I had a disappointing experience with this office. From the beginning, it was clear that professionalism and attention to detail were lacking. Communication was poor and disorganized. I feel that dentist/office not being in network with my Insurance should have been discussed when appointment was initially made, which was a month ago. There was no respect for my time which made the entire process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this office. I came to dr young in search of a molar implant. He recommended braces first before we proceeded and I listened to his advice. Initially he told me it would take a few months to fix my bite... a few months turned into a few years... which really sucked, but the worst part is that on one particular visit dr young had the nerve to crack a joke at my expense, remarking that I had the bone structure of an 80 year old. He quite literally turned to his assistant looking for a laugh while I sat there reclined in the chair... and believe it or not he actually got the laugh. Can you understand how much that hurt? I should have posted this when it first happened but for the longest time I felt like garbage and blamed myself for my situation. The reality is the entire time I was his patient he was very much impatient... short... and dismissive. I went in to get a cavity filled. The staff was friendly, however, I did not like that they were very pushy on esthetic work. They also told me that I could not get my cavity filled until I had these very expensive procedures done by the hygenist first. I thought I misunderstood so I repeated what I heard. I asked "So you are telling me I cannot see the dentist until you do the work that you see fit first and then I can book an appointment with the actual dentist?" Their answer was "Yes." I have never been to a dentist where I was denied seeing the dentist. I thought this was absurd so I did not return. read more

She was very thorough and did a phenomenal job with explaining the process and educating me on my problem area--regarding my dental hygiene. This was the first time I was examed by Dr. Cliff. I came to Dr Young for care on my front death tooth (had root canal done 2 yrs) I've been search for a dentist that can help me fix my tooth before my wedding. My first appointment- I informed Dr Young that I had bad experiences with all my previous dentist since a child. I told Dr Young I would like to do a veneer for my tooth to cover the dark color so he suggested me to do internal bleaching first because for veneer I have to do both front teeth to match. I felt very comfortable discussing what I can do or can not do- no pressure like other places. Most of the dentist place encourages me to get crown (both) or bleaching; the way they told me was making more sad like my tooth is dead it can't be taking care off must get the crown plus kill the tooth next to it to do crown too so it can be match.. so at dr Youngs appointment he kindly suggested me to try internal bleaching to see if I need veneers.. did some x-Ray and before pictures was taken.. got my appointment for the second visit. Second visit - he did what he needs to do.. no boba teas for weeks durning the internal bleaching sections so I went back on my 5th appointment- he fixed my old filler in between my front teeth(cracked by my childhood dentist)--- I was so scared how it will looks but guess what?! I hadn't been to a dentist in almost four years and was really nervous about everything, but the staff here was absolutely AMAZING. I actually fell asleep in the chair getting a cavity filled! That's how comfortable and at ease they made me feel. Dr. Lee and , I believe her assistants name was Nicole, were the ones who helped me today. At the end of my appointment, I wanted to give them both hugs. Dr. Lee was able to fix a problem with my tooth that two previous dentists never even addressed. I know cosmetic dentistry is very popular but I think when choosing someone to do your orthodontics, shop around and do your own research. I came to Dr. Peter Young wanting invisalign and told him about my history: TMJ and pain associated with clenching/grinding & back teeth don't touch. I had an oral appliance made from another dentist and was also diagnosed with UARS with a sleep medicine dr. Dr. Young told me to not use my oral appliance (which I paid close to 4k for. The oral appliance kept my tongue resting at the roof of my mouth and kept my lower jaw forward) and that he would make me an appliance that did the EXACT same thing (to keep my lower jaw forward) than my oral appliance but for 600 dollars. He said that the appliance he will make I can wear all day and isn't bulky like the one I had. I trusted him and only after a week of wearing the one he gave me, my TMJ pain came back. Fast forward, I am scheduled for a surgically assisted rapid palatal expansion with an OMFS and have already started invisalign for it. I consulted with an ENT/sleep surgeon who is going to do a tongue tie release after tht surgery. Long story short-if you have a complicated case, please consult with the right doctors to make sure you receive the correct treatment ESPECIALLY if your bite is OFF. Braces in the hands of the wrong doctor can make your situation worse and leave you with chronic pain. DO YOUR RESEARCH. read more

We have been patients at Premier Dental for 6+ years. Dr. Young and his staff are friendly, professional, and respectful to patients and each other. Dr. Young (and staff) works well with adults and children, and provides orthodontic services, which has worked out well for my teenagers. Appointment reminders can be sent through text messages, emails, or phone calls. The office is clean and comfortable. After cleaning visits we get little "goody bags" with sample-sized dental necessities, and younger children get to choose a surprise out of a treasure chest. I have to say that this is the greatest office I have ever been to. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the staff is fantastic, Dr. Young is super nice, and they even offer delicious Keurig coffee. I went in today for a whitening procedure. My first time trying it, so of course, I was a little nervous. Rachelle explained everything to me in detail which made me feel more at ease. Dr. Young came in as well to do an inspection of my teeth and made sure there were no serious problems. We then proceeded with the whitening. It took about 1 confortable hour or so. I have to admit, it does feel a like uncomfortable but not unbearable. This was the best thing I have ever done. I never realized that there could be beautiful teeth under all the gunk and yellowing I have done to myself over the years. Don't waste your hard earned money here. I went because of the great reviews but they told me I needed all types of work WHEN I DIDNT. They also rob you, I would have to pay before my claims even cleared and never got a call that I had a "credit" with their office. I had to speak with the manager to receive a check for all the money I had paid up front that I NEVER had to pay. I have found another dentist and told them everything that Premier Dental recommended, they told me I didn't need all the work they tried to push onto me. They told me I had gum disease so I did a whole treatment of cleanings, going in every week for about a month. Then I had to have some cavities filled. Dr. Stephanie filled my cavities and had a very cold personality which didn't bother me at first but then as she was finishing up she says "you might need a root canal on that tooth so keep an eye on it" and then just left?! I had questions as to WHY I MIGHT NEED A ROOT CANAL, but she just took off. I called once I left to see if I can speak with her because i couldn't find her when I was leaving but they said she was gone for the day and the admin assistant had to break down what she meant. But how would she know what she meant if she wasn't even there! Also, the only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the awesome hygienist, LISA. read more
