Had contacted Almeida several years ago for a quote after purchasing my home and knowing the roof would need to be replaced at some point. I waited... they were understanding and followed up without being annoying. When the time came, they were happy to update the bid and completed the job without issue. Overall their price was the best (both quotes), timeline and the job was done. We were very pleased. We recently sold the property and during the inspection both the inspector and new buyer were very satisfied with the roof as well as communication from Almeida for their future benefit as the new owners. read more

Hey all, I just want to give a huge shout out to Kevin Almeida and his company Almeida Roofing INC. I had a need for their services and they were able to help me in a quick and extremely professional manner. Check them out. Good peeps y'all. read more

Fantastic job! I got three bids for a roof replacement for our place in Glendale. Almeida was great to work with through the entire process. They were able to get everything handled remotely effortlessly. Their bid was the lowest of the companies I chose, their warranty for workmanship was the best, and they were able to start the work the following week. At the end of both days, it was like the crew wasn't even there. The worksite was left immaculate and the roof looks great. Very professional. Highly recommended. read more

My landlord chose this company, to repair our roof. Long story short, they left the day of the storm, 7/30/18, and did not protect the roof. The inside of building got destroyed, as well as over $18,000 of damage to personal property....so far no returned calls from the company, and not getting any luck contacting them through landlord either. read more

We are so very pleased with the service and roofing we received from Almeida Roofing! From our first meeting, we received clear and concise communication from them. The bid we received was comprehensive and fully laid out what we were committing too. They were personable, timely, and very professional. We needed to re-roof a portion of our home in the historic district that was slightly sloped and had been done with asphalt bitumen some years back, choosing to go with foam this time. The other half of our roof is flat and was done some years back and needed to be re-coated. The biggest headache we had was in coordinating removing our old AC and Cooler units and have a new AC unit installed around the roofing schedule. All told, the complete project spanned a week and required two different roofing crews with the separate HVAC company (and two cranes). Both sets of Almeida's crews were always friendly, courteous, respectful of our property and did outstanding jobs. Kevin Almeida stayed in contact with us in a timely manner, as did his office staff. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we were completely happy with our final product. We know we definitely chose the right company to do our reroof. We highly recommend Almeida Roofing for your roofing needs! read more

Finding a company you trust to service your investment property is hard especially when you can't be there. After requesting a quote via email, I was scheduled shortly after followed by the bid for repair which I was told when I should receive and like clock work, I received as promised. I knew this was the one to hire. Customer service is exceptional letting you know what is happening throughout the process and the price is good. After repair, Bill was sent and paid shortly after followed up by another statement showing payment was received. Little things like this makes it much easier during tax time. Throughout the process, communication was done via email which was nice not having to disrupt your day but keeping posted what was going on and eliminating having to play phone tag. Almeida is a company that takes care of your property and does a great job at a great price! read more

We are very happy that we chose Almeida Roofing. The entire process of bidding and installation was handled in a very professional and customer service oriented manner. Their bid was fair and everything was done with keeping me informed as one of their priorities. When they found the bad wood that I knew they would, they brought it to our attention immediately. The installers were all very friendly and they cleaned everything up. I would and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. We have had a few storms since they installed it and not a drop of rain has entered our home. Thank you Almeida Roofing! read more

Called Almeida in March regarding a small leak in the roof above our garage. They had someone out the next day to inspect the roof and emailed a quote the day after that. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the repair had to be put on hold for about three months. When we contacted Almeida in June, they honored the March quote and scheduled the work within two-and-a-half weeks. Their crew arrived as scheduled early in the morning and completed the job by early afternoon. They were respectful, professional and made sure to thoroughly clean the entire work area before leaving. I should also mention that the entire Almeida office staff was friendly and responsive. Very satisfied with our experience. read more

The roof was leaking while they did the shingles and leaking inside the house. There was rotted wood that the company was shingled over. They were given specs for a turbine which they were to replace and put a stack vent instead. There was a big ridge in the roof, tar left on the drip edges. They ripped off a gutter and said that is part of the job, but did not replace. They left the back yard full of tarpaper and trashed the lawns in the front. They said they wanted me to pay for the rotted plywood after continuing with work and would have to pay for redoing the shingles and tile. Worst company around. I really rate them as no stars. Bad service and lousy work. read more

Almeida Roofing is amazing. Personally we have had them do roof repair and they did our entire roof on our new build up in anew River. They were on time, kept the job site clean and were reasonably priced. Our roof looks amazing. As a real estate agent, I have referred Almeida Roofing to my clients when issues and repairs come up during inspections. They quick to respond and I can trust the work is done correctly so I can get the deal closed. Their customer service is the best. If you want to use a company that has integrity, is trustworthy and is reasonable, give Almeida Roofing a call. read more

My husband and I are more than pleased with this company. They gave us the best bid of five roofing companies, and sometimes that isn't always the best. However, they were highly recommended. They did exactly what they said they would and when they would. Cleaned up nicely. You won't be disappointed if you do business with Almeida. We aren't. read more

Almeida Roofing did a great job repairing our roof after experiencing a microburst in our area. I believe the expert's name was Allister who came out and did the repair work. He was very methodical and paid careful attention to make sure the roof was back to being sound. He even painted the cement corners to match the tile roof. I was very impressed. Would definitely hire them again. Thanks! read more

Almeida Roofing did a great job on our roof! Their pricing was good and they were very responsive in the office to questions/concerns. Their crew was very courteous and neat. I would highly recommend them! read more

Almeida Roofing was able to schedule within 24 hours after making my initial call. I work with lots of contractors, roofers, handymen and communication is very important. I had no challenges with Almeida Roofing. They answered their phone, responded by email quickly and showed up when they said they would. Pricing was fair and estimate was detailed and easy to read. I plan on working with Almeida Roofing again. read more

So far - excellent The team handled a job for us in Westbrook Village and were fantastic to work with. We had an added challenge in that we were not in The Valley to oversea and communicate locally. Our HOA needed to approve the roofing material used and Almeida Roofing coordinated all of the samples and getting signatures. Melissa and the office team communicated well with us and kept us apprised of the process and timing. The work was executed to quote and we were very happy with the response time, the team on the job and the clean up. I would recommend Almeida Roofing and go back to them if needed. read more

We contacted Almeida Roofing for an estimate to replace two tiles on our roof. Two people came to assess the repair. My husband and I both work from home and my coworkers were able to clearly hear a string of expletives that one of them used. This was so unprofessional, upsetting and may end up costing me my job. The pair left our property without a word leaving us very confused. My husband called and left a voicemail asking if the estimate assessment had taken place and a few hours later we received an email with an estimate for $500. Others quoted us $200 to $300. Yeah right. read more

All of the work was done on time and with the result that I was expecting. They did a good job of cleaning up debris and nails. I would recommend them to anybody wanting a quality job. read more

ALMEIDA ROOFING has been an unmitigated disaster! ALMEIDA ROOFING re-roofed our entire flat roof with a granulated rolled roofing that is seamed together with an acetylene torch. They claimed is was a tried and true, tested application that would protect our property for many years. However, that has absolutely NOT been the case as we have had significant and numerous failures in roof seams almost from the start that allowed water to infiltrate and cause major interior property damage. This month, ALMEDIA found three separate leaks in the roof at the precise location of interior property damage. They repaired the roof membrane but refused to repair the costly interior damage. Moreover, the owner, Kevin Almeida, was openly hostile to my wife and I when he last visited our home to inspect the damage, complaining about the high cost of call backs. The fact remains that the original job was done improperly, and that is the proximate cause of all of the interior damage.. But the fact that ALMEIDA won't stand behind their warranty is reprehensible! Their single argument is that tree leaves on our roof somehow caused the roof seam to separate in one location. That is preposterous: leaves don't cause roof membrane seams to separate. And they provide no explanation whatsoever as to why the other roof seams have separated. Our roof is well maintained by us but we adamantly refuse to buy their expensive maintenance package, offered only after the fact so they can recover some of their callback costs. Our experience with ALMEIDA from the start has been like pulling teeth to get them to honor their warranty. And even when the cause of the interior damage would be obvious to a child, they argue their point instead of honoring their warranty Unfortunately, absent their full compliance to repair our interior damage, we shall be forced to file a cause of action against them for negligence and a warranty breach. If you are considering doing business with ALMEIDA, I strongly suggest you consider the Latin phrase: Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware)! read more

My review is a one star, which is my opinion. Here are the facts about my business with them. 1. Came out timely to do estimate 2. Quote comparable to other companies. 3. Signed contract with items of importance bolded. 4. Was called to schedule repair , was told only 2 jobs that day and mine was first. However couldn't give an exact time. 5. Workers showed up at 11am ( we ran out quick at 10:30 and we were on our way home, they left a message because the dog ran out in the yard, they left. We immediately called back (less than 2 minutes later) and said we would be there in 5 minutes and the refused to return. 6. rescheduled ....for Wednesday...4 days later. One day before, they called and said it would be the Wednesday of the following week. I told Almeida that I was desperate to get it repaired as it had multiple severe leaks and we had those big storms coming in (early June). They couldn't help, although they left on Saturday. They were suppose to be there by 7 am, you'd think they would find a way to squeeze me in . Anyway, a family friend repaired the roof the next day. 7. Almeida requested the 35% cancel fee, which was not bolded in the 2 page contract. 35% was to be charged for materials. I asked once the fee was paid could I have the materials , they said no. They did lower it to 25% of the contract. $250. read more

My husband and I just moved to a house in Phoenix and it needed a new roof. We chose Almeida based on their quote and how professional they were in person and on the phone. I was picky about the roof colors and they invited me to come by their office to look at the samples and even encouraged me to take some home and keep them for reference. They came out less (price-wise) than the competitors we called and did an excellent job. It probably took them about 15 hours to do our roof over two days. They cleaned up our yard nicely afterwards and were very respectful - didn't leave trash or litter. The foreman on the job was super nice and easy to talk to. I would recommend Almeida. read more

Was a little surprised when I called to schedule a quote and asked if they could do anything later in the day since I work on the other side of town and was told 'Nope, we only schedule early in the day so we can work on bids in the afternoon'. Didn't seem to really want my business. read more

Great company to work with. We had them tear off 2 layers of shingles and re-roof the house. They responded promptly to all of my emails and phone calls, and were very friendly in person when they came to do the job. They completed the work on time and came in at least $2K less than the 4 other companies we had bid the job. When the job was complete, the roof looked great and property was clean of all roofing materials and debris. Professional. Quality Work. On time. Responsive. Friendly. Cheap. What more could you ask for? read more

As a Real estate agent, having a roofer you trust is important and hard to find. After one of my listings fell out of escrow because another roofing company scared off the buyer by telling him we needed a full roof replacement, two other companies came out and said we only needed a few tiles replaced or moved around. Alameida's pricing was very fair and they were able to get the work done very quickly. This Realtor has found her "go to" Roofer! read more

We recently had our roof redone and we were very happy with every aspect of the service. They even helped us with our insurance company who were intent on not covering the work properly, they made a special trip out to meet our adjuster and help him understand the work that actually needed to be done. The scheduling was efficient, they kept me in the loop on everything and were done timely and we couldn't be happier with our experience, I highly recommend Almeida Roofing. read more

I read the reviews and thought I'd give Almeida a try. Their estimate came way lower than the other companies I contacted (from Angie's list). Almeida was punctual, professional, and communicated effectively. When successive monsoon storms blew away some of the roofing as the work was being done, they came in early the day after each storm to make necessary repairs and complete the job. I am very impressed with this company and I highly recommend them! read more

I am a Realtor and every job that I have had Almeida Roofing perform for myself or a Client has been top notch. This has been the 5th roofing job that Kevin and his team have done for me in the past 12 years. They were very clean with the tear off as well as the installation. Although it took me forever to decide what color and type of shingles I wanted, he worked with me to ensure I made the right choice. His prices were lower than other contractors bids. Since I have had zero issues with his other work, I knew he would be my first choice. He has always been very personable and very responsive. read more

We just got done working with this company. We went with them as they were cheaper and much more professional then the company we were told to use that build the roof originally just 3 years ago. That company was diversified roofing and I can tell you the guys they had building the roof never had a professional truck and could not speak any English. This company so much more professional and cheaper that's the crazy part. It was not a huge exspense but was over $100 cheaper to go with this company. We can be a little high strong being from Upstate NY. But the customer service was amazing even with dealing with customers like us. Sorry Almeida Roofing but you really were amazing. read more

Did a great job. On time. Quality work. Clear communication. Detailed estimate and came in at budget. Thanks for the great job.

Really fantastic work, communication and pricing! Had to have roof replaced, but I am in another state. I was able to work with Almeida from long distance flawlessly and they delivered! I am very thankful they put my mind at ease and made replacing a roof a walk in the park! Highly recommend their services and am very pleased! Thanks Almeida for making at least one thing in my go right! read more

The inspection report on a home I was buying noted roof repairs were needed. The seller declined to do repairs, and so I needed to get an estimate of the cost of the repairs to determine if I wanted to go ahead with the purchase. I called several roofers and all were too busy doing repairs following a major storm in the area to give me an estimate. Except Almeida, who managed to squeeze me in two days later and promptly provided me with an estimate. I told Almeida that I wanted them to do the repairs after the sale was final, but unfortunately the seller did not have clear title to the property, so the closing would be delayed. They agreed to honor the estimate, and eventually finished the repairs. To add to the hassle, this property is in a gated community where I needed to get HOA approval for repairs, and gate access on the day of the job. Almeida did everything they said they would on time, when they said they would do it. One important advantage of their repair work is that the warranty is transferrable, which is important should I decide to sell within the warranty period. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. read more

I have used Almeida for the last 2 years starting with replacing my flat patio roof. Great price, excellent job. I had them come back once for a small leak in that roof soon after install - I think I waited 24 hours and they were there and did the repair. I currently have a new leak on my main home roof; again in 24 hours they were at the home and fixed my problem by sealing the paper under the tiles. I currently have an estimate to repaper the entire home and do believe that the estimate is very reasonable. Great company, great people, I highly recommend them! read more

I selected Almeida because of how competitive their bid was, the positive yelp reviews, and they had a good general construction company to partner with for some extensive fascia work that we also wanted to do in combination with the tile roof replacement. It was a big job and they did phenomenal work! Julian, the foreman, treated and talked about our roof like it was his own. They even cleaned up after the crew that had come in before to do the fascia and other construction. The new roof looks great and our leaks are all gone. I will definitely be using Almeida in the future! read more
