I called to inquire if Kinetisys could install an ethernet cable from our office through the attic to our living room for our Apple TV, as Wifi was unreliable for us. After explaining our situation, the person I talked to said they were booked until mid-January and then suggested a TPLink Deco mesh system for our application. He said he thought that would solve our problem for less money and also said they're on sale now. I immediately bought the system he suggested on Amazon, and it was delivered the same day. I have a 6 year old laptop. I wanted to replace the network card as it is limited to 100 Mb. I wanted to run a 1 Gb network. I thought it was a simple matter to swap out the wireless cards. These guys are great. They have fixed our computers, performed a full recovery on a crashed computer, fixed our internet and network problems over the last few years. We recently had a internet/network connection problem, we called after hours to set an appointment for the morning. I have known about this business for years. Kept their number in case I had a problem with my computer. Well, it finally happened - my hard drive crashed. Sure enough it was the best thing I could do to take my computer to Kinetisys. They were able to give me a new hard drive and luckily I did have some backup, so I didn't lose much.
