He provided detailed explanations and answered all my questions. As for Dr. Park, he is the one service provider that really emphasizes on customer care and he is a master at his craft. He does not push for procedures or try to upsell. He leaves you with options and allows you to make the choices for yourself. His way of doing things is an open book. He can show you in great detail and provided concise explanation on certain things to consider and helps you understand why. First glance at this practice definitely makes me feel as if this is a higher class establishment and the quality of equipment they manage and quality of service was amazing. I came here for a regular check-up and cleaning, and accidentally found the best dental office in the 626! The practice space is extremely clean and modern. They have all of the up-to-date technologies to provide the best dental care. Every patient room is equipped with a large TV right in front so that you can look at your own x-rays and images of your teeth. When you lie down for your service, they also have a TV mounted on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix while they clean your teeth. The staff is amazing as well. Nancy, the front desk receptionist, is super friendly. Dr. Park, the dentist, did a wonderful job taking care of my teeth and educating me on best practices to maintain a healthy smile. I've been coming here for a year now and recently removed all four of my wisdom teeth (finally!!!). The procedure was painless and I felt nothing after receiving local anesthesia. Dr. Park will continue checking in to see if you're feeling discomfort/pain and he'll give you more local anesthesia if needed. For wisdom teeth removals, he does draw your blood to use your plasma (PRF) for expedited/smooth healing and to reduce the possibility of dry sockets and swelling. I was hesitant on doing it because it is extra $ but after speaking with him, I did end up doing it. Healing was so fast and painless, and I was eating solid foods after 3 days. He did recommend extracting two teeth at a time so I removed my left side first, waited 3 weeks to heal, and then removed the right side. All his staff are always friendly and welcoming and I haven't had a bad experience here (and I have always hated the dentist haha). It's a very new and clean office, and the cleanliness here makes your experience better because you feel more comfortable. read more

Returned for a routine cleaning. Service was still pretty good with more staff this time around. There was a hygienist who actually conducted the cleaning compared to last time when Dr. Park did it. She was efficient and occasionally checked if I was doing okay. I would say she's mostly gentle but the gums around my back molar are sore afterwards so that is something to note. They took xrays before the cleaning. Dr. Park came in after to go over the xrays but he seemed to be in rush, not as attentive compared to the first time. Overall, cleaning was decent. I recently had a cracked tooth that split completely in half and needed to be extracted and have a dental implant put in place. The root for this tooth was a little curved so it wasn't an easy extraction and another dentist had told me I needed to see an oral surgeon. On top of this, I needed to get a sinus lift as well because there wasn't enough bone and room for the implant to go in. Further complicating things, I have an upcoming trip to Asia in a few days and will be gone for 2 weeks. Called several oral surgeons who weren't available to extract the tooth until after my trip and I was getting worried as I didn't want to be in Asia and have the tooth become infected as it would have been a pain to deal with out there and it's also questionable how good the dentists are out there. Also, if I only got the tooth extracted in Asia, I wasn't sure how the process afterwards would be. My wife found Camellia Dentistry and was able to get me in quickly for a consultation. I met with Dr. Park and he told me he would be able to do everything: the extraction, sinus lift, and implant all in one day. He was also able to squeeze me in just 2 days after my consultation which I was thrilled to be able to get this all done before my trip. I had the procedure done today and it all went well. Super thankful that it's done and I won't have to worry about it nearly as much now when I am on my trip. This also sped up the timeline for the whole process by several weeks. Found this dentistry online and decided to give it a try since it had good reviews and a new patient special (for $99). They are located on the 2nd floor in the plaza and was easy to find. Since they are newly opened, everything inside looks very nice. The interior design is done very well so it doesn't have the intimidating vibe of seeing a dentist. It is definitely a plus that they have two TV screens in the room, one with a personalized welcome slide and one on the ceiling so you can choose a Netflix show to watch during cleaning. :D It made the experience way less scary. They also give you a pillow for more comfort while you're lying on the chair. This was the first time I felt so relaxed and comfortable while sitting in a dentist's chair. The staff and doctor were also friendly when taking photos and x-rays, and they answered all my questions. I was surprised that the doctor did the cleaning himself but he was great. He was very gentle and I didn't feel any discomfort or pain at all. The tools they used are also more advanced and are not the normal ones so it wasn't as loud. In the end, the doctor patiently and thoroughly explains your x-rays and photos to recommend treatment plans or suggestions. This was helpful since the X-rays are shown right in front of you. Overall, the experience here was great. I can feel their effort in prioritizing patients' comfort and health during my entire visit. They also offer a membership plan for those without insurance.
