I've been coming to this dentist establishment for a few years now. Everyone is so nice, from front office staff, dental assistants, hygienist, and dentists. I come here for all my cleanings, anytime I have pain or concerns. I also came here for my braces with their ortho, Dr. Abed. He's funny, caring, explains everything in detail, answers all your questions, and tells you how it is, no sugar coating here. His assistants are also very nice & friendly. When I got my braces he was only here on Wednesdays & Fridays. Not sure what their schedule is now. He is probably the only ortho I would trust & only dental office I will continue to go to. I'm moving to OC soon, but that won't stop me from coming here for my appts. read more

Very interesting! I had emergency so I could not keep the appointment. Few hours later Arcadia Dental Group called me I said due to emergency I could not make the appointment. The caller said they will charge $40 for missing the appointment. I SAID TO CANCEL MY RELATIONSHIP WITH THE GROUP. MY OBSERVATION: Every time I have attended the dental office on time, there's ALWAYS a long wait before you get called in. The dental office is not sitting idle just because a patient did not show up. I think the $40 penalty is unwarranted for this type of practice. I'll go to another practice where they don't treat you like A LAMB. read more

Very unprofessional. This clinic charges unexpected fees without informing patients in advance. We were never told there would be consultation fees or additional charges, even though we have dental insurance. Other dental offices we visited did not charge like this. I felt lucky to have Dr. Moreno as my Dentist and Rose as my dental hygienist. My rating here is exclusive for Dr. Moreno and Hygienist Rose only. Days ago I visited this clinic for teeth fillings. Dr. Moreno is my dentist to do the job. He is kind, skillful and professional. He listened to me patently about my concerns. Then he started to check my teeth and make sure that he got the right ones for fillings. During the process, he carefully processed it and I never felt any discomforts. After completing the fillings, he wanted me to bite to ensure that my bites fit perfectly. Yes, they did. Secondly, again I want to thank Rose the dental hygienist for her hard work. I no longer live in the area but I drive from the San Fernando Valley to see Dr Nguyen, she is the most professional and kind Dentist you could ever hope to find, she listens to your concerns, discusses her plan with you and makes sure your comfortable with it, she is one of a kind. Performed procedures that should have been done by a higher skilled professional. Made a flipper/retainer that was ill fitting and they told me that's how it's supposed to be. It broke after 4 months. The one dentist is only available on Friday so getting the situation resolved In expedited time frame not possible. Should not have to walk around missing teeth that help me talk and eat. Ended up somewhere else that the professionals took my situation serious and very very responsive. Will not have any additional service from this entity. Would give Zero stars if it was an option. read more
