Great place to eat next to the ocean! Food was good and the ambiance was amazing. Seating is outdoors and has a perfect sunset view. Service was nice too. Our server Justin was friendly and helpful. Definitely a must place to eat while in Lahaina. Don't forget to try their lava flow!

Aloha Mixed Plate is a Lahaina institution! It's been here for as long as I can remember. The new location is a great improvement. And I like the ability to make reservations. Attentive service. Extra happy to get a table as close to the water as possible. Adding an extra star for the oceanfront views. My Chinese chicken salad was a nice switch after eating heavy for days. Daughter loved her pulled pork with smoky flavor. Husband didn't have to choose; he selected the full mixed plate with chicken, ribs, fish. He substituted macaroni salad for fries. Dessert sounded good, but was so-so. It's still a worthwhile stop every year!

Such a cute place. Outdoor seating with amazing views. We sat down right by the ocean. We ordered the passion fruit soda. So tasty. Aloha mixed plate was great with lots of food. Loved the fish. Also the mochiko chicken was tasty but a little chewy & dry. With a little soy sauce it was delicious. Friendly service, laid back vibes.

Love the ambiance, food was very good as well! They were out of the first two things I wanted to try, so I guess that means it's a good thing...but I can't give it 5 stars when they don't have two items I wanted to try the most. Oh well, there will be a next time! The loco moco which I settled for was one of the better ones I had on the island! My wife was very satisfied with her aloha mixed plate dinner however!

Small parking, but you can be creative. Make a reservation, they were able to seat is early. AWESOME staff!! So hospitable. They hustle with a smile. Had the fried noodle and fish sandwich with fries. Mahi mahi was the fish. Everything was prepared quickly, great flavors! We ended our meal with the signature pie. ONO! We will be back

This is a great location with average food. We tried the coconut shrimp, the garden salad, and aloha plate. The coconut shrimp were good along with the salad. The aloha plate was disappointing. The fish was overcooked. The rice mac salad is pretty average.

We came here on a Sunday around 1:30 p.m. we were seated right away. The girl checking us in was friendly and sweet. We got waters and a soda no alcohol today for me. We ordered a variety of food. I got a hamburger Steak my usual it was a small portion. Just one patty with a lot of green onions! The taste was there but I wasn't happy with the portion. Everything tasted great. Service was awesome. The guys working with us were great, good customer service. Oh! By the way it was a little chilly. The breeze was flowing. So you may need a light jacket. Come here if you're ever in Lahaina they're right across of the cannery mall. Parking is a little right here.

Ehh, I thought the food was just okay, though there are lots of options and you will be full and eat with a view of the water. It is cool that you can order a mixed plate and try several things. The beef terriyaki was the best on my aloha plate, btw. We went here because Star Noodle was full. I still haven't been there yet, but this is their sister restaurant. It was a good way to try several Hawaiian foods, but the dishes were not AMAZING!

Beautiful outdoor restaurant next to the "Old Lahaina Luau" Delicious food of Mochiko chicken, Fried Spam musubi(Happy Hour menu) and Pulled pork sandwich. Only wish that the waitress didn't rush me with paying the tab and putting a 22% tip on immediately! yikes, while looking over me!! So Uncomfortable and More than you deserved, but we're on vacation!! (oh well) So "tip" to the scenery and yummy food!

We came here at sunset ( we made a reservation). We were seated very quickly. They have a beautiful ocean view. The staff was extremely courteous . The food is very reasonably priced. Our orders were taken so quick and the food came out very fast . Upscale caliber and vibe ... I came here three years ago and we liked it so much we came back. We had a burger with garlic fries , crispy chicken sandwich, and a pork sandwich, paired with a few Maui beers. So yummy .. so kind .... Amazing sunsets .... SPLENDID simply scrumptious . 5 out of 5 Stars !! Highly recommend you will not be disappointed !!!

    Kalua Pig Plate

First time visiting Hawaii -- and Maui -- with family. We stopped by Aloha Mixed Plate for dinner to try some classic local plates. For starters, we ordered the coconut shrimp, served with a sweet-and-spicy pineapple chutney. Solid appetizer and nicely fried. For entrées, we shared a mix of plates: * Kalua pig plate with poi, lomi lomi salmon, rice, and mac salad * Grilled mahi mahi topped with pineapple salsa * A teriyaki-style beef plate, also served with rice and mac salad My plate was the kalua pig, which was tender and flavorful, especially paired with the poi. The grilled fish was cooked well and fresh, though fairly mild on its own. Overall, portions were generous and the plates were filling. We also ordered pineapple juice with free refills, but it tasted noticeably watered down, which was disappointing. Overall, a solid introduction to local-style Hawaiian food. Not a must-visit, but a reasonable stop if you're in the area. Last visited: January 18, 2026

Excellent service and amazing food! We had a reservation for 6:15 and were able to get sat at 6. Our food came out so fast and our server was great. We order the Kalua Pork Sandwich and Kalua pork plate and both were amazing!! Great experience and definitely recommend

Food was delicious. Service was fantastic. I must preface this by stating that we went before the large remodel and loved the quaint/local feel. When we went back a few years later (post-remodel) parking left a lot to be desired and it was crazy… Read more

This small cozy restaurant has breathtaking views and the waves cresting against the coast was an amazing sounding experience. We started with a half dozen of oysters it was so fresh, the shave wasabi went so terrific with it. We added the beef tallow truffle fries and it was delicious as well. I ordered the chef specialty fresh fish dish and my husband had an osso bucco. Both were delicious and filled us up. He ordered a couple different whiskeys and he said it blended well with all the dishes. They had many options for dessert. We ordered Roselani's vanilla ice cream and a americano. While I adore and often cook a lot of Asian food I'm not such a fan of Filipino food yet around it more than any other food with family. Bad choice. After driving there from Lahaina for lunch, this dish was unavailable?? Even yelpers rave about it! So we ordered the pork belly and wanted chow fun but they only have the chicken variety? So there is a reason why the Asian restaurants we usually dine at make beef chow fun. The chicken version was bland and wanting for something else to complete it! But surely edible and nicely cooked noodles. The pork belly was ok but not slap your momma I'll go back for that good. The Mac salad was awful compared to much more affordable plate lunch places. It was flavorless, overcooked pasta, and a gritty texture! Weirdly the chairs there at the tables are low and you feel like you are at the children's table at Thanksgiving. So much so that us and two other groups including the ones that moved after ordering to our vacated table moved from the regular tables to the ones at the window with a bench on one side. We had fun joking with our replacements about that! So for the most part here it appears to be tourist clientele and not many Filipinos but my wife. I think that these exceptionally high prices for basic dishes and burgers (she asked why would people go to a Filipino restaurant and order a burger) are why not many locals eat here. And frankly most aunties make better Filipino food better at home. Glad we tried but not again. Checked off of our try try list. They didn't even have a signature dish available that we went particularly to get.
