Dr. Bandary and his team has exceeded my expectations. After having to come in to have a re-treatment of my root canal, I was very nervous to have to go through the process and get another root canal. It was discovered that I had an extra canal that was missed during my first root canal so I was sent to see this specialist: I have to say the level of care and attention of detail that Dr. Bandary had provided me was amazing. This is by far the best root canal experience I have ever had with little to no pain. I had very little to no discomfort. I hate needles and Dr. Bandary always made sure that I was comfortable and felt no pain during procedure. It was two procedures in a course of a couple weeks I was told from the very beginning that there was a 50-50 chance of my tooth being saved but Dr. Bandary said he would try his best. And now after coming to my follow-up and looking at the x-rays we discover the procedure went extremely well and exceeded his expectations. I'm so happy with that. I highly recommend coming here for all your root canal needs. They are very knowledgeable and provide great patient care.

Her expertise is unmatched, her bedside manner is best described as unbelievably patient-centered, understanding, and collaborative. She has made a big difference in undoing several years of poor dental health and prior botched root canals. Her pricing is fair for the product you are getting, and she has the most up-to-date state of the art facilities at her offices. I believe she prides herself on setting an industry standard and I know she attends and speaks at conferences to advise others in her field. I have watched her offices and patient base grow, and we all share the same comfort in knowing that we are treated with the utmost respect by her kind, energetic, enthusiastic, caring, and experienced staff that keep the offices running in an efficient and comfortable manner. I cannot recommend her enough. The staff are so quick about insurance and are informed about billing to ensure your claims are placed quickly and correctly. They've worked together for years and it seems like everyone there are truly happy to be working there. It is truly comforting to work somewhere that understands the intimate relationship between an endodontist and the patient - because her pain management is unmatched in what otherwise is a very painful procedure in my experience. She makes sure you are comfortable, prepared, aware of your treatment, and that you have a treatment plan with her that you have approved of and understand. Please give her a chance, you won't regret it and we are very lucky to have her! I go to the Glendale office, i've also attended the Santa Clarita office and have had great results.

Was waiting about 45 minutes before I was taken back by a tech. Pros: Everyone I interacted with was super nice, apologetic about the delays, and very kind and professional. Dr. John Lee was EXCELLENT - when he got to me, he was patient, explained everything VERY thoroughly so I could understand what the issue is, what the potential treatment options are, and how I could/should proceed. He was understanding, courteous, and even took an extra step to ensure that I could leave with a course of treatment planned today instead of waiting for another round of x-rays to be sent from my regular dentist. I understand the wait - it was frustrating, but sometimes it happens. And the service I received afterward was absolutely worth it. I had heard so many horror stories about root canals that I was expecting the worst. I went in feeling extremely nervous and anxious. But from the moment I arrived, the entire staff was so kind, comforting, and reassuring. Every single person there made me feel supported and kept reminding me that everything was going to be okay. Dr. Cho was absolutely amazing. He was so gentle, calm, and precise throughout the entire procedure. I kept waiting for the pain everyone talks about... and it never happened. I truly didn't feel anything. I was shocked at how smooth and easy the whole process was. He made something I was so scared of feel effortless. His assistant was wonderful as well. They worked together so seamlessly and professionally, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. You can really tell this team cares about their patients and takes pride in making the experience as gentle and stress-free as possible. I walked in terrified and walked out feeling so relieved and grateful. I honestly can't believe how easy the whole experience was compared to everything I had heard before. If you ever need a root canal, do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Cho at Root Endo Vision. I would absolutely trust them again and will definitely refer my family and friends here. Thank you for turning something I feared so much into such a positive experience!

I grind my teeth at night and thought my Invisalign retainers were enough to protect my teeth at night. When I came to see Dr. Odabashian, he and his team fit me in a special nightguard so that my upper and lower teeth don't touch. My tooth tenderness is gone, my jaw is much more at ease and now hopefully future teeth issues will be prevented! I do not have to get a retreatment, which I was afraid might be the case! While the first endodontist correctly did my root canal, both he and my dentist didn't get to the "root" (no pun intended) of the problem. Dr. Odabashian identified that my night guard set up wasn't doing me any good. I'm so grateful for Dr. O's evaluation of my situation. He is also extremely calm and nice to work with. After reviewing my x-rays, Dr. Obadashian determined that my abscess was caused from an infection that had spread, so he recommended that I receive a root canal. Hearing plenty of horror stories of how intensely painful a root canal procedure can be, I was surprised to find out that the procedure had minimal pain with Dr. Odabashian's care, experience, and equipment. My first impression of him was that his demeanor was very calm and confident. I also immediately picked up his wit and humor. These might be viewed as ancillary qualities, but as a patient it certainly made me feel more comfortable. After my first treatment session I felt I was in good hands. Dr. Odabashian was extremely thorough in explaining every step of the process and answering too many of my curious questions. His process was to not permanently fill my tooth after cleaning the root, but to temporarily fill it to wait and see how I healed before filling the gap permanently. This of course extends the treatment procedure and adds some more visits to his office, but I couldn't be happier knowing that he was not making any shortcuts to my treatment plan. Last, but not least, I have to praise his assistant and receptionist. Both have been extremely kind and communicative throughout my visits. You know you are in good practice when the staff are happy to be there! I couldn't be more satisfied with my referral to see Dr. Odabashian. If you need to see an Endodontist for a root canal, he is the dentist to go to!

I've been with my dentist for 17 years, 10+ of those years moved up to the Bay Area and making the 5-6hr commute back and forth. Well, life happens and during my last check with Most Awesome General Dentist; turns out I need a root canal and was recommended to Dr. John Pratte as a "Diplomate" dentist. What is that? I asked a robot and this is what I learned: Achieving diplomate status in dentistry, particularly for specialties like endodontics, is a prestigious accomplishment that represents the highest level of expertise in the field. Here's what it generally involves: 1. Advanced Education and Specialty Training: After earning a dental degree (e.g., DDS or DMD), a dentist must complete additional years of postgraduate training in their specialty, such as endodontics, periodontics, or orthodontics. This involves clinical, hands-on training and deep study of the specialty. 2. Board Certification: To become a diplomate, a dentist must pass rigorous board certification exams specific to their specialty. This typically includes: Written Exam: Testing the candidate's knowledge of all facets of their specialty. Clinical Exam or Case Presentations: Submitting complex case studies or undergoing a practical exam to demonstrate hands-on expertise and problem-solving abilities in their specialty. Oral Exam: Being questioned by a board of experts on clinical cases, treatment planning, and specialized knowledge to assess clinical judgment and expertise. 3. Experience and Case Portfolio: Many boards require candidates to complete and submit a portfolio of complex cases they've treated successfully, showcasing their proficiency and commitment to high standards of care. 4. Continuing Education and Recertification: Once they achieve diplomate status, many boards require ongoing continuing education and periodic recertification to ensure they remain up-to-date with advancements in their field. 5. Commitment to Excellence: Diplomates are often required to uphold strict ethical standards and demonstrate a commitment to advancing their specialty through research, teaching, or service within the professional community. In short, becoming a diplomate is a mark of dedication, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to providing the highest standard of patient care in their specialty. It signifies that the practitioner has gone well beyond the basic requirements of dental practice. _______________________ So I just want to say that I highly appreciate the expertly skilled precision of Dr. Pratte's deft and nimble hands.
