Within a just a few minutes I had responses from two locksmiths. Star Locksmiths, Bulent, was reasonably priced and at my home the next morning. When I told him that Luis was the only good part of the interaction and that my review would remain up, he became aggressive and said, "I hope you get what is coming to you."
