After my car had been sitting in another collision center for two and a half weeks (and tons of back and forth), I had it taken to Creative Visions based off a recommendation made by my brother who is a mechanic. The other collision center did not want to work on my car. I called Creative Visions to inform them of my situation and they said they'd take a look at it. Creative Visions provided a quote to the insurance the same day it was towed to them, and they began the repairs the following day. They finished the repairs within four days! They did a great job on the repair and it looks as good as new. They were very communicative and honest about everything. They were in contact with the insurance directly, rather than having me be the middle person. Freddie, the owner, and Tanja, the office manager, were truly a pleasure to work with. They have great customer service skills and made an extremely frustrating and stressful experience much easier. There were a few things wrong with my car: oil light was on, service engine soon light was on, and I had been told (by Gebhardt) that my front right CV boot joint needed to be replaced (back in February). I dropped my car off early Wednesday morning, and will admit that I was a bit sketched out to be taking my car here. I left with a feeling of dread because I was sure they were going to over charge me for everything and I would be out $1000 at least. They didn't call until after 2:00 pm Wednesday afternoon and I was sure they were going to tell me that the axle needed to be replaced instead of just the CV boot joint. Instead I was pleasantly surprised! They called to say that they looked at my car inside and out, and could not find ONE thing wrong with it. The CV joint made no noise while driving it, there were no crack on it at all and they had no idea why I was told it needed to be replaced. He pointed out some other issues (power steering would need to be flushed at next oil change, the belts are starting to show some very fine cracks etc) but his recommendation was that there was nothing wrong with my car. He couldn't find 1 thing to work on (besides changing my oil). While I was hesitant at first, German Auto has won my business in Boulder.
