we had an appointment today with DISH technician to be here between eight and 12. After 130 we finally got notified he was not coming. So we spent the morning at bound at home waiting on someone who didn't even tell us they weren't coming until after it was time for them to come. I just made a new appointment. But I'm talking to a computer and I have no assurance that this next appointment between eight and 12 is gonna happen anywhere near that time or within that time. I don't know about you but talking to a computer that has a scripted conversation is not what I call Service. I'll be looking for an alternative to DISH now read more

I had a STAP voucher and didn't know what to do with it. I found a list of vendors and contacted each one, and All Digital was the first to respond -- and I'm so glad they did. My bedroom TV would not turn on and I had serious TV plans for the evening. I called Andrew with Dish. He had me try several adjustments to the TV and dish box but nothing worked. I can only tell you that these folks are nothing short of spectacular. They installed new DirecTV, Vonage telephone, and Time Warner Internet for us a couple years ago. We made the change because Time Warner refused to provide any updated cable or Internet equipment and was charging us double what new customers were being charged. At my renewal period this year Clara from All digital called me and reminded me that the introductory pricing was going to go up significantly. She looked at different vendors and showed me how we could renew at the introductory prices which would save me over $100 a month just on cable. Since changing the services over is always a huge pain I was reluctant to do anything. My wife works from home and needs access to the Internet and quite frankly I don't like being without TV for long periods. Clara reminded me that she would schedule the installations as quickly as possible after the service was disconnected. She honored her words and we are 100% satisfied. We would without reservation recommend Clara and All Digital to anyone looking for new Cable, Internet, or phone services. My external hard drive went bad so I took it here for data recovery. Owners Steven and Clara were very helpful in explaining the process. When I was told the wait would be about 2 weeks, I hesitated and considered going elsewhere. Steven graciously waived the $50 rush charge to get started on it the next day! Unfortunately the data recovery was unsuccessful (though they tried 2 different methods). Robert took a lot of time to explain more involved solutions that would need to be done elsewhere and gave me a pamphlet with information. Impressed with the service and care I was getting, I asked them to install an external hard dive (originally reserved for the data recovery/transfer I hoped would happen) in my wife's computer. For only the cost of parts, Nathan worked almost 1.5 hours AFTER CLOSING to configure the drive, troubleshoot cabling problems, partitioning, etc to finally get the system running perfectly. He then spent about a half hour explaining how they could save us about $70/mo over our cable service via satellite service that they sell. We will be doing more business with them soon! I could not be more impressed with Alldigital. I would give these folks 10 stars if I could! You just don't get this level of service anymore. And at fair prices to boot. We could not have had a better experience while working with Clara. She was in contact throughout the entire via email and phone when a question came up. My main desktop computer wouldn't boot, so after spending several days trying to fix it, I finally gave up and decided to try AllDigital which is across the street from where I work. Clara at the front desk was very friendly and took my information very promptly and set up the repair to my computer. I explained the problem (wouldn't boot because my MBR was missing and no OS was found by my repair disk) and left my computer for them to work on. They called me when it was done and I took it home and now it is working like new! Robert (the tech) did a great job and explained what he found and what he did in laymans terms and I am completely satisfied with everyone at Alldigital. They are all friendly, very competent and best of all their charges are very reasonable. I will always return to them if I have any trouble in the future. I will only say that this is only one star because i cant use a negative star. This was infact the worst experience that i ever had with a company from day one. The first thing was choosing the "Pacaged right for you" as soon as i got i notice that halh my reuest was unavailable and to get that i would need to go on a premium and i am not saying like sports channel just a simple exeemple a trsvel channel that i used to love to get that i will need to upgrade twice as much! The sales person stated that because i am AT&T customer i would get a $10 monthly discount (October 12th,2016 when the promotion it is expired since July 16th,2016), the hidden fees it is understatment everyday i receive another information that will charge me extra , the "benefit of combine acounts with direct TV and AT&T" it is a houax nothing is easy to do I call direct Tv they send me to AT&T and i have been transfer to several places and departments and no one knows how to complete and the last was asking me for my SSN to run my credit for the fourth time to create a newer account (this in 3 days), the euipment it is not as friendly and my Tv recording it's all very limited now, the connection is very poor trust me all it does need to happen is a gentl wind blow ( my first day it was out of service for over one hour), I will need to deal with this for the next 2 years ... at this point i am scared to even request any changing for exemple to remove the HBO, showtime and cinemax in 3 moths because than i will need to probably reasign for another 2 years. From someone that had Dish this is such a poor experience and now i am even reconsidering my account with the AT&T as well if i did not bind myself with them as well for the next 2 years automatically as another hiden information.
