As a person who has been scared of the dentist Dr Masri and Kim have made my visit smooth and pleasant. Dr Masri office is insanely busy. When I initially called for an appointment I believe it was 4 months out, but Lori kindly let me know she'd call me if there are any cancellations. When I finally had a general exam and some cleaning done it went very smooth. They have an x-ray machine within their facility. The cleaning was done fairly quickly and what I liked was they did not use too much water, so I wasn't choking or drowning in water like my previous dentist. I really enjoy that they book your next appointment as soon as your done to keep you on track for your dental cleaning. Highly recommended. If you are terrified of the dentist Masri's office will make you realize, oh the dentist isn't that bad. read more

I have bad teeth and have been to many many many different dentists!!!! I stopped when I found Dr. Masri, since then I only go to her. She's great, very nice, informative, patient, you can make weekend appts, her staff is very nice/friendly, the office is nice and clean and most importantly, her price is reasonable! Dr. Masri took care of me in a pinch over 6 years ago when I moved back to town. I had several chipped teeth that were cutting my gums up and she was gentle, kind, funny, and didn't break my bank account. My company keeps changing my dental insurance and her staff always helps me to understand what is covered and gives me good appointment options. They are all friendly and efficient there. Dr. Masri does the cleanings herself and really gets to know her patients. I have lived by the beach on the west side for the last 2 years but I always come back here to get my teeth checked. When my longtime dentist retired, I searched for a replacement with trepidation. I've had horrible dental experiences in the past, but I've also had some excellent dentists, so the bar was high. Thankfully I stumbled upon Dr. Masri. In the same building as my previous dentist, I had heard from other office staff that Dr. Masri used quality materials and was conscientious in her work. Six years later, and I can say that Dr. Masri is the best dentist I have ever had! My esteem for her is such that I trust my elderly parents' dental care to her, as well, and many of my friends have switched to her, even though she's a far drive for most of them. Best dental visit of my life - and that's not hyperbolae! I had a broken tooth/filling on a Monday morning and all local dentist couldn't see me or would only see me as a $500 emergency patient. Dr. Masri saw me the same day within an hour or two of me calling and worked me in to help out my painful situation. She was incredibly skilled and I felt almost nothing while having a badly damaged filling removed and replaced. Her accuracy with injections is amazing and this may sound weird, but I could actually FEEL the joy she has for her profession coming though during the procedure. She talks to you, not at you. She narrates her actions, keeps you relaxed and is INCREDIBLY confident is what she is doing. As soon as the exam begun, I bought in, relaxed and had a great experience. Her rates are totally reasonable and she lined up all scenarios/options for me before doing anything. Her staff is transparent with pricing and they will tell you straight up, "This will cost that and here are all your options". Her staff was not just professional, but sweet and totally helpful. Even as a cash patient with no insurance, Dr. Masri is my new dentist because of today. 5 STARS across the board! read more

I started going to Dr. Masri quite a few years ago, when she took me as an emergency to fix a broken tooth. She takes such great care of her patients; she takes time to explain everything and make sure you're comfortable. There are at least 10 dentists within a few miles of my house, but I drive 20 miles to see Dr. Masri - she's that good! read more

I went here for some dental work and everything seemed fine. The staff and the dr are all very nice people. The problem is i hand a strong pain from one of my molars that eas unbearble for a few months. The pain didnt start till after my first appointment. Im sure it was a coincident and am not blaming them for faulty work. I explained to susan that this pain was out of control and that i was taking 12 ibprofen a day with tylonal just to sleep or go to work. She kept saying that she could not explain the pain she took exrays on numerous occasions and found nothing. I even came in on a week night after hours because the pain was too much to handle anymore. Susan took exrays yet again and found nothing. Her exact words were " Im ruling out dental and you need to go to the hospital." So i did. Hosptial emergecy room was packed and waited 6 hours to be told it " has to be dental and go find another dentist" I went to another dentist near my house. She had what looked to be old outdated xray equipment that was able to take pictures from many different angles. Sure enough she found an infection. Ill be damned. It was the tooth i kept telling dr maseri about. After a $2000 emergency room bill i had no more money for the fix option and had no othe choice but to pull the tooth. Another $250. The pain was gone instantly. That 3 month ordeal was a horrible experience and was glad i could go back to my life without pain. Dr maseri is a wonderfull peson but this mistake cost me alot of money and pain. read more
