I've used them before and had been very satisfied. I don't know what happened on my last visit. Staff is friendly. Made an appointment for a bed cover and dash cam install. Estimated 4 hour job (1-bed cover, 3-dash cam) at $150 hr. I thought 3hrs for dash cam was excessive since I had the camera and the wiring kit. I questioned it. It didn't require any splicing, simply plug into the fuse box and hide wires. I was told I might get that labor adjusted. I returned and had work done. In at 9. Out at 11, 2hrs. They did not install the camera using the kit I gave them that would have allowed for 24 hour monitoring. I had to ask for the box, unused parts and all the instructions back. They asked me to return. I did. I eventually just accepted their first install and opted not to redo as I initially requested. The tech did a neat job and showed me what he did. But still disappointed. I had to ask for warranty information for the cover. I questioned the 4 hours total labor. The job took two hours. I was told they had 2 techs working on my truck at the same time. One for cover and one for camera. Fair enough. This still would account for only 3 hours. 1 guy cover (1hr), 1 guy camera (2hrs). They would not refund the hour labor, $150. They got me on this one. I received a call from Chris. We straighten things out. Chris was very professional and made things right. Awesome group of guys! Drug my truck on a trailer all the way from Austin to have them do an alignment and mount and balance my new tires. My truck has nothing stock left on it. Shops in Austin can't ever seem to get it right. Hunter got it within spec on the first try. I also have 22x14 custom powder coated wheels. Their tire machine doesn't even touch the wheel! I have been to All Out a handful of times over the past 3 years for this & that. I have not one complaint about them!! Every single person up there has always been very friendly & helpful. Recently I installed a lift on my truck & it was making some hobble noises that progressively got worse. I took it to a different offroad shop (not naming any names) but they seemed to have no time for me & they didn't even fix my problem at all. I called Allout to tell them my problem & they said "Of course we have time! Were never TOO busy to help someone out". I brought it in immediately & they actually fixed my problem & didn't even try to change me. They spent over an hour double checking everything. This place really does an awesome job!! Just had some running boards installed on my truck. Great service and these guys work fast.

I can't say for sure that it is they're doing. I do know is that my truck could not make the noises that it makes and did not feel the way that it feels prior to taking it to them. I actually brought the truck back to them and they rechecked the Bilstein 5100 install that they did. I was told everything checked out but my 2017 Ford F-150 is still sounding terrible every time I go down a dirt road. The gentleman even called me he almost jumped it over a set of railroad tracks on a test drive. Thank you very much for jumping my truck over a set of railroad tracks on a test drive and then coming out and telling me that my truck is okay. I know that my truck is not okay and I know that you did the install. I think they were upset with me because I did not buy the bilsteins from them only hired them to do the install. Mind you the install was $700. so okay you didn't make money off me with the struts but you sure did make money off me with the install so why not do the install correctly. I currently hate this company with every fiber of my being. read more

Now, part of this is on me for not checking asap, but I had a lot of work done at All Out, and the work performed is fine. What I am CHAPPED about is NOT GETTING MY ORIGINAL RUNNING BOARDS BACK, BUT SOME USED ONES!!! I took a BRAND NEW 2016 Chevy in to have a lift, tires, wheels, electric running boards and more installed. I called them wanting my old tires and rims back as well as the running boards. Keep in mind this truck only had 15 miles on it, so when I go and look at the running boards I received back, THEY ARE RUSTY ON THE BACK!! SCRATCHED!! DIRTY!! AND DEFINITELY NOT THE ONES TAKEN OFF THE TRUCK ORIGINALLY!!! I know I should have checked right away, but I trusted these guys, AND NOW I SURE DO REGRET IT!!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST AT ALL!!!!! Hope you made money on the BRAND NEW running boards you kept of MINE!!! read more
