This is my second time coming in and my official go-to from here on out! Each time has been great. Staff are very helpful, friendly, and quick to help with repairs. My first visit saved me $150, allowing me to keep my current pair and repair them instead of replacing. I came in today, met with Lindsay, and was out in just a few minutes with my issue resolved. What a relief! I appreciate her taking the time to help me and will be purchasing my next new pair here. read more

All Pro Eyeglass Repair - All Pro Eyeglasses Repair - Eyewear & Opticians Near Me - Mesquite, Texas

Glasses turned crooked I looked crazy with them but I guess it did fixed some .

The man that works there is rude. He has a what do you want look and attitude, instead of a how may help you attitude. I had questions about my cleaning my ear cushions. His responses were condescending, and he acted like it's a bother to assist me. I went to him as a last resort, and I'd highly recommend that you do the same. read more

My wife had a favorite pair of sunglasses that one of the lenses broke off the frame and a nose piece was missing. She looked all over but couldn't find the same model anywhere. We found All Pro Eyeglass Repair which had a lot of good reviews. Took the glasses over to see what he could do. He explained what needed to be done and thirty minutes later they looked brand new. He did an amazing job and the price was right. We would highly recommend this shop for any glasses repair you might have. read more

I love this place. I slept on my husband's Tom Ford glasses that were very expensive and broke them. I took them to get fixed here. The man who owns it was very thorough kind he had my glasses ready within an hour. He did a great job I was afraid I would have to pay hundreds of dollars because they're very expensive glasses and he did Better than what I was imagining I would recommend this place and will be going here again if I need to. read more

This place is amazing and their service is impeccable! They have saved me hundreds of dollars repairing Tom Ford and Oliver Peoples sunglasses. The prices are so reasonable you feel guilty! Highly highly recommend! read more

This place was literally my savior!! I had 2 nice pairs of prescription glasses that needed to be welded together and they were the ONLY place that could do it, and at a very reasonable price. A shot out to MOE for repairing both frames within an hour!! Try this place out, you definitely will be so glad you did read more

Omg The BEST place to fix your glasses. Son stepped on them and broke one of the side of the frame and Kevin was so sweet and fixed it under 5 minutes. I went to 4 different places and they couldn't fix it. Every place said no I need to get new frames. Definitely recommend read more

So far so good on a pair of glasses that I thought would need new stems. They managed to weld the old one. A bit pricey at ~$60 but the repair is holding read more

Was MOST impressed! I snapped one of the side arms off my frames yesterday, and figured they were goners. But hubby found this place online and it's close, so decided to give em a try. Well, they exceeded their good reviews! Not only was I convinced they couldn't be fixed, but if they could, I was willing to drop my glasses there and come back for them later in the afternoon. But Matthew took one look at em & said, "10 minutes, $59..." Absolutely blew me away! I asked him if his name was Moe, cuz I'd seen Moe mentioned in previous reviews, and he said he was the one that TRAINED Moe! Couldn't ask for a nicer guy... And I had my yorkie with me as we were on our way to obedience class, and he was so sweet to her as well! I'm a customer for LIFE & hope I'm lucky enough to get Matthew every time! read more

Moe, has great customer service experience. He is very courteous and professional. I took a pair of Ray-bans that had a missing rivet on the left hinge. Moe, had it repaired in two days, throughout that time, he called twice to update me in his progress and when the glasses were ready for pick up. The repair was done well, considering it was not an easy fix due to the design and style of frames. I am very satisfied with his work as well as the customer experience he provided. read more

I have used this place a few times now. I have two boys in glasses and they seem to have a knack for breaking their glasses. It's a bit of a trek, but we headed over here last week. I am assuming the owner is Moe, and he is great! He is very kind, personable, and explains everything well. He gave us options and fixed our glasses in about 45 minutes. He also gives a short warranty with the frames that he fixed which was a nice touch. When the need arises, we will definitely be heading back here. read more

I fell asleep the night before and I slept on my new Tom Ford eyeglasses. One side of the frames was broke off and the other was severely damaged. I called All Pro Eyeglass Repair, and a guy named Moe, with no hesitation, said he could fix them. I drove to Mesquite and I spoke through Moe through the-drive thru. He explained everything thoroughly in told me to come back in an hour. I returned and picked up my eyeglasses and they were like new, go to All Pro Eyeglass Repair, Moe is the best! read more

Signs said that they were open, but door was locked. No answer to my car horn. About 10 minutes later someone came just to tell me that they couldn't fix my glasses. He should have an "out to lunch" sign and an approximate time of return. read more

I'm nominating this guy for a new name: "The Glasses Frame Whisperer". Took my somewhat high-end frames to a local optometrist, then to another repair shop first, and both said flat out: "no way to fix these". The spring-loaded part of the temple was completely broken (I felt and heard it break), rendering them unwearable. I guess I could've still worn them, but they sat crazy crooked on my face... Rang up this guy, explained my situation, and he tells me "I'll fix your frames. Been doing this for 28 years, I'll figure it out". Frame Whisperer had mad confidence, and I need to see for a living, so off I went to his shop. Walked in, he gives my frames the once-over, and says: "come back in 45 minutes to pick em up. Your frames are a little different than I've seen. Normally I could fix in 10 minutes but yours'll take a little longer". I poked around town for the allotted time, when I waltz back in, Frame Whisperer hands me my glasses, I put em on my head, and Bob's your uncle!! Completely fixed up!! He attempted to explain what he did and even how he did it (laser welding machine with a kung fu grip??). Didn't really care, I could now see, and the search was over, cause I now have a "frame guy" when I need one again. Other 2 guys: 0 Frame Whisperer: 1 read more

I absolutely ADORE these folks! He's very kind, & really interested in helping us seniors with our eyeglass issues. It's my only place for taking my glasses, & I'm thoroughly grateful for being referred to this place. I reside in Greenville Tx... But I don't mind at all driving to this place. Because, I know I'm going be taken care of, & my glasses will be good as new when I leave his place. Thx guy!!! read more

I have been to this place at LEAST 5 times for repairs, and I have not had a problem at all! I've met 3 different guys, and all 3 have been polite and VERY fast!! When my glasses went out of warranty last month, my only other option was a new exam ($50) new frames ($300+) and new lenses ($100+). AllPro charged me $59 to solder the temples back on my Versace glasses, which is WAY BETTER than paying $500+ for a new pair! I can't even tell they were broken to begin with! read more

Needed to get my grandson's glasses fixed. We have to buy them at a youth optical place in Dallas and I was dreading the 40min drive to a from the place. I have been here several times to get my glasses fixed in the past and thought it was worth a shot. Merry Christmas to me, the gentleman behind the counter was so nice & was able to take care of his glasses for me within 10min. read more

Love the work done here! I wish I knew the guys name and this is just me assuming it's a one man operation. He fixed a pair of glasses I brought in a couple months ago and they are still in great shape! I recently went in for an issue with another pair of glasses. He was able to fix it super quick I didn't even have to come back! Genuinely caring person with fantastic work! Definitely recommending this for anybody with any frame issues! read more

Awesome service and reasonable price! Faster than a fast food drive thru! Pulled up and got a screw replaced in my glasses right away! Eat pieces were also adjusted! Drove off in less than 5 min! I will definitely come back if I need other repairs! read more

Bow on the right side broke on a pair of gant glasses at the hinge. My prescription is strong enough that opticians typically don't have my lens in stock. Brought my glasses praying for a miracle they laser welded the frames back together gave me new nosepads and sonic cleaned the frames.in and out in less than 30 min and My glasses look brand new fit great and it cost me 59 bucks! So glad I came here I recommend this place tanner I believe was his name took great care of me. Thanks for everything read more

Went to get a screw to reattached to my glasses that unexpectedly broke. I went through his drive through which wasn't busy at all, he popped it in right away AND didn't charge me a dime because I had all the parts he needed. All I can say is if you need a repair, this is your guy! read more

Avoid this place at all costs! I showed up around 3:30 and the sign said, "Open, come on in" yet the door was locked and no one answered the phone. After calling their other location to find out if their Mesquite site was open, I was told that the guy probably stepped out to grab a bite and should be back soon and that he would call him on his cell to let him know there was a customer waiting. After about 10 minutes he showed up and was on the phone to the other location and said, "Yeah, she's standing right here in front of me", so he didn't even answer their call when they tried contacting him earlier to let him know someone was waiting. Then I asked if he could fix the arm that broke off my Oakley titanium glasses and he quoted me a price of $59. I said, "that's a little high" and he said he was giving me a $10 discount off the regular price. Typical salesman. Oh really? Do I have "sucker" written on my forehead? He said, "You take it to any other place around here and that's what they're going to charge." I told him I did a Google search and discovered that this is a common problem with these frames and someone posted a wonderful review about a repair shop in Carlsbad, CA and that that guy only charged $10 to fix the same problem! Then he started telling me something about their "$40K laser machine" that they use to fix glasses and that they will be just like new. I told him that I wasn't willing to pay $59 and he came off as kind of arrogant and said, "Well, you can either buy a new pair or throw those away". I told him I could also sell them for parts on Ebay and get $30 like someone else did and then he proceeded to show me "bags of parts" that he had. What that had to do with my issue, I don't know. I told him I would look into shipping my glasses to the place in California and then he proceeded to tell me a "horror story" about some guy that he knew that shipped off his glasses to some place and didn't get them back after two weeks as promised and that he ended up having to sue the business. Yeah, right. I think the guy that works at this location is just full of hot air and he comes off as arrogant if you don't just go along with his price. I hate when people try to take advantage and I would not recommend using this place. Meanwhile, I called the guy at Hot Shots Eyeware Repair in Carlsbad CA and he told me he would fix them for $29 and solder "BOTH" sides and that included shipping! When I told him what this other place wanted to charge, he said, "What was he going to do - make you a new pair of glasses?" After reading all the glowing reviews on Yelp, I'll gladly take my chances and ship my glasses off to California for a quality repair at an honest price. read more

So I accidentally broke my boyfriends super expensive eye glasses, and it tore his heart. He just tucked them away under a pile of junk. For his birthday; I wanted to surprise him by getting it fixed. I was expecting to pay a ton of money, but I saved money and went in search for a place that I could TRUST to repair them. Moe was absolutely the best!!! He explained to me what would be done and reassured me that it was fixable! He even said he could get it done within the hour. I had to leave and left them to him..planning to come back the following day. I trusted him with something as valuable as the glasses of the love of my life; he did fantastic work!!! I definitely recommend him!! I'm BEYOND satisfied with the service. read more

My brother broke his glasses and we couldn't find a frame that could replace them. Luckily the lady at another location recommended these guys and I'm so glad she did! We got our glasses within a reasonable amount of time and they did an excellent job at cleaning the teenager's glasses (lol). I'll definitely come back. read more

Dr. Britt's optical store in Mesquite broke my 18 month old glass frame and then refused to fix/replace the frame. Another doctor's office recommended All Pro Eyeglass Repair to me so this morning I dropped my glasses off with "Moe" and in 30 minutes had them back in perfect condition at a very reasonable price with a 2 month warranty! Couldn't be happier - in fact, I am going to take my new prescription to them and have them replace the lens! They are a full service company. read more

I've driven by this place for the past 20 years and never once been inside. I went in to get a couple of sunglasses repaired. My new puppy had chewed the arm pieces of my glasses, as well as the frame of one eye piece. I took them to All Pro and asked if he could replace the arms, but after he pointed out the addl damage on the actual frame, he suggested I replace the frames altogether. He had some reasonably priced, very comparable frames in stock. I left there a happy customer. Highly recommend. read more

My frames that I love had a loose screw at the temple. Turns out the screw had broken off inside, and the place where I bought them didn't have a tool small enough to drill it out. They did, however, offer to sell me new frames for $530 which included their 20% discount. She passed me a card to All Pro Eyeglass Repair and said they might be able to repair them but she wasn't optimistic. I left wondering how I was going to come up with $530 for new glasses. So I drove to Mesquite and met Moe. He was awesome and didn't blink when I explained the problem. 40 minutes and $39 later my glasses fit like new including new pads! The repair also came with a 2 month guarantee. I saw another person who came in with mangled glasses her dog had chewed and finally broken off the ear piece. He fixed those as well. Moe is personable and very capable. I highly recommend him. read more

Josh is an artist/craftsman with the frames & a gentleman with the customer. I like cable temples (hard to find these days) & Josh was able to custom-fashion a replacement for my broken one, taking into account my special needs, & never less than gracious, amiable, understanding, accommodating, & intent on solving my problem. Thanks again, Josh! read more

This was such a positive experience. My husband and I were very impressed and pleased with our visit. To be honest, when we drove up I felt a little apprehensive because it looks a bit sketchy. But don't be fooled! Moe is wonderful. He was so nice and helpful, and he explained everything he was going to do to fix the glasses, and he did it right there so we could see everything. He fixed the hinge, and it only cost us $5 even. We will definitely be going back for any eyeglass repairs in the future. read more

They closed over 30 minutes early, I can't get here any earlier, so they make it difficult for people who work during the day.
