The great thing about Dan and his team is even after the construction was done he still answered my calls and has come back to do several additional projects years later. Most recently, Dan and his team finished my basement. It has been 8 years since the initial renovation and I am still super happy with the work and quality! What really sets Dan and his team apart is they listens to their clients and hears their request and concerns. We had one minor setback in my project and Dan's commitment to resolution was impressive. In my experience, no project is 100% smooth so knowing that Dan and his team can overcome the snags is HUGE to me! If you're looking for skilled professionals who deliver great results and truly get your vision, I highly recommend Aureli Construction. You won't be disappointed - they exceeded my expectations!

I screened over ten contractors before hiring. He provided me one of the best estimates even though it was over my budget. I actually knew of John's company from my time living in Woburn as his house was not too far from my old house. I can't say enough good things about John. He has been in the construction industry for over 50 years and his attention to detail is evident when speaking with him. Most general contractors/builders try to rush to get the job done so they can move on to their next project. Not John. He and I were in constant communication and he made sure I was happy and informed on progress. He has a few guys Rocco and Gary who are very nice, hardworking, and amazing craftsman. John's subcontractors for framing, roofing, siding, insulation, plaster, concrete, flooring, all did a great job too. The work was professional and clean. As the owner, even John got his hands dirty in building my deck and used his tractor to excavate the deck footings. I highly recommend John's company for any construction and renovation work on residential and commercial properties. I already have him on call to do other work on my house and will recommend him to family and friends. Thanks John.

Peter Duffy's team took over the work that our previous, nightmare-of-a-contractor had started…read more From the start, Peter and his amazing crew, Oliver and Alan, showed up at our house first thing in the morning, and didn't stop until 5pm or later. They accomplished more in one week than our first crew did in 2 months. Peter was truly invested in the project, and it was clear how much he cares for his clients and his crew. Every step in the process was a collaboration: Peter scheduled appointments between us and the electrician, HVAC crew, and plumbers so we could all walk through the house together and talk through what we wanted and what would work. Peter also made suggestions throughout the process that improved the plan and house in ways that never would have occurred to us. At one point, Peter's crew had the idea to move an original built-in cabinet to another wall in order to open up the dining room to the kitchen, and it changed the entire flow of the house in the best way possible. Visitors always scratch their heads in disbelief when we tell them that the built-in was moved - they insist it looks like it has always lived in that corner of the room! Peter uses the best materials for his builds, and the finishing work is outstanding. Oliver is an incredible carpenter, so our new stairs, kitchen casework, trim around the walls and doors, and tile work in each bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. The existing walls in the house were in bad shape after we removed the wallpaper, so Peter's meticulous painting team patched and repaired all of the walls before painting. The walls are now absolutely smooth and look brand new. The few times there were issues, Peter and his crew addressed them immediately - things were corrected by the following day. Our entire project was massive, and Peter coordinated the work of all of the subcontractors seamlessly so there was never a day that no one showed up to work. Peter's prices throughout the project were also reasonable, especially for the quality of work and materials that they included. Our finished home is more beautiful than we could have ever imagined - we are beyond happy and grateful to Peter and his crew. If you've got a project coming up - no matter how big or small - Let Duffy Do It! Check out the attached social media video we made to showcase Peter's work, along with some other pictures of the finished kitchen, bathroom, and basement.

His crew was very respectful of our property, always cleaned up every single day, and most importantly was respectful in their communication and interaction with us. We had several horrible experiences with contractors previously, so we were so glad to work with a contractor who was kindhearted, honest, knowledgeable, and good at his work. Two months ago we finally pulled the trigger and added a 1/2 bath to our property. We loved working with Peter so much that we worked with him again! Small compact powder room, but it gets the job done. Overall pleased with outcome of every project. Peter was helpful in the process as he had many suggestions, ideas in bringing things together. Pricing was very reasonable compared to the 2-3 other quotes that's I've received from other contractors. I was proactive on my end on communicating exactly what the needs were for my family. Communicated timeline, expectations, and cost so that there were no surprise for the both of us. My husband and I have worked with many different contractors, and it's really difficult to come by someone who is as helpful and honest as Peter!
