We celebrated the wife's birthday there last night and it was marvelous! She had the wagyu tenderloin and I had the blackened grouper. The grouper was delicious, but the tenderloin was outstanding! The atmosphere is pleasant and the service was excellent. Our waitress Karen was so pleasant and friendly. She helped make the night extra special. Btw, the chocolate, mousse, and hazelnut dessert was light and delicious. Can't wait to go back. read more

Three of us dined on a Monday evening. We started with a cocktail at the bar while our table was prepared. We were a bit early. My buddies had beers and I had the winter mule, which was a raspberry/blueberry mule - it was really good. My dining mates shared a bottle of wine at dinner. Our server Petra was very good - attentive, efficient, friendly, and overly and unnecessarily apologetic for something totally immaterial! I went to the hostess to ask for a fork between appetizers and my main. In fact she immediately brought me a complimentary cocktail as a gesture. Our appetizers of lamb meatballs and pickled deviled eggs were outstanding. The meatballs had a Mediterranean flair with some tzatziki sauce, picked and pita bread. The deviled eggs were perfectly creamy and savory - but I can't say I have ever had a bad deviled egg! For mains, two of us had the wagyu tenderloin. Our other dish was the thick cut lamb loin chops. (I forgot to take a pic of my main!) We all opted for the sides of a twice baked potato and broccolini - which were included with our dish. However you could choose a set of sides from any main dish. My steak was a perfect rare and super tender. The potato was a little disappointing - I had expectations of a big fluffy twice baked... it was smallish and maybe a bit stale - I think I got a few bites out of it. Desserts were the toffee cake and crème brûlée. I tried the crème brûlée, which was lit at the table - a nice, but unnecessary touch. I believe it was Bacardi 151, haha. Overall, it was a nice dinner - service was very good, and most of the food was spot on. read more

The aged rib eye my god! Delicious! Served with a variety of carrots, tiny potatoes and even hominy! Weird right! But the most amazing flavors in my mouth! I couldn't get enough! Paired with a nice cab! The lamb meatballs and the chorizo brussel sprouts apps were pretty damn good too! But the seafood bisque was my favorite! The best Xmas dinner I've had! Service was extremely attentive and friendly, went above and beyond! The restaurant itself was small, only a few tables, very private, and elegant. read more

Went on burger night. Great service but burgers were raw. Even the kids burger. Asked for another burger and still raw

Everything in Beaver Creek Village is pretty expensive. But this place, in comparison, was fairly reasonable. I liked the $9 junior American breakfast (for my kid of course, but I snacked on it too). For purpose of comparison, I've spent $21 to feed my kid breakfast at another restaurant in Beaver Creek. Yikes! It was out of desperation. There is no shopping around when you have a hungry kiddo about to embark on ski lessons. We came here twice during our stay and although the menu said 1 egg, they gave us 2 eggs each time. Maybe because it is impossible to cook just one egg? The other egg gets lonely! Service during the pandemic was spotty. They were understaffed like everywhere else. I would recommend carving out an hour or so for breakfast just to be safe. It's hidden inside the Beaver Creek Lodge. I think it might be more reasonable because it doesn't get a lot of foot traffic. Still, it did get crowded later in the morning. read more

We had breakfast here. It was truly an awesome experience. We had the lox and bagels. It was a huge portion of salmon on top of a yummy everything bagel instead of cream cheese they used goat cheese. The whole creation was top with a homemade salsa and capers. They also were able to make a gluten-free eggs, Benedict and substituted lox for the prosciutto. Our server Kathleen made the whole experience wonderful. Also sitting outside with a mountain view was great.please note that we went a second morning and Petra was our server. She was wonderful too. read more

After so many years of visiting the Avon area, we did not venture to Beaver Creek village. Tonight was the night, Alpine + Antlers appeared very promising on Yelp. The restaurant is situated within the Beaver Creek Lodge, Autograph Collection, which was a quaint hotel at the heart of Beaver Creek. When we arrived, I was perplexed about where to park without prior research. I temporally parked in the valet area and proceeded inside to enquire; turns out the valet is complementary, just need to validate the ticket at the restaurant. Once inside the hotel lobby, proceed to the second floor. I recommend the spiral stairway, which displays the hotel's grandness style. We were greeted by a pleasant hostess and promptly seated at the window. The high-chair table was kind of strange and did not match the meal expense, but allowed us to gaze directly outside at the sculpture of a native Indian enclosed by a ring of fire. The restaurant's focal-point is the bar that separates the dining area into two sections. The restaurant decor diverged a bit from the hotels decor, but it was pleasant and welcoming. Our waiter was nice, friendly and professional enough. He was not bashful about recommendations either. After a mental debate regarding the choice between the Venison and Pork Shank dishes, I decided to take the less adventurous path, the Pork Shank. My wife ordered the Lamb Chops, but we swapped plates when the dishes arrived. The Lamb Chops were a bit to rare for her preference, but I didn't mind. The waiter offered to bring them up to temperature, but I refused as I don't mind medium rare lamb chops. The dish included atypical combination of French and Syrian origin sauces, mint pistou and muhammara; unexpectedly the combination worked well with the red pepper being more conspicuous in flavor. Before swapping plates, I tasted the Pork Shank and it was super tender and flavorful with apple relish sauce that was actually savory and not at all sweet as one would expect. The Brussels Sprouts were outstanding and balanced the whole dish. Overall, the restaurant offers dishes that are flavorful and have worldliness with relaxed ski town atmosphere. It's not a place one would dress up for, but I wouldn't stroll in your skiing gear. read more

UPGRADED TO 3 stars DUE TO MANAGER BEING A BADASS! A&A is a beautiful restaurant and their bar is staffed by really good professionals. Unfortunately, the food underwhelmed. First, don't kid yourself in thinking it's kid friendly. They have a kids menu, but the adult menu is priced like a white tablecloth. I understand everything on the mountain is expensive, but "kid friendly" gives the vibe that it's a family joint. It's not. Our waiter spent time admonishing us about it being fine dining, which means "high on flavor, low on quantity". Then he proceeded to espouse the virtues of Japanese A5 wagyu that served as special for the night. Spoiler alert: we didn't order it and it was not cheap. The salads were over dressed. I had a view into the kitchen and the sous was ladling (1/2 cup capacity) a very flavorful dressing onto a bed of lettuce. It was too much. I ordered the chicken ($37) and gnocchi. Flavorful but the gnocchi was overcooked (see pic). Of our table of 8, only 2 of us ordered full entrees, which seemed to disappoint the waiter. Finally, gratuity was on the tab when we got. Not an unusual thing for a party of 8+, but buyer beware. I'm accustomed to exorbitant pricing on a mountain, but expect more professionalism and execution when asked to pay such prices. I'm pulling for these guys, but really need to tighten up. Note to staff/management: I also know that it is the end of season and people are tired. You just can't let up! You have a beautiful space and a nice kitchen. Don't let it go to waste! read more

Best meal we had in Beaver Creek. My wife's chicken was the second best chicken I've ever had. Trust me, it's really that good! I had the ceasar salad and goat cheese/peach flatbread for my entree. Both were really good. Great atmosphere outside on the patio by the fire. Carol was our server and she was perfect blending professional service, attentiveness and personality. Overall this place is a win! read more

Mediocre all around. Seating arrangements and lighting are awkward. Detracts significantly from large windows and well-appointed dining room. As another Yelper put it, feels as if you're in a side room of a banquet hall. Room design amplifies noise of screaming kids with the 8 PM rez South American crowd. You have to pay for bread. It was at least a day old and was so dry that the crust was inedible. How this is acceptable at a place with $40 entrees, I have no idea. Entrees trended toward over-complication. For example, the gnocchi dish had tiny (but delicious!) gnocchi that were hidden beneath fistfuls of vegetables. Red Trout was served over a bed of a-little-bit-of-this-and-a-little-bit-of-that. How about, I don't know, wild rice? I acknowledge that these are the two cheapest, lightest options on the menu, but I had a salad in addition and felt the portions were on the very light side. read more

We came at Alpine and Antlers for breakfast and it was such pleasant start to our day at the beautiful Vail inside the Beaver Creek Resort. You can enjoy the warm atmosphere inside or enjoy the view in the patio. Our server Caitlyn was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a few modifications to our order but she took care of it and everything came out the way we requested. The food was served fresh and warm, all deliciously flavored and wonderfully plated. We will be back on our next visit! read more

Complete Lack of Hospitality. A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words.... This is our first trip to Beaver Creek ever... We drove straight from the airport in one of the biggest storms. It took us 6 hours. We had reservations for 7:45 PM, but due to the traffic, we called to ask if we could change our reservation to 9:00 PM, which they agreed to. By the time we got there, it was 9:15 PM (the only reason they get one star... That and because I have to give them one per yelp) and we were greeted after walking with the chef rolling his eyes at us from the back just for being there. They sat us and said they needed our food order immediately. We gave them our order as we were starving. We ordered four sets of apps, the overcooked sea bass, and chicken. As we were still eating, the waiter came over and asked if we could pay her bills so people can start to go home. We said no problem and gave him our cc. He came back with a charge of $700 and no copy of our receipt. We asked if he added gratuity and he said no but still no copy of the actual receipt. As we were finishing our plates, he tried to clear off everything very quickly. He even tried to take our waters that we were drinking. After we were there almost an hour, they shut off the main restaurant lights as a hint to hurry and leave. We got the hint and ordered our shuttle. As he came back to her table for a fifth time, we said, don't worry our shuttle is on the way, and he gave us the dirtiest look and walked away. He then came back, and stayed at the end of our table like you see in the picture attached. This was the absolute worst experience with hospitality any of us have ever seen. This restaurant is extremely rude from the kitchen to the waiter. We never felt so unwanted and the worst $700 you could spend. Stay clear of this place, if you want to enjoy your meal. read more

Excellent dinner and service. They were very accommodating as we were a large party of about 30. The chicken was cooked perfectly it was tender moist and delicious. The chef came out ask how are meal was, so nice to see the person that created these dishes wonderful dishes, and congratulate him on his cuisine. Highly recommend, and reasonably priced. read more

The restaurant attempts to offer higher end fare, but as is the case in many limited season ski venues, falls flat if you are used to good restaurants in a major U.S. city. Both $40ish entrees we ordered, trout and wild boar, were notably overcooked. Our son ordered a flatbread and brie appetizer, that weirdly had raspberries all over it? Decor is rather kitschy with bad art and little warmth. No wonder the place was half empty on the Saturday before Christmas. read more

We did not have a positive experience because of food and service. Both our meals were overcooked and the flavors were mediocre. Pretty good food... I ordered the Hikers Omelet with cheddar instead of Swiss and it was great. The ketchup here is incredible. It is slightly more sweet than regular ketchup. We had the best breakfast experience here. The service was so kind and attentive, she got special cups and menus and crayons for the kiddo and put that order in first so the kiddo didn't have to wait. Our food was so flavorful and fresh, we had the CO Breakfast and the Elk Sausage hash, and a spicy Bloody Mary. I came in for a brief visit tonight to see if this is a place I would want to bring people. Unfortunately, the answer is no... Fails to execute in several areas-- The layout of the restaurant feels more like a banquet hall than it does a restaurant you would want to see in a ski town. Doesn't feel intimate or cozy at all. The table spacing is just strange and too far apart. Staff coming in and out of the kitchen look somewhat disorganized. I realize it's a new restaurant, but it just doesn't feel dialed in and this definitely translates to the food... When I read the menu online, a few thing jumped out at me and that's why I came in. When I sat down, I already knew I wanted to order the skillet cornbread appetizer. The first thing the waiter said to me is we don't have that anymore. I'll say this: if you're a brand new restaurant, I think it's a little early to start taking things off the menu, particularly if it's still on the online menu on your website and people are looking forward to ordering it. I then ordered the coal roasted tomato soup which was garnished with a few cheese tortellini and fennel Pollen. Sounded good and the soup wasn't bad, but the execution was simply not there. The cheese in the tortellini was non existent, and there was very little if any texture from it. They kind of just floated there and tasted rubbery. Fennel pollen in anything is generally pretty good, and it added some nice flavor, but overall it wasn't a wow soup by any means, and certainly not something I would want to spend $14 on again. Note: I'm used to dropping 300-1000 on dinner. So I'm not complaining about the cost of a meal in a ski town; but I think it's ok to expect to get what you pay for. I stopped at the soup and asked for a check so I could leave. I would love for a place like this to do well because I'm sure a lot of hard work went into getting this place open; however, if I was an investor here, I would already be saying goodby to my money. Restaurants are tough enough to get going, but opening one in a ski town like beaver creak is even tougher. You have to have things dialed in before you even open up the doors, especially when it comes to atmosphere, food presentation, and certainly food execution. These things are just simply not here. Hopefully things get better! read more

Not a place for big groups during the week. While the food was very solid and atmosphere everything you could ask for in a Beaver Creek upscale restaurant, the service was very disappointing. We were a group of 15 on a Monday night during ski season, meeting for our annual 'industry wide' ski trip. We had booked our reservation well in advance so the restaurant knew we would be attending. We did not see a drink other than water (we all ordered alcohol) at our table for 45 minutes. Apps came our roughly 1.25-1.5 hours into our reservation, followed by entrees at about just under the 2 hour mark. Our tab was split evenly by 4 credit cards but yet somehow only one card got charged and we spent considerable time on the phone that night with the establishment attempting to rectify this situation. Gratuity was automatically added, which normally makes sense for a party so large, but should've been up to the discretion of the parties paying considering the situation. While the wait staff was for the most part quick and kind, some disconnect between the bar, kitchen, and table was clearly evident and disappointing to our guests. I recommend that this establishment not seat a party they are unable to adequately serve and that anyone looking to host a group here should look elsewhere. read more

We stayed in the area for four days and breakfast options seem to be lacking. We stayed at the hotel so chose to eat breakfast here upon checking out. It was great! Everything was fresh and tasty with service being so tentative and polite. I had a little mocha latte which was very good. Then I had the caramel peach French toast which was the best, not being too sweet. My husband had the burrito which was filled up and big. We also did a half portion of biscuits and gravy which we enjoyed. Great eating for breakfast! read more

We were staying at the hotel and decided as this restaurant was open (limited hours in Sept/Oct), we'd give it a try. Seated immediately as literally only 3 other people sat at the bar. They had a QR code for the menu but also gave us a physical drink and food menu. Asking the host (who was also our server) for the cocktail "cosmogroni" that was not on the physical one but was on the QR code and online menu, he said he would ask the bartender. Came back to state that no he couldn't make that as he was "missing the ingredients", despite it clearly being a fully stocked bar! So my dinner guest asked what ingredients he was missing because actually he liked the idea of an aperol spritz. Again our friendly, professional server/host went back to the bar and relayed our question. We clearly upset him with him this request as he dramatically tore off his face mask and threw it across the bar. He picked up a menu gesturing how he didn't know how to make it and proceeded to start pouring something in a shaker aggressively. We decided to leave at that point both alarmed and shocked at this childish behavior from a grown man. Tip for the bartender- if you only want to open a can of ipa or a bottle of wine, don't work in a bar where there are cocktails on the menu. Maybe learn to control your anger in front of the only 5 guests that were trying to enjoy a night out. Because your behavior was not professional or even warranted. Leave your issues at the door and don't bring it into work. Re think your career in hotel F&B as maybe something not guest facing would suit you better! Can't comment on the quality of the food or even the cocktails! But giving this establishment 1 star for the bartenders appalling behavior. Beaver Creek Lodge should hire better staff. We won't return to even give it a second shot. read more
