Francis is very professional and friendly. Awesome same day service and called before coming. No fuss on the types of locks we using. Tried to save us money by honoring yelp discount. Honest people and honest money. Will sure recommend to friends. PS: I chose Francis after some bad experience with another locksmith. Service and attitude matters! read more

When I called, they wouldn't give me a price estimate. That was a big mistake! I shouldn't let them come without a price estimate for my Toyota Camry 2017 key fob. The guy not only one hour late than he promised on the phone, also charged me $200 to replace a broken key fob Inner chip (not include the outer shell) It took him less than 10 minutes to program the key fob, and he said, if I want to copy a key, it would be $210 for the key, and $210 for the key fob. Total would be $420 for a car key. I think it's a rip off. If I am willing to pay for such high price, I would go to the dealership. They did come to my house for the service, but it still too expensive. It's better to find a locksmith store and go there in person. Please DON'T use this locksmith unless yo are willing to pay similar price as the dealership. read more

After calling several other local services over the coarse of a week and leaving unreturned messages,it was a great relief to find a locksmith who answered my call directly in person.I scheduled an appointment for the following week to have a new deadbolt installed in my front door. The owner,Fares called that morning to confirm a time and arrived promptly to do the job.He was in and out within a half hour and even cleaned up after himself. He was very professional, personable and a pleasure to do business with. His company is licensed, trustworthy, reasonable and works with many major retailers locally and in Boston.I highly recommend Eagle Locksmith !!! read more

Eagle Locksmith Service - Fares showing off the new deadbolt he installed in my metal door. Excellent service ! - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Mansfield, Massachusetts

I called on a Friday to have a deadbolt replaced. The tech agreed to meet me at my house in 30 minutes. I left work and rushed home, only to receive a call that he wouldn't be able to make it because of the snow and would rather come Saturday morning. Ok. I communicated with the tech via text on Friday evening and I went to Home Depot where I purchased an electronic deadbolt that he recommended. On Saturday morning, the tech arrived and quoted me a price of $220 to replace a deadbolt and door handle with materials I had purchased. Ok, I don't really care about the price as long as it's done correctly. It took the tech about an hour to get everything completed, and when he left I realized that he lad left a big mess AND had left with the backup key to my electronic deadbolt. I texted and called the tech on Saturday evening and on Sunday with no reply. On Sunday I also called the main company number and was told that I would receive a call back, but did not. On Monday afternoon, the tech called me and says, "I found your key." I asked him to leave it in my mailbox, but I am concerned. Is there shady business going on here? Briefly, I would not recommend this company because they are very expensive for subpar work. The tech left a mess and disappeared for 2 days with my only key. read more

Very disapointed in this company. They called me back about 2 hrs or so after my call. After me giving them my truck info they said they could do my truck chip key quoted me a $ . Then said they would call back in a few min to give me time to do it today. Here it is several hrs later with no call back from them. At least call even if you cant do it. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Amazing service! Just moved to a new house and Fares came right away within an hour of when I called him. Added new locks and deadbolts to every door and provided me with the keys on the spot! Great price as well! Will definitely call him again if I need a locksmith! I highly recommend him!! Copying the previous review above as that is exactly what happened with us as well, but with an added twist in the tale. We had been scammed by another national locksmith company (search for "locksmith scam" on google), and fired them midway (when we got our senses back) before calling Fares of Eagle Locksmith. He not only had to rekey everything, but had to fix the previous nutjobs' mess as well. He replaced the locks/deadbolts that was screwed up by the idots without charging me anything in addition to rekeying fees. read more

We had a bit of an interesting experience with this locksmith. We used them to change the locks on three doors on our house. The good: * They sent someone over to give us a quote immediately after I called, saying they really couldn't quote without seeing the situation. * The person I spoke to on the phone, the locksmith who came to our house, and his assistant were friendly and courteous. * When re-keying our old lock didn't work out, the locksmith got a new lock for our door and didn't charge us for it. * The original quote was honored despite it taking a lot longer than anticipated. The not so good: * Immediately after starting the work, the locksmith ran into some issues. He changed two of the three locks and removed the deadbolt from our front door. Then he had to run off to another job and get us a replacement lock, saying he would be back by 5. When he hadn't returned by 7, I called the original number and was told he was still planning to return that night. I asked that he not, since our baby needed to go to bed, so we spent the night without a deadbolt (although we did still have a doorknob lock). * I'd said they could come back any time after 8:30 the next morning. They showed up at 7:45 and woke us all up (baby included). * They said they had only half an hour of work remaining that morning. It took another 2 hours before they were done, at which point they ran off to the next job, leaving a mess of wood shavings and tracked-in dirt on our floor. Overall, we got our locks changed within a day of calling and the price was pretty fair. But the process was a bit of an inconvenience. read more

We were very happy with the service we received from Eagle! Fares (the owner) did a prompt, thorough job. There was a problem with one of the doorknobs he installed, a manufacturing defect--not his fault at all, we called him and he came back immediately to fix the problem. I think seeing the way a company resolves issues is a great indicator of their overall service. I don't expect to need them again anytime soon, because he did such a good job, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Eagle again in the future or to wholeheartedly recommend them. read more

Wonderful job! I locked myself and my 5 month old son out and he was here in 15 minutes! Very personable and efficient. Would highly recommend! read more

The worst service ever, The repair person did not have the skills, and destroyed my lock, and spent 3 hours for something my regular locksmith can do in five minutes. Needed to call another locksmith same day to repair the work. Eagle Locksmith called me and apologize telling me that they will not cash my check, and willing to pay my extra charges. Guess what, they charged me the full amount anyway. read more

Amazing service! Great as advertised and previously reviewed. Just move to a new house. Called in the morning and came in an hour. Changed all the locks and deadbolts professionally in less than two hours. Also fixed some old problems left. Will definitely recommend to my friends. read more

Responsive and accommodating, and great service. We just purchased a new home in the area and called to get locks replaced, and they did a great job and gave us options and in the end were a good value. Were able to come out on short notice and did a good job replacing the locks. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a good, reputable locksmith. read more

Picking a locksmith can be a tricky proposition-prices vary widely, and giving someone access to the keys of your home can be daunting. I felt very comfortable with the service and professionalism of this company. He was quick, neat, and reasonably priced...and he fixed an annoying issue with one of my doors, too, at no extra charge! read more

I called Eagle Locksmith after an unprofessional experience with another locksmith company. I called and was met with professionalism and courteous demeanor. I was given a time frame for his arrival and he called when he was 20 minutes away. The locksmith Frances gave me options and told me which locks were the best. He took his time installing them and when they didn't seem like the doors closed easily he didn't rush the job he took his time. The time he took made me feel comfortable and I would use again most defiantly. read more

Freddy was excellent. He had a great personality and is great at his job. He re keyed all of our new locks and installed a smart lock for us. He was able to update it where we now have 1 key for all locks. Would definitely use again! read more

We had a great experience with Eagle Locksmith Service. The guy showed up on a last minute call during the weekend, arrived quickly, was very efficient and with reasonable price. We would definitely recommend this company if you need locksmith services. read more

Super nice, showed up on time, did everything perfectly and was so great, I didn't even mention the discount because he was awesome. He was in contact when he was coming ahead of time and gave us a good window. His prices seemed to be what they should cost and he fixed a few things at no charge and gave us extra keys at no charge. We also bought new hardware at what seemed like a good price. Would use again! read more

Terrific service. Easy and accommodating scheduling. Frank went above and beyond (and spent 3 hours) to repair a lock and door jam that wouldn't operate. Anyone else would have given up. read more

Tried to deal with "local" locksmith, was complete waste of time. 2 hours late, unprofessional over priced and rude. Came to Yelp found Eagle, called at 6 PM Friday, 11 AM Saturday I had 2 new deadbolts installed for half the price of the guy jerking me around. Couldn't be happier, don't waste time with anyone else like I did. read more

Francis of Eagle Locksmith Service was WONDERFUL!!!! He was able to come out the same day we called, he came out and looked at our front door mortise lock that was original to the house from 1928 that was pretty much non-functional and gave us a quote. I thought we were going to have to get a whole new door. But he said he could take care of it. The amount he quoted was the exact amount we had to pay. He came on time when he said he would and returned when the part came in even on a holiday weekend to make sure the job was taken care of so we'd be safe and secure in our house. He was extremely polite and did an excellent job. He brought a dust buster with him to clean up the little wood shavings and left the place totally clean. We were even able to keep our old keys. If I ever have any other problem with a lock in my house, we will call him for sure. And I would suggest him to anyone else who was looking for a locksmith. read more

I called Eagle Locksmith after reading the great Yelp reviews. I agree with the 5 star rating. I called today and Fares came out the same day. Not as good as I hoped. Were able to change my mailbox lock just fine, but were not able to change the door lock due to lack of tools as I was told. I have mentioned to the company ahead of time that locks in my building are old and to send someone with high skills and knowledge of old locks. Locksmith spent a very long time with the lock. Well i had to call another company and they took care of it. Also, pricing is by no means cheap. Would use again for a simple job and discuss pricing up front, otherwise you may get a surprise. read more

We're new to the MA area. With our busy move schedule, we really appreciated Francis' flexibility in accommodating us. His prices are fair and reasonable, and he's extremely knowledgable and efficient, not to mention friendly and courteous. Francis educated me on locks, but more importantly, is also a great resource for new residents; he knows many of the towns here well and is willing to go out of his way to help you "get connected". His company services clients across a broad territory - from Boston and surrounding areas down to Rhode Island. I highly recommend Francis and Eagle Locksmith, and will definitely call him again for our future locksmith needs. read more
