When in there to get a lift and new tires, but told them that I was on a budget. He recommended some great affordable tires and would meet my goals (taller tires). Gave me a great quote. So I scheduled the service. During the service, they called me and told me that I already had a lift on my truck, so paying for another wasn't necessary. So he told me I saved a few hundred dollars. When I finally picked up my truck, it looked so much better. Really appreciate these guys. And service was great! read more

Just Unbelievable !!! We brought in our 2016 1500 Ram truck today 4-3-2020 at 10 am for an Air lift 5000 series Kit installation. At the counter, we were told that the job could be done same day. We got a call at about 4pm same day saying that the Kit was going to need a few more hours to be installed because they had to do some modifications and that they would not be able to get it done by 6pm. We headed over to the store 20 minutes later and to our surprise , the HAD NOT EVEN TOUCHED THE TRUCK, AT ALL. We are not mad about these people not getting the job done, WE MAD because of the lack of responsibility and communication and lie to our face. IF YOU CAN NOT GET IT DONE, JUST SAY IT and it will be up to the client to decide what to do BEFORE WE LEAVE THE TRUCK. ALSO,, NO APOLOGIES from no one, whatsoever... Multiple time I've tried to get estimates for work. After spending thousand with these guys on other trucks, you would expect better service. It's like pulling teeth to get anything done. 2 hour jobs take 4-6 hours. I leave with my wife or take an Uber. This group is half good and half confused. Had a warranty visit on my vehicle tint done at another 3M authorized retailer that had closed down. This was done 2021. Had this shop tint my new 2016 Toyota, since they honored my warranty, wanted to do right by this shop. The other window (from previous now closed tint shop) started going bad. Went in to All Out Off Road, showed my warranty card, made appt, for next day 9:00 am, left vehicle at shop. Get a call from shop that they could not find any history of my vehicle being there previously, and when they called 3M,they had no history either. So I went back got it all sorted out after I CALLED 3M myself. No authorization number needed as I was told so from AOO. So the guy grudgingly said that the shop could "work me in". I HAD AN APPT! They acted like honoring my warranty because they are a 3M dealer and working me in because they have poor record keeping despite my 9:00 am appt was doing me a favor! I gonna do them a favor and use another shop! read more

Frustrating experience/ buyer beware! I stopped in to get estimates on lowering my vehicle, shopped around and by all indications All-Out was very informative. Different store when my vehicle arrived to service they only installed half the kit! While changing my oil I noticed factory parts still on the front portion of the vehicle, I was livid! Couple that with a horrible vibration from my drive shaft not being in alignment with the transmission, squeaking noises coming from the rear and a rattling muffler - WTH!! I immediately called the salesperson who sold me the parts and service, he wasn't aware the kit wasn't complete. I returned the vehicle to have the items corrected and money refunded for the items not installed. I felt like they were trying to pull a fast one but trying to prove it would be an exercise in futility. They did manage to rid the vehicle of various noises not present prior to the service taking place but failed to eliminate the vibration. Just recently the vibration has become worse (2/6/17) so I looked under the rear of the vehicle and noticed the seals are leaking where the drive shaft meets the rear axle. I will absolutely not return my vehicle to AllOUT it's obvious they do not understand lowering vehicles. Then I went online and priced the same kit sold by AO (Belltech 0"-2.0x 4.0" front/rear kit) and noticed I was charged 1.5 X the cost. My fault for not doing my homework and being so trusting but rest assured it will never happen again. My recommendation to All-Out is to stick with what you know, lifting vehicles and accessories, leave lowering to the those who understand the process and do honest/quality work. read more

Sorry, this place doesn't understand customer service. I went in for a minor 2 hour job and ended up waiting 5 hours. At first, after about 2 1/2 hours of being there, I asked the guy at the desk if he could give me an eta?. He just said it's up on the rack but couldn't give me an eta. I'm thinking like, geez, I see it's on the rack, I also see no one's working on it. How about just going back and checking on it??? Also, they have no waiting room. I wouldn't have minded so much but it was just uncomfortable hanging around their little showroom for that long. Never again! read more

I was worried about the price being high. No1 told me they were high. Just an assumprion i had because they are big. But i got quite a bit of work done, and it was affordable. Real professional service! I ordered a trailer hitch et al by phone and made an appointment for installation at the same time. The installation took a bit longer than anticipated because the parts delivery truck was behind schedule. That, however, is not All Out's fault!! During the wait, the manager asked if they could take me somewhere for lunch. This kind of concern for a client's creature necessities is unheard of in my experience! When all the parts were on hand, the installation proceeded forthwith. During the installation, the technician came to me to enquire how I wanted him to proceed with wiring. Again, unheard of for a technician to seek clarification from a vehicle's owner. Installation proceeded to a successful and satisfactory conclusion. First class service by professionals from phone order to drive out. I would recommend All Out of Richmond to anyone. read more

After being brushed off by other shops for not wanting to turn my truck into an extreme rock crawler, I decided to give these guys a shot. First off I was promptly greeted even though the guys seemed extremely busy. I told them what I wanted done (shocks and struts) and I was given all the recommendations and at no time felt pressured to do anything else or felt like I was being up sold. I was given a clear price and I was also given a timeline of when it could be done and what issues could delay the job. I am very pleased with the work done and I was kept informed through out the entire process. During the job these guys found another unrelated issue with my lift kit and repaired it at a reasonable price. I have a lift I need installed on my jeep and they quoted me $750 for installation and alignment. I thought that was high so I called other stores and got quoted $550 I then called back and they went down to $550. So they were trying to get $200 more then they needed. read more
