When I called, they wouldn't give me a price estimate. That was a big mistake! I shouldn't let them come without a price estimate for my Toyota Camry 2017 key fob. The guy not only one hour late than he promised on the phone, also charged me $200 to replace a broken key fob Inner chip (not include the outer shell) It took him less than 10 minutes to program the key fob, and he said, if I want to copy a key, it would be $210 for the key, and $210 for the key fob. Total would be $420 for a car key. I think it's a rip off. If I am willing to pay for such high price, I would go to the dealership. They did come to my house for the service, but it still too expensive. It's better to find a locksmith store and go there in person. Please DON'T use this locksmith unless yo are willing to pay similar price as the dealership. read more

I called on a Friday to have a deadbolt replaced. The tech agreed to meet me at my house in 30 minutes. I left work and rushed home, only to receive a call that he wouldn't be able to make it because of the snow and would rather come Saturday morning. Ok. I communicated with the tech via text on Friday evening and I went to Home Depot where I purchased an electronic deadbolt that he recommended. On Saturday morning, the tech arrived and quoted me a price of $220 to replace a deadbolt and door handle with materials I had purchased. Ok, I don't really care about the price as long as it's done correctly. It took the tech about an hour to get everything completed, and when he left I realized that he lad left a big mess AND had left with the backup key to my electronic deadbolt. I texted and called the tech on Saturday evening and on Sunday with no reply. On Sunday I also called the main company number and was told that I would receive a call back, but did not. On Monday afternoon, the tech called me and says, "I found your key." I asked him to leave it in my mailbox, but I am concerned. Is there shady business going on here? Briefly, I would not recommend this company because they are very expensive for subpar work. The tech left a mess and disappeared for 2 days with my only key. read more

Very disapointed in this company. They called me back about 2 hrs or so after my call. After me giving them my truck info they said they could do my truck chip key quoted me a $ . Then said they would call back in a few min to give me time to do it today. Here it is several hrs later with no call back from them. At least call even if you cant do it. We had a bit of an interesting experience with this locksmith. We used them to change the locks on three doors on our house. The good: * They sent someone over to give us a quote immediately after I called, saying they really couldn't quote without seeing the situation. * The person I spoke to on the phone, the locksmith who came to our house, and his assistant were friendly and courteous. * When re-keying our old lock didn't work out, the locksmith got a new lock for our door and didn't charge us for it. * The original quote was honored despite it taking a lot longer than anticipated. The not so good: * Immediately after starting the work, the locksmith ran into some issues. He changed two of the three locks and removed the deadbolt from our front door. Then he had to run off to another job and get us a replacement lock, saying he would be back by 5. When he hadn't returned by 7, I called the original number and was told he was still planning to return that night. I asked that he not, since our baby needed to go to bed, so we spent the night without a deadbolt (although we did still have a doorknob lock). * I'd said they could come back any time after 8:30 the next morning. They showed up at 7:45 and woke us all up (baby included). * They said they had only half an hour of work remaining that morning. It took another 2 hours before they were done, at which point they ran off to the next job, leaving a mess of wood shavings and tracked-in dirt on our floor. Overall, we got our locks changed within a day of calling and the price was pretty fair. But the process was a bit of an inconvenience. read more

We were very happy with the service we received from Eagle! Fares (the owner) did a prompt, thorough job. There was a problem with one of the doorknobs he installed, a manufacturing defect--not his fault at all, we called him and he came back immediately to fix the problem. I think seeing the way a company resolves issues is a great indicator of their overall service. The worst service ever, The repair person did not have the skills, and destroyed my lock, and spent 3 hours for something my regular locksmith can do in five minutes. Needed to call another locksmith same day to repair the work. Eagle Locksmith called me and apologize telling me that they will not cash my check, and willing to pay my extra charges. Francis of Eagle Locksmith Service was WONDERFUL!!!! He was able to come out the same day we called, he came out and looked at our front door mortise lock that was original to the house from 1928 that was pretty much non-functional and gave us a quote. I thought we were going to have to get a whole new door. But he said he could take care of it. The amount he quoted was the exact amount we had to pay. He came on time when he said he would and returned when the part came in even on a holiday weekend to make sure the job was taken care of so we'd be safe and secure in our house. He was extremely polite and did an excellent job. He brought a dust buster with him to clean up the little wood shavings and left the place totally clean. We were even able to keep our old keys. Not as good as I hoped. Were able to change my mailbox lock just fine, but were not able to change the door lock due to lack of tools as I was told. I have mentioned to the company ahead of time that locks in my building are old and to send someone with high skills and knowledge of old locks. Locksmith spent a very long time with the lock. Well i had to call another company and they took care of it. Also, pricing is by no means cheap. Would use again for a simple job and discuss pricing up front, otherwise you may get a surprise. read more
