Charlie came to our home the same day we called and gave us a quote. We signed the contract and 3 days later our house was being painted. We called Charlie right away and the painting crew and Charlie were back at our house within the hour and they made everything right. You'll always have some hiccups with construction but this company is family owned and they want to make sure your very pleased. Which is why they dont ask for any payment until the job is completely finished and you are happy with the results. Jorge has always been very prompt, through, concise and prompt with ANY inquiries we had before, and after the job was completed. The work completed by the crew, as you can see in the photographs, was first rate as well and admirable. I could not more explicably convey our Complete Satisfaction and Incredibly High Impression of Four Peaks Roofing, LLC! From start to end, specifically when it comes to Jorge, the Project Manager, every aspect of this project was FIRST RATE. One resounding reason I chose Four Peaks Roofing, was due to their positive reviews AND they have ZERO complaints filed with the BBB, THAT was the defining factor for me. They did quite impressive work in repairing and sealing the parapet 'cap' in addition to sealing our flat foam roof. I waited until we had the heaviest of Monsoon rains, to assure all was as High Quality, Complete, secure and waterproof as it had appeared. We had about a 40 minute 1.3" deluge of Monsoon rainfall last night, and all was as we had expected. You certainly could not find a better, reasonably cost roofing company. I would and will Highly Recommend this company for ANY roofing needs.

I got multiple quotes, and chose to hire CopperWest Roofing. Here's why. First, CopperWest Roofing is not some big roofing company with lots of overhead, where you're just another job. They're a family-owned, local small business, and the owner, Jordon, is actually out there on the job, hustling every single day making sure everything is going smoothly. If you have a question, you just ask Jordon. He gives you his cell number and tells you to call or text him anytime if you have questions, comments, or concerns. Direct access to the owner, that kind of service is pretty rare these days. I also liked that they're not trying to impress people with a bunch of flashy trucks or a huge sales pitch that you end up paying extra money for. It's just an honest, hands-on, owner-run business that takes pride in doing quality work and treating people right. His business obviously runs on his reputation, and word of mouth recommendations, and I definitely recommend giving him a call, or send him a note through the website. The roof looks great, the crew cleaned up before they left every day, the communication was excellent, and the whole process was stress-free. If you're looking for a roofing company that works hard, cares about the work they do and their customers satisfaction, I'd definitely recommend CopperWest Roofing.

I recommended Brown Roofing. Brown Roofing came and looked at her roof, and said that everything looked like it was a RECENT roofing job. They recommended that she find the paperwork (and warranty), and get the roofers back out that did her new roof. We helped her find the paperwork. The previous roofers gave her a 3 year warranty (WHO in the roofing business only gives a 3 year warranty?!?!) It had been 3 years and one month since her new roof was installed. Long story - but the original roofers were total jerks. AND... they would not come back out (three no-shows) to fix her roof, even though she was willing to pay. We called Brown Roofing to come back out and do the repairs. She realized her roof was out of warranty, and she was willing to pay. She just wanted the water to stop coming through her air returns! Brown Roofing came to her house, did the repairs, and DID NOT charge her!! She insisted on paying them, as they did not do the original roof. They said the repairs were minor, and they were happy to help. These folks are just GOOD, honest, kind people. And, I still think they are an EXCELLENT roofing company. We have had our roof for eight years now - no leaks, no problems. I will continue to recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.
