As someone who has previous bad experiences with the dentist, I can't recommend Loyalty Dentistry enough! Everyone in the office is so kind and helps put your dental anxiety at ease as soon as you walk in the door. If I have a copay due for my appointment, the staff let me know in my confirmation text so there are no surprises. My hygienist Vicki is so sweet and keeps the light conversation going to make my cleanings fly by. I see Dr. La who I find takes a fairly conservative approach (I never feel like I'm being told to get unnecessary work done) and never makes me feel self-conscious for the state of my teeth. There's nothing better than seeing Anna Marie's cute desk before you leave. She is a scheduling miracle worker and fit in my partner next day as a new patient when he had a dental emergency (she's a life saver!) My wife and I just recently started coming here after a long absence of going to the dentist. We both have had pretty horrific experiences in the past, and so we've both avoided it altogether. Recently I had a dental emergency where a large filling broke in my back molars. It was placed there decades ago, and it was far too large for a simple cavity. So when it broke, the pain was so immense that it was crippling. I needed help as fast as possible. We found this office from online reviews and just vibing it out. This entire workgroup accommodated me incredibly fast, and with a definite sense of humane urgency. They worked with their associated office True Dental Specialties in Monrovia. Together they all completely relieved my symptoms with two endodontic surgeries, and two more procedures at this office to completely cure the issue. In the end they created a seamless tooth repair and crown. They all work with extreme compassion, kindness, professionalism, patience, and legitimate expertise in all of their various roles. After my rather intense issue was caringly solved, they went to bat for me and made my insurance company cover items that they were trying to get out of. They got a lot of money back for me. Just simply because that's what caliber of good humans they are. My wife went for her appointments, and now we can firmly say we have a great dental team, and one we will always recommend to friends and family. I visited this office on November 11 last year to have two minor fillings done--nothing urgent. Before proceeding, I specifically asked about the cost and was told $85.60. I paid in full at the time of service. Three months later, I received an unexpected bill for an additional $72. When I called for clarification, they claimed my insurance hadn't covered as much as expected. However, verifying coverage should be their responsibility, not mine. When I pointed this out, they rudely responded that since I had signed their paperwork, they had the right to charge me whatever they wanted. Frustrated, I paid the balance and immediately canceled all future appointments. Be warned: they do not properly verify insurance coverage, and you may end up with surprise charges later! read more

The team there (from the moment you walk in to when you leave) is professional, attentive, and caring. I told them that I have a phobia of dentists (from childhood dental trauma) and they were thoughtful in their response in addressing that. Dr. Katie is exceptional. I had to have some dental work done recently and her skills were such that the whole process was not painful or uncomfortable at all (even the part when she had to inject anesthesia). While I was in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty massive; however, the lot is shared with so many other offices and doctors. So, the parking lot does get full very often and very quickly.
