I haven't actually done business with them yet, but so far I've gotten a good impression of the way they handle business. Thanks! read more

My Raptor incurred some collision damage. These guys got back to me with a quote almost immediately, and said they could get to it right away. They told me to go ahead and just bring it in (on the Saturday before Memorial Day, which was incredible!). Given that I took my truck in right before they closed on Saturday, and the shop was closed Sunday and Monday, they had the work complete by early Thursday afternoon, so quick turn-around time! They went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect. I felt the price was good. They worked closely with me to make sure I was comfortable with parts pricing (whether or not I wanted to replace certain parts) and everything. And overall, they were just excellent to work with, super cool dudes! Annnnnd they also do mechanical work as well as collision repair, so I think I found my new garage! read more

I found my new favorite auto mechanics! I have an 2005 top of the line Mazda Tribute. I really like this rig but the transmission finally gave in and it was time to replace. My son-in-law recommended Alpine Auto Center because he's been going there for years and taken good care of by Annas and the rest of the Alpine Auto Center team. I was told they're the best, and they have proven themselves by replacing my old transmission with a newly rebuilt transmission. My 2005 Mazda Tribute now runs like new again, and the price wasn't that bad. It was definitely worth my rig running like new again. Thank you to Annas and the rest of The Alpine Auto Center team. You guys rock! read more

Alpine Auto is the place to go. After I had a very strange collision inside the Costco car wash, and after checking a couple other places, my mechanic recommended Alpine. It's not fancy, there's no espresso machine or flat screen TV, but damn they know their stuff! Not only was my car repaired 3 days early, it cost half as much as the other places. Get yourself to Alpine if you need car repair, they really do a fine fine job. read more

If you are on the hunt for an auto repair shop, I would highly recommend Alpine Auto Center. The maintenance alert for my brakes went off yesterday on my car and they were able to fit me in immediately (other places I called were booked out for weeks). Annas was very friendly on the phone and in person. He took my info down and called me within 45 mins to let me know there was actually NO maintenance needed on my car, and it was probably just a factory alert setting. I don't know about you but I imagine a lot of other paces would have gone ahead and made a buck by replacing the break pads. I'm so thankful to have found such an honest repair shop. The icing on the cake, after all said and done he then delivered my car to my house. They have earned my business go forward! read more

Today is my day with the best service in town! I have my wheel bearing and hub assembly service with whole new brake caliber, rotor, pad( top quality). Dennis is the best mechanic I ever work with. He called me let me know every work he moved alone with the best price in town. He showed me inside the shop where all the parts he took off from my which I never experienced in my life. Be honest, this is the one shop u guys should come to have service with all OEM part. I never rate any high stars on any shop but this is the one. read more

I got into an accident beginning of February and went to a shop my insurance recommended where the said they'd be able to get me in for repairs the end of MAY! I believe Dennis found me through someone else who was involved in the same accident and called me to tell me they could get my car in that day for repairs! He was able to arrange a rental car for me that day too and did everything in his power make everything as easy as possible for me. Very grateful! My new bumper looks great & I will definitely will be going back for any other car needs and recommend them to anyone I know ! read more

I called to have my car towed, thinking the issue was with my transmission - and was ready to sell my old car to a junk yard. I figured it was totaled. Moaad showed up promptly to tow my car, and quickly diagnosed that the issue was actually with my brakes. He offered to have his shop look at the brakes, and they had it up on a lift within the hour. They fixed the brakes (I had an unusual problem), rotated my tires, and even changed my brake lights for a very fair price. These guys are wonderful people, and know what they are doing. My car is back on the road and I'm ecstatic! I would recommend Alpine to anyone, they are my go-to mechanics from here on out! You can expect friendly, competent and professional service from Alpine Auto. read more

Working with Dennis and everyone at Alpine Auto has been great. Not only did they do excellent work on the bumper of my car, but they also completed the job in a matter of hours, far surpassing my expectations. Additionally, Dennis took the time to show me the work that needed to be done and found a cost-effective way to do it. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you Alpine Auto! We will definitely be returning! read more

First, I would like to say that having to deal with any body shop or anything to do with a car can be very stressful...EXCEPT when you come to Alpine. I was nervous. I had an appointment with another company who "lost" my reservation when I brought my car to be fixed. I called 2 shops and the one that answered was Alpine Auto Center. They were professional, they were nice, they told me to just bring your car in and they would look at it. Well, when I got there, they greeted me, looked at my car and said we can fix this for you. They gave me a timeline and I left my car with them that day. Communication was fabulous and when I would call with a question, they were just as kind as they were when I first called them. These guys are the real deal. The car was ready when they said it would be, and the estimate they gave me was spot on for all the work they had to do. Their workmanship and work ethic - amazing. I highly recommend Mo, Dennis and Omar! THEY ARE THE BEST! read more

Great family-owned (father and sons) place! I've had my car down here a couple of times, and have been very satisfied. The guys are friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and up-front about the work that is needed. They took the time to explain what was going on with my ride and worked with me to find reasonably priced parts (it's an older vehicle). I definitely recommend them! read more

He was helpful and explained every details well. Even because of my car's situation I may not work with them the attitude was friendly. But he has to be on time at the store, just friendly suggestion. Thanks read more

Really great experience with Alpine Auto. I surely did my research and got a quote from a lot of other places and Alpine Auto offered a very fair price that beat out a lot of other places. My car had a dent on the bumper that most places said needed to be replaced, but they managed to do a repair and got it looking almost brand new with the paint spot on (especially because my car has metallic gray paint). I dropped it off Saturday and it was ready to be picked up by Tuesday Afternoon. It may seem in the middle of no where and kind of in an area where you question if you're at the right place, but it's worth going out of your way to get your car fixed up at this shop! It's run by brothers who are all very friendly and willing to get what you need done. Would highly recommend if you are on the fence about them! read more

It's a family business and they are all helpful and went out of their way to explain the details of the work. The service was wonderful. They even made sure someone took me home after I was towed to the shop (a 45 min drive) I went to the shop the following morning and my car was already being worked on. They were able to get one of the parts from the dealer early on a Saturday morning. I highly recommend them! read more

When I first saw the location I really had a weird feeling and I was debating whether to let them do the work or not on my car but I think I made the right choice. Very nice and clean work with very reasonable price and quick service plus they even drop my car to my work location once the job was done. Owner was very helpful.I would really visit again and I would definitely recommend other to use their services. read more

Great, family-run auto shop. They always come in under budget and in less time, which is especially important for my 19-year old Chevy and me. They're kind, thoughtful and a gracious group that consistently comes in under the competition. I no longer need to comparison shop--Alpine has, over the years, consistently shown itself to be the best. Plus, Annas takes the time to explain exactly what they're doing and why to me, an old lady who appreciates patience. This is the only auto center I've ever been loyal to. Highly honorable people at Alpine Auto Center. --Siena in Seattle read more

These guys took care of a left ball joint. Sold me a water pump by doing a free inspection. I had a fuel delivery issue. Called and set up appointment. When I got there I asked for a package deal for the worst case scenario fuel pump and a water pump. I told him i would get both for 900. He said he would call me back the next day with a result on the inspection. He called and said he needed half down. I went there and told one of the mechanics about a check engine light and the symptoms of the van. He said it was for sure the fuel pump. I gave them 450. Another 120 for 2 hoses and a thermostat. He called and said two more days. Then he drove me the vehicle at night at 630. Said he stayed late to get it done. I gave him 570. Woke up the next day with the same problem. Fuel delivery issues. He blamed me. Didn't check the code. Didn't inspect the vehicle. Said I didn't ask for an inspection. I know I did because we didn't agree to what was the deal and half down until the next day. The water pump was a free inspection which is why I added it in to the fuel delivery problem. read more

Finally!!! Someone who gives a lick about customer service. Wow. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with my experience today. I NEEDED a tow truck. My car was stuck in the garage, 3 other tow truck drivers said "it couldn't be done". Then along comes Mohammad. Not only did he call me ahead of time to tell me where he was and how quickly he would get to me but he approached my issue with confidence. Within minutes he had my car out of our garage. He then suggested what was wrong, how to fix it quickly and redirected our service to a dealership instead of a mechanics shop. What has taken me 8 hours to problem solve was wrapped up in 45 minutes. Mohammad was great to work with and am happy to recommend his service to anyone. Thank you Alpine Auto Center. read more

Recently had some minor body work done here and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. Dennis and his team were detailed in their assessment and got the job done ahead of the originally estimated time. They also passed on parts rebates/discounts they received, which my 1st quote for the same work and parts did not. Great communication and customer service from start to finish at the fairest price. Highly recommend talking to Dennis and his team before going anywhere else. read more

If I could give this scam of a business a zero stars I would. They DO NOT HONER THEIR WORK warranty or not. They do half the work promised. Save yourself the money and go to a reputable company read more

If zero stars was available, i would give this shop zero stars. My mother's car was dropped off here and they started work without authorization. After I paid them, I realized this fact. I asked them to take their parts out and they said they wouldn't and would hold the car until I paid them cash after I paid with my bank card. On top of that, the speedometer now doesn't work. I'm thinking they unplugged something but I'll have another shop check. 3 words to describe them: Unprofessional, dishonest thieves. Just so you all know, I've never written a bad review on anyone. This is a first. read more

Stuck in a contruction zone with a broken starter. Mohammed got my truck on the tow bed faster than anyone i've ever seen and got it moved and parked in an area where my son-in-law can do the work. Car tire blew out so I was dead on the road. Called Mercedes for roadside assistance where they informed me a tow truck would contact me in 15-20 minutes. After waiting over an hour, Moog (or a name close to this) from Alpine Towing called me and said he'd be at my location in 20 minutes. Shortly after I received a notification the driver had cancelled "at my request". When I messaged him about the notification I received and if he was still coming he told me no. I had to go through the entire process again and ask for another driver. Terrible customer service. read more
