I only went in for a sensor replacement, but I had to return because my car would not drive straight -- it kept pulling completely to the right, which was not an issue before they worked on it. To make matters worse, one of the employees parked her own car behind mine to change her flat tire, causing me to waste even more of my time. Maybe it was the heat, maybe it was my own stupidity for not scheduling an appointment ahead of time. I wasn't very impressed with this location. I chose this location due to the proximity of being near the park and ride. I had a nail in my tire and didn't want to continue driving it with how fast it was leaking air and the heat so around 5:15 I arrived after getting off the bus. Damn I should have just made an appointment to drop off and just uber to the park and ride. The waiting room was crowded and it was HOT. I have been to other discount tires where they actually keep the place cold during summer. This place in 105 degree weather has their waiting room at almost 80. People and children were sweating and they had no cold water bottles or even thought about restocking it till 6pm when they closed. Being pregnant, i was starting to get a little sick but thankfully got my car before I got to that point of heat exhaustion. The other thing that upsetted me and the other customers was how long it took to get checked in. The employee was too focused on trying to sell tires over the phone then getting people checked in. At least put them on a quick hold and get people checked in. I waited over an hour for them to get a nail taken out of my tire. It's whatever, but they did try to upsell me on tires. I honestly told them its way too hot to even want to sit here and to please just get the nail out of my car. Come on a cooler day or get an appointment, don't sweat it out here. read more

One of my Dicount Tires tire had a slow leak from a nail. I went to this location to have it fix for free since I purchased road hazard warranty previously. I was quoted a wait time of 1 hour and 15 minutes. But It was fixed in 45 minutes. All the employees I came in contact with were professional and courteous. I came to this shop on 8-12-2024 for tire sensor replacement. The tire light was on even tire pressures were OK. I brought my own 4 TPMS sensors. They installed them, and I got a message saying the car is ready. But no one brought me the key. I look around and ask someone to give me the key. Finally, they found the key, but when I started the engine, and waited a few minutes, and tire light came on again. I told them that I still have an issue. They checked again with a tester and said that some tires need to be checked. I waited for about an hour. I went to my car and I saw no one cares about my car. I'm again chasing people and asking "Is fix done? Where is my key?" I went home disappointed. On the way home, after 10 minutes of driving, the tire light came on again. I came home and just checked the pressure in all 4 tires with pumper. And I realized that one of the tires does not hold air. The tire pressure went down very quickly. They installed the tire sensor incorrectly for this tire. Because before the installation tire pressure was fine. They can't even do a simple tire leak test. There are many young, unprofessional practitioners working, probably working for $9-10 an hour. Do not go to this store. Don't trust your car to unprofessional practitioners. read more

I always go to this location because it's close to my house. They are really busy. Sometimes they get in a hurry and make mistakes. On my last visit, they put rubber valve stem covers on instead of the metal ones I had before. They have made this mistake so many times, that now I just check before I leave. When I get home, I check the air in my tires because that's always different too. Yesterday, when I got home, I checked the air. One tire had 40, another had 35, another had 36, and another had 33. No one likes to drop cash on tires but they make it as painless as possible. My tires were old. 10 years. You really need to change at 6 years. I know that but this truck was gifted to me. So one kept getting low. I have a special offroad truck that was given to me so the tires aren't cheap. Santos showed me my options I got the second best because they had 4 in stock. They were a bit cheaper than top of the line but same lifespan same warranty etc. I asked how long to do this on a a Saturday. In and out in 45 min. Today, two of those tires popped from hitting a curb. (Yes, I am an Asian woman, but I swear this is uncharacteristic of my driving.) I had my car towed here using roadside assistance from my car insurance. Went in and had a smooth transaction. Luckily, I was swayed into buying the roadside hazard insurance on the tires. I think it was $9/tire. Today, I only paid $46 for 2 new tires. (I was hesitant to buy the insurance. I swear my reasoning for buying it wasn't because I'm a bad driver. I promise I'm not!) They didn't have the right Michelin tires like their system indicated, so Edgar asked me if I wanted to use Pirellis instead or have them get the right tire. I asked what he personally recommended, and he said that I should get the same tire. I said okay, and he went and got the right tire from another store. Super friendly and helpful.
