Sprague did some of outside of the house that was large - it's a 3300sqft house, they fixed many parts including the south side of the house (sun facing) In multiple places on the south side, there were multiple bowing wood and 50+ loose screws, it looked like a tornado hit it. They took apart the entire wall within ONE day and had it built back up the next day, WOW!!! I rent, so I know my slumlord didn't ask for "better"- The South side of the house they just finished, looks so beautiful and it looks better than the rest of the of the house and I cannot even pinpoint WHY (besides it being new) but that's besides the facts - It's that good! He presented great information and came out and met with adjuster. Unfortunately the insurance denied the damage. Our roof is ancient. At the time we didn't really have the funds to do it. They do offer easy financing but at the time didn't do that. Felt bad as they put so much into everything So now a year later we were ready to go through. We got one other quote, that company was horrible to deal with. We contact Loyalty back. They actually honored the origins quote. Pricing was very competitive and they offered a great warranty. Pricing was a little higher day of due to unforeseen damage to roof rot but explain with pictures, pricing for replacement was already told in contract. So no surprises. Our roof was 35 yrs old so we new to expect extra. We were able to get appt I a few weeks. They explained process and everything went just as told. The crew was amazing, did it all in one day. Clean up superb. Romulo came back at end of day to get dumpster (on wheels so no damage to driveway) and to do walk around. Made sure all ok and wanted to make sure we were happy and what else could he do. Our neighbors had theirs done as well with same experience and results. They had referred them to us.
