I went to see Dr Hanna with probably the worst toothache I have ever had in my life. I called the office and was given an emergency appointment the following day. As soon as I walked in I was seated in a chair with X-rays done and Dr Hanna at my side within minutes. He assured me he could save my tooth and at that point I just wanted it out thinking of how bad the pain would be even if he touched the tooth. To my dismay, he has the gentlest hand and I literally didn't feel any of the injections he had to give me or him working on my tooth. Dr Hanna and his staff made me feel very comfortable and safe. My tooth felt better almost instantly, after my first visit to begin the root canal, I had absolutely no pain. The crown they made was such a good match for my teeth, the assistant matched me perfectly. I also had a deep cleaning by Dr Stephanie, she had her work cut out for her, but was the absolute sweetest and most patient with me. My teeth felt so clean and fresh after leaving the appointment with her, I will definitely be going back to Dr Stephanie for my cleaning and most definitely Dr Hanna for any and all of my dental needs. read more

Dr Hanna saved my smile! I started seeing him at his office in Los Feliz and after I moved switched to the Pasadena office. I highly recommend both. He is hands down the best dentist I have ever had. I've had dental issues since I was a young child, and before Dr Hanna I had so many traumatizing experiences. My father is my dentist, and my mother (now retired) was a dental hygienist. Since my father practices in Ohio (where I'm originally from), sometimes I must see a dentist in California for either routine cleanings or emergencies. I've bounced around to many different dental offices in the last 15 years of living in Los Angeles. Dr. Hanna is in a class above the rest. The office is gorgeous and the in-house lab that can create your crown allows Dr. Hanna to place a crown in one visit without the need for a temporary crown. This is state of the art technology and fast and easy 2019 service. The entire staff is friendly and professional. The treatment rooms (and reception area) is immaculate. And Dr. Hanna is a consummate professional with impeccable bedside manner. I visited Dr. Hanna because on a recent trip home, my Dad had put in a crown. The lab my father works with cut the crown incorrectly and despite my father's best efforts to shape the crown to fit my bite, my bite was off when I returned home. I was experiencing pain and difficulty eating. Dr. Hanna was able to see me quickly and expertly adjust my bite so that my teeth were hitting the crown correctly. He was very generous with his time as he answered all of my questions about whether the crown would eventually need to be replaced. I am confident in the work he did to adjust my bite, and my father is very happy with it as well. I highly recommend Dr. Hanna. And this is coming from someone who knows a little more about dentistry and dental practices than the average layman due to my parents' careers! This office is at the cutting edge, far from the antiquated techniques often found in the dentistry practice. My visits are a very pleasant experience, even the ones that involve a needle. I have had dental work at this Pasadena office for quite some time. Dr Hanna is an excellent dentist and his staff is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and caring. The front office staff is amazing, they are great at communicating about appointments and billing and easy to get a hold of. They always provide a reminder call that has saved me from many missed appointments. The hygienist is wonderful, very thorough and professional. This week I had to get a new crown since a cavity developed under my old crown. Dr. Hanna was able to remove the old crown and make a new crown all in the same visit! That is a real time saver. This review is a long time in coming. My family were patients of Dr LaBriola for probably 30 years. So, when he decided to retire, I definitely had my reservations. My family have now been patients of Dr Hanna's for at least 2 years now. I have had a crown replaced and recently had a couple of old fillings replaced. It was obvious that these replacements were necessary as they were old fillings giving me problems. When I had my crown replaced, I was so impressed by the fact that Dr Hanna had his own 3D printer. That meant that I could get the whole procedure taken care of in the same visit! He is an artist! Many of the hygienists that were with Dr LaBriola are still with Dr Hanna. So is Cathy, his right hand gal! Obviously Dr Labriola was thoughtful in who he turned over his practice to. He even goes to Dr Hanna himself! read more

Always a difficult task to find a new provider that checks off the mental 'boxes' we all have; affordability, professionalism, education, 'bed-side' mannerisms, support staff, office location, etc etc etc! Well, I found myself searching for a new dentist at this point in my life, and I must admit, I was overwhelmed by the amount of reviews with conflicting information on providers and whether or not they may meet my needs if perhaps they hadn't another.. But I continued that look and actually went to a few and decided to pass on several, due to one thing or another... Then I came to Dr. Hanna's office and I knew it was a 'fit'! The staff was super kind hearted and welcoming, their people-skills were evident! The practice is clean and modern and appealing.. the offices have been remodeled from the tired look of the 80's and 90's. Their waiting room is uplifting and bright, as are all the staff I've met thus far. With reasons to smile about, no pun intended, I highly recommend this practice and am thankful for finding them in a sea of possibilities that can be a nightmare.
