Deceitful people. They're juat trying to lie and take people's money. I went in for a tire sensor and ws told all 4 were bad plus i was charged for just the scanning. I told them they need to disclose that charge prior to performing it. I left and went to a different tire shop and juat as i knew only my front right needed replacement. Donnot go there and do not recommend. read more

Came here for an alignment and they messed my car up my car jerks and when I went back to tell them that the car was messed up they said that they didn't do it and my car never did that before I went there! They did a bad alignment on my car! Horrible horrible place! Read reviews first! read more

100 dolares por un cambio de aciete. Solo te roban aqui. 100 dollars for an oil change, people don't come here the people running the shop are only trying to get your money for mediocre work. read more

I used to take my truck to the dealership for oil changes and other maintenance work, but had to wait for hours for a simple oil change, and sometimes had to go back because the work had not been done properly. I have been bringing my vehicles here for more than 10 years for several reasons. I can always rely on their attention to detail, expertise, reasonable price, and customer service. I trust them so much I have referred my family and friends. read more

Terrible place. They broke my wheel pressure sensor fixing a flat. Did not accept responsibility. If you want to pay someone to break your car take it to planet tire. read more

Came into the tire shop a couple of minutes before closing & the lovely gentleman took care of me right then and there! Fixed my tire & I was right back on the road! Very professional & fast service! read more

Worst Ever - And Very Unprofessional We waited to write this but now there is time - had tires put on car - drove 15 miles and one of the tires came off - bounced across the road - cars swerved everywhere to avoid the tire. Significant damage done to our car - wrecker came and towed car back to Planet Tire. They insisted this was not a result of their work - even wrecker driver was surprised as he noted that lug nuts had cracked - appeared to be over tightened. Someone could of been killed as a result of this - again - they had no interest in helping and did not want to be bothered. Incurred towing expense as well as body shop for the damage done to the vehicle. Would never allow them to touch our car again. read more

This place is full of it. They try to convince you that there is a 3 year road hazard warranty on all tires you buy new, but in retrospect they try to play dumb to what a warranty even is. Lindsay tried to tell me that yes I had a 3 year warranty, but when they replace the tire I need to pay $15 for a new warranty because it's a new tire, GTFOH, really, and then the warrantied tire you have to pay $20 for them to put it on the car. No Bueno. read more

Love this place! They have a wide variety on new & used tires plus they do oil changes & alignments. Great customer service.

This place is terrible so the start of the story i just had two new tires put on the back of my car by discount tire and the ones that were on the back were put on the front by discount which were in pefect condition no problem so a couple of weeks later i get a bolt in the front right hand tire went here to get a used tire so for starters i could have went to walmart and got a new one for 48 but instead for convenience i went here and payed 54 for a used one right after buying the used tire notice my car is shaking once i hit 60 mph or higher so basicly they didnt balance it right or balance it at all so i take it back and instead of just taking that tire off and re balancing it they take off the perfectly good back tire switch it to the front and take the shitty tire they sold me and put it on the back then when they tell me the good back tire that i havent had any problems with over the past 3 months has a bent rim and it is cracked and that they can fix it for 100 dollars so long story short this place is a scam and wont own up to their fuck ups and fix the problem like they should read more

Beware of Planet Tire Wheel Alignment. I took my car in for a wheel alignment and after paying, Planet Tire told me they aligned the car but I needed 4 inner and outer Tie Rod. I asked why I wasn't told before Planet Tire's tech started, if repairs were needed. Planet Tire front desk said, I was paying for an "analysis" and they would do an alignment when I get the 4 tire rod fixed. Planet Tire's estimate to replace the 4 inner and outer tie rod was $480. My car tires are all good (not wearing), the car is not pulling to the side. I took my car in for regular maintenance. I will NEVER go back to Planet Tire because I don't believe all 4 tires needs inner and outer tie rods are bad. I will take my car to business with a mechanic and not a technician. read more

This company hides behind it's "No refund policy" to sell sub-par merchandise. I bought used rims and tires from this shop and the very next day I had a flat tire. Two days later, I had another flat tire. I contacted Planet Tire Shop thinking that they valued their customers, but they just told me "We will be happy to sell you new tires." I can't believe LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE this store offers. I do understand that there are no guarantees on used merchandise, but some discounts or exchanges would have been a good way to keep a customer's business. I Will NEVER shop here again and I would advise that anyone thinking about doing so STAY AWAY!!! read more

way too overpriced, careless attitude and horrible work. he literally picked up a valve stem off the ground. installed it with a wire cutters then charged me 10 dollars for it. (i have seen this process many times and i am certain you are not supposed to use wire cutters to pull a valve stem into a rim) then he told me "if you dont like it, ima charge you 10 dollars to take it off" SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!! read more
