I first came here after experiencing tooth pain and a sudden tooth breaking, and they were able to squeeze me in with a same day appointment. Ended up getting my wisdom teeth removed that day. I had difficult post-procedure complications, but both doctors were with me every step of the way, responding to messages quickly and providing excellent care and advice on the numerous post-op checks that followed. I also got my teeth cleaned here, and it was as pleasant as any dental visit can be. Left feeling confident in my smile and grateful for their care. OUTRIGHT INSURANCE FRAUD!!!!…read more At the first appointment of the year back in like 2023, the office staff told me the out of pocket charge would be unusually high. Like a dumbass, I agreed to go on back because they were calling my name. Afterwards I was charged well over $100 for a simple periodontist visit. When I called back for details, they explained the charge was for the negotiated rate PLUS the entire yearly deductible. I went round and round with the office manager telling her that's not how deductibles work. I finally got her and the insurance agent on the phone, who confirmed that the deductible is ONLY about who pays what portion of the negotiated rate. It should NEVER be an additional charge. The office manager finally agreed to write off the extra, as if she was doing me a favor. I later called the insurance company, and they confirmed this is insurance fraud. I put in an official complaint, as the office manager told me while we were arguing that "this is the way it's been for the entire twenty years I've been working here." That implies she pulls this BS with every client, or at least those dumb enough to fall for it. After looking back over my bills, I also realized that almost every time I'd gone in, they later sent me a bill for $80 without explanation. Again, like a dumbass, I trusted them and just paid it. I've held off on writing this review for various reasons. But it's long overdue.

I calked and I made an appointment since I was having pain. Unfortunately they couldn't fit me in for work when I needed, but I was referred out. I was pleased with the referral. The other dentist was great. I just wished it would have been more affordable. My regular checkup and cleaning were great. I was supposed to get ca call regarding some coverage, but I think the staff got very distracted with a lady they had that required more time with payment. I live that they offer me a cover when I sit because I'm always cold.
