After dealing with All Discount Parts for many years, I am surprise of the experience that I am currently having. I purchased a part, it arrived DOA. I have sent numerous emails, and also left phone messages. I have not heard back in either format. So the question is, did Debbie leave the company, and they hired someone to replace her that is incapable of handing the responsibilities? I have also noticed that they are charging a handling fee as well as the overpriced shipping costs. In addition, when placing an order and clicking on the link that provides the shipping cost based on delivery zip code, it doesn't work. The status circle just spins, and spins. If I do not hear from back them within a two day period, I will contact my credit card company and file a dispute. read more

My review is strictly directed to the purchasing experience on the website and not the product itself, as I had to purchase elsewhere. I ordered a replacement armrest [center console lid] for my wife's 2012 Honda Pilot. Because I was traveling out of State and the IP address appeared suspect, possibly due to a VPN because I'm in a hotel placing credit card orders], my transaction was flagged as risky and canceled two days later. In writing to customer service, they stated there's nothing they could [or would do], and that I need to pay with PayPal to ensure they would get paid. While I understand that, my disappointment is that the website offers other payment options that could be more desirable to them. I get it, but this item was a holiday gift; my card was charged, and the refund will take several days. They want me to order and spend the money again, and I'll still miss the shipping window. I do not trust they will do right by me the second time, so I ordered the part directly from Honda, which came out close to the same price, and I'll get it on time. I made the mistake of buying some emblems from this Company. The emblems did not work out and I needed to return the items for a refund. I had to pay to send the parts back certified mail. I ordered floor bed plugs for my Honda Ridgeline on 7/26/2023. They emailed me and said the parts would be in on 8/21/2023. I waited until October to contact them as the parts never came. I called and left messages, and texted them and got their generic message that they were busy with customers or filling orders, they would call me as soon as they could. I tried for over a week asking it they were going to get the parts or if they couldn't I would go elsewhere. They never contacted me, so I went to PayPal and found they had taken money from my PayPal account in July. I opened a complaint in October and PayPal refunded my money the same day. I ordered parts from site and all indications said it was in stock and would be shipped in timely manner. That's why I ordered it from ADP and paid for faster shipping. This was not the case. Got email saying they have to special order part and will be over a week to get in stock before even shipping to me. I chose this place on recommendation online they ship quickly. I could have just had my Acura dealer order the parts instead for the same or less time to receive and saved the ~$10 shipping cost that ADP adds to item. Honestly ~$10 shipping charge is pretty ridiculous for a small switch that weighs practically nothing. ADP need's to update their inventory software or something so that clients can make an informed decision before purchase. Lots of competitor sites show just that and said "not in stock-have to order..." so I knew before any order. read more

A spare tire that was shipped to me by AllDiscount is one that was manufactured in 1988 per the stamp on the sidewall. My tire installer recommended that I not use this 31 year old tire and that I have a new one installed. It is mounted on the wheel now, simply while awaiting a new tire to be delivered to the installer. Luckily, it's the spare, so it's only for emergency use. It is simply not worth the time and effort involved in trying to return this item. I am disappointed with AllDiscount's business model that allows them to profit from selling a 31 year a old tire that constitutes a safety hazard. You may want to question the condition and manufacture date of what you're ordering prior to wasting your money. I thought I was ordering a new tire. Lessons learned. Patrick read more
