Plus, I need to return a router I had gotten from Verizon that didn't work. We were greeted immediately by Kevin B., who was quite friendly. He focused on the return, and was joined by Zack Harrison, the new manager. Kevin was also new, and in fact the store had turned the staff over due to poor service. Zack was great as well. My wife also ended up getting getting a new phone, and they changed my plan so that I got a trade in and her new phone was free. There's a lot more I could say (Brady was also helpful in transferring our data to our new phones) but the new team is great and I feel the previous issues that many people spoke about have been addressed by Zack.

Best Buy customer service was limited in helping us transfer information from the old phone to the new phone. Plus he told me to go to a Verizon store to return the old phone for credit. We walked into Verizon and Zach was greeting customers. One of the other sales associates said it was $29 to help me, I almost walked out & returned the phone to Best Buy. BUT, Zach patiently helped me get my new phone set up, correct the address on file and more. He was extremely patient and said he wouldn't charge me! He told me it would be different had the store been busy. Zach was very professional, he could sense I was frustrated with new my phone and needed help. I can tell you this, had he not helped me, I would have switched carriers and returned the phone to Best Buy. Thank you Zach!

We've had a building-wide outage since Thursday morning. It is now Tuesday morning (that is, five days later). About a month ago my internet stopped working and stayed that way for a week straight. I called daily and was given the run around that it is a "server issue and will be fixed soon" but they could never tell me exactly when. I eventually talked to a technician who told me Gigstreem is actively trying to lose NetBlazr customers who were grandfathered into a lower price. That and they just don't care enough to pay for technicians to fix issues so anything that goes wrong takes weeks to fix. After a week of back and forth and no internet I cancelled my service and signed up with another company. The outage started at the start of July and I had paid for a full month of internet so I demanded a refund as the internet didn't work at all after I paid. I was told I would receive one but it never came. I called a dozen times over three weeks and was told "the finance team is working on it". Eventually I gave up and had to file a charge back with my credit card company. This internet provider is completely broken and doesn't care about you in any way. I hate to say it but even comcast is better and I really hate them. Stay far far away from this company.

    I've been tired of dealing with DSL for a while. So I decided to go with excede as I have had…read moredirect tv for years. The installation was a bit complicated, but Kurt's guys, Joe and Adam, stuck with it and didn't take the easy way out. The next day, a Sunday, a piece on the dish went bad. Excede told me I would have to wait three days for a tech to come out to make the repairs. This is after more than 50 minutes on the phone. I called Kurt, and he drove in from his home - 90 plus minutes each way - to hook me back up to the Internet. I am very grateful for his diligence and integrity in backing up his product. He answers the phone and is available, and Always, Always seems to have the answers I need, When I need them. He is devoted to his customers and loyal, and his install team does a fast, efficient job too. My first dish with them, Joe installed in ice and know and I know his hands were freezing too! They are good, hard working and really get the job done right! In this business, they truly excel and do care about their customers, something other companies should do, but many don't give us the time of day. It is a relief to be able to call someone who knows and is willing to go that extra distance. They are really an asset and very valuable team and you're lucky to get their service and install!
