    Tires rotated and alignment on my 2007 Toyota Tundra

    Gabriel was great and fast. Came in for a tire rotation and an alignment on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. Only go to a Discount Tires because you can go to any of them state around and they have your information. Fast for me , around an hour and they are always busy!

    Rims were perfectly clean when they started work ($35 hand was the day before ‍)

    Won't mount a 195/45/15 on a 15x8 rim, for a track car? (tire and rim were brought in off vehicle) Discount tire needs to modify their "calculator"

    One of my Dicount Tires tire had a slow leak from a nail. I went to this location to have it fix for free since I purchased road hazard warranty previously. I was quoted a wait time of 1 hour and 15 minutes. But It was fixed in 45 minutes. All the employees I came in contact with were professional and courteous. Chairs in the waiting room were distanced appropriately. Counter area were screened and counter helps were masked. This location was managed very efficiently.

    Won me over and topped that off with hooking me up with an authentic Discount Tire mask! (I needed it for my Uber ride )

    My goodness! I am so impressed with these guys. I don't think I've ever seen a shop moving so efficiently. I am just blown away. Those that are complaining just don't have enough experience with actual work like this.

    I always go to this location because it's close to my house. They are really busy. Sometimes they get in a hurry and make mistakes. On my last visit, they put rubber valve stem covers on instead of the metal ones I had before. They have made this mistake so many times, that now I just check before I leave. When I get home, I check the air in my tires because that's always different too. Yesterday, when I got home, I checked the air. One tire had 40, another had 35, another had 36, and another had 33. Bottom line, don't trust them to get it right! Check it yourself!

    James with excellent can do attitude helped me out. on getting my tires checked out , had a feeling my tires were getting worn down. Thanks to James i found out i had 4/30s (bad) i ended up getting a sweet deal on a set of Michelins and bought 4 wheels with installation and all of that good stuff taken care of. I recommend this to anyone looking to empress their significant other with brand new wheels.

    My rear passenger side tire kept slow leaking, and at first I thought I had a bad tire. Since my…read moretires were still under warranty from Sam's Club, I went there to get it checked out. Sure enough, they showed me where the source of the leak was (rear side of the wheel). What I didn't notice at this time was the fact that there was a small crack on the wheel (since the wheel was covered with soapy water and bubbles). I told the Sam's Club employee to go ahead and replace the tire with a new one, which they did. All good, right? Nope! My tire was still slow leaking so now I was confident that I had a problem with the wheel itself. I still didn't think it was a crack and I thought I just had a bead leak, which I could MacGyver myself using a bead seal readily available at your local auto supply stores. However, as I was getting ready to do this and I took my wheel off, that's when I saw the crack which gave me a 'Oh Shhhhhtttt' moment. And thus begun my journey trying to find a good wheel repair shop. After reading through some reviews on both Yelp and the popular search engine site, I came across M&M's, among other shops. M&M's was actually the 2nd shop that I had called. But M&M's was also the only shop that picked up their phone. The lady on the phone was super nice, gave me pricing, estimate repair time, etc., etc., etc.. Pretty straight up with the whole, 'the repair length really depends on how busy we are because a lot of car shops randomly send their wheels here to be repaired' or something along that line. Long story short, I brought my car in the next day. Talked to the lady and she gave me the same price that she had quoted me over the phone. And then another guy came out to look at the wheel. And after he took a look at the wheel, he gave me the same pricing that the lady inside did. So I told him to go ahead and repair it. I took the spare wheel out the trunk and he put it on and I went my merry way. Original estimate was about 2 hours to repair and I think it was more about 4 hours before they called me back telling me that the repair was done. Didn't matter since I was at work and wasn't planning to pick up the wheel until after work anyway. I went back, dude put the wheel back on the car, I paid. And over a month later, the weld still holds. I highly recommend this place if you need to have your cracked wheel repaired. They also repair wheel curb rashes and their prices are also reasonable (yes, I asked).

    Update: Clearly this business does not care about their customers. I was promised a phone call at…read moreminimum, by the owners but apparently they are too good to deal with people who spend money at their establishment. Also, I'm confused why they can't understand that it TAKES TIME for a crack to expand. How could you see a crack on tinted tail lights? I didn't even see them until the dealership pointed them out. These people do not want to help, never tried to help, and are crooked business people. Please, do not shop here! Buyer Beware - first of all, the Indian guy that works here is rude as hell. He is clearly someone who had no respect for customers, past or present. I had my tail lights tinted here a year ago. I was not aware, due to the coloring of the lights, that this business cracked my lights. Fast forward a year, and the lights have had time to allow for those cracks to expand. That expansion allowed water to deep into the light, shorting out my light. They are LED lights, so a simple changing of a bulb will not suffice. I had contacted the business to try and remedy this, and of course, they say that someone else must be responsible. The "owners" have no interest in helping or even making themselves available to talk. How professional is that? Pay attention to the bad reviews - they hold merit.

    I have been a customer of ToyoMotors for approximately four years. During the first two years, my…read moreexperience was generally positive. However, the last two years--specifically involving an unresolved electrical/check charging system issue with my 2015 Honda Accord--have required an extraordinary amount of patience and have ultimately resulted in significant financial and personal hardship. Around Thanksgiving 2023, I brought my vehicle to ToyoMotors to address ongoing electrical issues. I trusted that the work performed would keep my car reliable, as I am heavily dependent on my personal vehicle for work and safety. Since that time, my vehicle has continued to experience electrical and charging system failures, resulting in repeated stalling. I returned my vehicle multiple times between breakdowns, each time under the impression that the issue had been repaired and the vehicle was safe and drivable. Like many others, I have experienced financial hardship due to inflation and made the responsible decision to maintain my existing vehicle rather than take on a new car note. Unfortunately, around Thanksgiving of last year, my car stalled again, prompting another return to ToyoMotors. I am a first responder, and my vehicle has stalled on me twice around 2:00 a.m. during freezing temperatures, requiring emergency tows and jump starts just to reach safety--after I had already paid for services and was told the vehicle was repaired. Since then, I have returned my car to ToyoMotors twice more and took out two loans through Sunbit based on the assurance that the vehicle was being properly repaired. As a result, I have now gone over two months without reliable transportation while continuing to make loan payments. I communicated directly with the owner, Mr. Syed, explaining that I am actively paying on an open loan for a vehicle that is not drivable and expressing concern that costs continue to accrue because issues were not fully addressed before the vehicle was released. I also shared--both verbally and in writing--that due to my lack of automotive repair knowledge and as a female customer, the repeated breakdowns had caused me to lose trust in the repair process. Following these communications, ToyoMotors declined to continue working on my vehicle, leaving me without transportation after months of patience and financial commitment. What is especially concerning is that while reviewing Google feedback, I noticed another customer describing nearly identical issues. In that case, the business publicly stated it was "committed" to resolving the matter and invited further discussion. In contrast, I expressed similar concerns and was ultimately turned away. Today, after leaving the shop, my vehicle stalled again on the way home. I was forced to take an Uber to work, still without my car, and left questioning what work--if any--has been completed since November. I am now over $3,000 in debt, without a working vehicle, and facing additional repair costs elsewhere for an issue I was repeatedly told had been resolved. I expected more understanding, accountability, and consistency from a business I supported for years. Instead, I am left disappointed, financially strained, and hurt by the outcome. I believe other customers should be aware of my experience when deciding whether to trust ToyoMotors with long-term or complex repairs.
