We bought a house with no cable or internet service without realizing this (who does this right?). We had three teenagers at the time and had Verizon fios at our previous home. When we discovered we had very limited options for coverage, there was almost a mutiny in our home. Thankfully, our neighbor told us about All Points and we had a direct sight line to one of their towers so good, reliable service was an option for us. Peace and harmony was restored to "the kingdom". I don't know much about the specifics of our service, but we didn't have the top plan and it seem to please our kids (my son is an online gamer) and meet our needs. Some of our neighbors at the end of the street, whose property is more wooded, are not so fortunate and still only have a satellite option for their service which is less reliable and more expensive. Customer service was always good. We always reached a live person when we had a problem or question. Thank you for being there when we needed you. Imagine a home with 3 teens and no WiFi- scary thought. Right? If we ever move again, my first question before making an offer will be to ask about coverage and service. Lesson learned the hard way, but All Points was there when we needed them so I'm very appreciative for their service. read more
