I still have some anxiety about going to the dentist, but Dr. Nguyen and the entire staff (especially Alexis) were incredibly caring, gentle, and reassuring throughout the visit. Tbh it meant a lot that they actually remembered me when I walked in. They were extremely transparent about pricing, clearly explaining the costs upfront with no surprises. The filling and cleaning were done efficiently and pain-free, which helped put me at ease. They are AMAZING! Super welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. I honestly thought I was just going for X-rays but Dr. T (lol I don't know how to spell his name, so we're going with Dr. T) said he could do the work right then. I was so nervous but everyone made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. T explained everything he was about to do before he did it and Alexis kept checking on me periodically to make sure I was good. Just recently visited the team at Aloha Dental. Thankfully they were super accommodating and were actually interested in helping me. The previous Dentist who I went to, had a lavish office like it was a spa. They had everything. But ultimately they weren't much interested in actually helping me get my crown. They made me wait 2 1/2 months for nothing, since my insurance didn't even get their request for approval. (My insurance literally told me to find another Dentist since this was unacceptable service.) So I went to Aloha Dental, who gave me a temporary while they got my insurance figured out. The temporary sadly didn't last long, but it was at least secured properly. My insurance for some reason ran into some sort of issues, but eventually the team at Aloha Dental got things cleared up and my crown was approved. Even better, they made me only wait 1-2 weeks to actually get my permanent crown placed. And so far so good! They did a great job securing and fitting it on my root canaled tooth. I'll definitely be coming back to this team any time I'm having tooth issues. Thanks guys. read more

I previously wrote a review of how amazing of an experience I had with Aloha dealing with fillings and eventually needing to go to an endodontist for a root canal because on my dads side, we are extremely difficult to get numb. (anatomical challenges, requires special tools to diffuse through the bone. Or in my father's case, out in another dental office some 20 years ago in torrance, just straight up doing it without numbness like a crazy man! Different times back then I guess). Aloha dental is overall one, of the best if not THE BEST overall dental groups in the area. I wanted to extend this review now because they've again gone above and beyond for me. I've had to go back a few times because I grit my teeth when I sleep (on top of the weird anatomical issues my family has), so I was just going through temp fillings like nobodies business.. and yet the drs here are very understanding, and thanklessly repaired it (at no cost) up until my crown was placed. It cannot be overstated how great of a dental office this is, and is run by truly great dentists. It's not very often we see this kind of care in the medical field.. really a pleasure to having been and will continue to be a patient here. read more

The dental chair and exam rooms are really modern, especially their equipment. The dentists are extremely patient and gentle, which is really important. I researched dentists thoroughly before selecting aloha dental in Pasadena. Dr Nguyen was professional, explained thoroughly, provided explanations for his recommendations and did not upsell. He truly cared for my father in laws dental health. The office staff was professional and researched our insurance letting us know what was covered 100% and what additional charges would be, if any. BEST DENTIST IN PASADENA! I came in for dental bonding and came out with what I have always hoped for. I was able to get a few gaps filled in with resin and the A1 color looks great. Andy and Dustin are amazing dentists here! Dustin was so detailed with his cosmetic work on my teeth and assisted me on all the changes I wanted to make on my teeth. He spent about 3 hours working on my teeth. Such attention to detail and catered to all my needs/concerns. Andy was so gentle on my teeth while cleaning it and taught me so much about keeping my teeth healthy. They both did an amazing job on my teeth and now I can finally feel confident about my smile! PARKING The parking is free and very convenient, as it is located adjacent to the office. SUPER CLEAN Their dental office is definitely spotless. These guys are amazing and knowledgeable dentists. Great dental office with brand new equipment. They even have an MRI machine that will capture your whole jawline. I came in for a routine check up and teeth cleaning. Customer service is great. The dentists there, Dustin and Andy, were both very nice and welcoming. Dustin did my x-ray and exam. Took a closer look at my gum recessions and a decaying molar. Gave me some advice to maintain my dental health, but didn't try to sell me on BS (crowning, irrigation treatments) that other dentists have tried selling me in the past. They took pictures of the most and told me they would keep an eye on it when I come back for my next cleaning in 6 months. Overall a great experience. No pain or discomfort during my cleaning. New and clean office with high tech equipments. Glad I stopped by! read more

This office is EVERYTHING you're looking for in a dental practice. Dr. Nguyen is amazing at his job, he regularly takes feedback through the procedure and adjusts accordingly. Together with Alexis, they made my wisdom tooth extraction a very tolerable experience. After the procedure, both of them went out of their way to check in on me and make sure I was recovering well. Highly recommended for long-term dental care! It's a new dental office in the community. The office is clean sparkling and fresh. They carry new updated equipments for X-rays. Upon my entry to the clinic, the staffs welcomed me with their warmest smiles and I felt really welcomed. I went there for wisdom teeth removal, and Dr. Nguyen helped me with it. I was super nervous about the procedure. My legs were like jello, and my hands turned cold. I was so nervous that I even forgot to breathe. I can count the number of times that I saw dentists with one hand. However, during this procedure, Dr. Nguyen was very attentive and confident. I knew I was in good hands. He was able to remove two of my teeth in less than 30 min. I could tell that he is very experienced. I also had much fun during the procedure. I was watching TV, relaxing, and feeling my teeth wiggled before it being pulled out. I will definitely come back for my regular check up and cleaning. I've always hated going to the dentist until I was referred to Dr Le. Because of him, I Just had the best dental experience ever! Dr Le was very patient and caring. He took his time to explain to me my treatment plan, answered all my questions, and really made me feel comfortable making my decision.
