I did a partial kitchen reno and needed to match the existing quartz counters that Mona's team installed last time. Ran into a problem: they didn't have any remnants in that color, and I'd have to purchase a whole slab just to match a little section. Mona came to the rescue! She offered me a remnant of a different color that she promised matches really really closely the original color. And since the new section was to be installed across from the old one (not contiguous), it would be very hard to tell. Sure enough, it worked out perfectly and Mona saved me a lot of money by finding a creative solution. Just like last time, I was doing this long distance without seeing anything in person. With contractors there is always drama or miscommunications, especially if you are not there to supervise. Not with Mona. Her reliability, attention to detail, and smart problem-solving in every project, no matter how small, give me total peace of mind. And the prices are still very reasonable, even years later! Yale's prices for appliances are competitive with the big box stores however Yale charges significantly more for installation than the competition and it's non-negotiable. If you want quick service and competent installation, I recommend Yale even though they are more expensive.

This company installed granite countertops in my newly remodeled kitchen seven years ago. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this at the time and ended up spending thousands of dollars repainting my cabinets, only to recently learn from another contractor that water had been seeping through the faulty seam all along, causing additional damage. When I contacted the company, they asked for $300 to reseal it, which feels unreasonable given that this appears to be an installation issue. I even offered to wait until they were working in the area, since it's a quick fix, but they were not willing to accommodate. I would recommend looking for a company that stands behind its work and provides better long-term support. Also, if possible, avoid placing seams near the sink--what seems like a minor detail can lead to significant damage over time.

The proposal was very fair and their work was impeccable. No shortcuts. But more than all the above, Arik made great recommendations and provided consultation that made the project even better. His integrity was outstanding and his approach was as if he was doing the work for his own family. He was always respectful. I could not recommend his work more highly. I am only afraid that this recommendation might make him too busy for further work I may need.

He did it exactly the way we wanted by replacing the big, old jacuzzi tub with a beautiful, tiled walk-in-shower, new floor, and re-positioning the toilet to a better place. We wanted to keep our double sink vanity/cabinet and the big mirrors, but refreshed them with a good paint job. We love how it looks and works!! Arik and his team are very professional, competent and were a true pleasure to have in our house every day. They arrived on time, were always polite, answered all of our questions, made sure our sleeping area in the bedroom was protected from all the construction dust, cleaned up each evening before they left. Arik told us the job would take 2 to 2.5 weeks and it took exactly 2! The only thing left is the glass doors for the shower. Arik brings in the glass guy Rene who measures, discusses what we want, and then orders it for us. When the glass doors are ready to be installed, Arik will come back with Rene to oversee the installation. Arik's price was quite reasonable for the job, and he stuck with it!! There weren't any real unexpected challenges, but he did a few things extra to make sure the job was done right and did not charge any more than his original quote. We highly recommend Arik for any contracting work that you need, and we will definitely be using him again if and when we have another project. I am attaching "before" and "after" pictures.
