Double charging insurance and customer, they don't tell you they don't accept insurance till you are there physically! GREEDY. Racking up extreme charges due at time of appointment that no one can easily pay unless wealthy. (ARE YOU FOR REAL?!) I had a real dentist for many years that told me my teeth were strong and at age 50 I've only had one cavity so obviously I will believe that real Dentist over this used car salesman of a dentist that was trying to scare me into thinking I would lose my teeth if I didn't do her stupid Invisalign BS. If you want to get Invisalign and be upsold by the used car salesman Dentist, then you will be happy here but if you just wanna get your teeth cleaned every six months, they will chase you out with pitchforks unless you buy Invisalign. read more

Presented me with a menu offering an abundance of amenities to soothe my anxiety attack during the procedure. I got headphones, neck pillow, blanket, and lavender oil diffuser, and the tension squeeze balls to hold. The entire extraction went perfect. Super caring and gentle dentist and assistant. This place is a gem! Found the Altadena location by looking through Yelp and all the positive reviews are warranted. The office staff are so incredibly sweet and friendly- they always greet me by name and offer amenities while you wait which could be anything from tea to CBD drops to noise canceling headphones- it feels like a spa. For my cleaning they gave me a blanket and there is a TV on the ceiling to distract you which is amazing. I am an anxious dental patient as I have very sensitive teeth and the hygienists were gentle and compassionate and also offered numbing which was a huge help. I've seen Dr. Han multiple times and she is fantastic- she has great bedside manner and took her time answering my many questions and brainstorming solutions for my dental needs. They also offer Ozone treatment here for tooth sensitivity which is a fairly new treatment but let me tell you it freaking works! And if you need one more reason to come here they even have an office therapy dog that will drop in and say hello if you are feeling anxious. They are out of network with all insurances I believe but they will bill your insurance still and I have received reimbursements so far for covered treatments with my PPO ins. read more

Her whole staff treat each patient with respect and listens to their problems/concerns entirely before answering, to ensure the patient is heard. Every time I come in for a cleaning, x-ray, Invisalign appointment, I feel comfortable knowing my teeth (and I) are in good hands. Each hygienist/technician is careful and always explains the procedure beforehand so you know what to expect. I would highly recommend Mint Dental Loft if you're looking for a new Dentist. He's been so patient with me through all my appointments and has even checked in afterwards to make sure everything was going alright. Riza, Kim, Justin, Shuang and Alice always make your teeth so clean, they really take their time. Honestly the best experience I have ever had a dentist in my life. I was going to the same dentist for the last 20 years to find out that they were actually awful. I had my suspicions but I was actually right. My wife recommended changing dentists and coming here because she only had the most amazing things to say about everyone at Mint. So after months of convincing, I finally made the appointment and I couldn't be happier. I used to be terrified of the dentist but now I look forward to my visits which is crazy for me.
