But, there was always that funny feeling you get when you talk to a salesperson. Dale was different, he did not push anything, he just laid out what his company provided and how it would help in my situation. We decided on the system I needed and set an installation date. On that date, to the minute the crew arrived, Adam and Eli. Introduced themselves, asked if I had questions or concerns, looked over the area where the system was to be installed then they unpacked their gear and set up a couple of work stations. From there it was a well oiled machine, a couple of professionals that knew their job and got too it. in no time at all things were taking shape and in a bit over two hours the job was complete, the units looked great and were working great. The area was spotless, the guys were packed up and ready to get to the next job of the day. My home now has clear, clean water at ever facuat. Rented a water cooler from Primo Water Corporation / ReadyRefresh for 35 months…read more Started at $5/month, which later increased to $11/month. Total paid: $385 for a unit that retails for around $200. When I moved, I was offered a "discounted" buyout of $182, then $100. After already paying nearly double the value of the unit, this does not feel reasonable. The agreement may technically allow this structure, but there is no transparency around how rental payments relate to ownership or total cost over time. I requested either a fair buyout (~$50) or return with no additional fees. Waiting to see how this is resolved. Consumers should understand that long-term rental costs can significantly exceed the value of the equipment, with no path to ownership.

This wasn't a standard install -- we had specific ideas, and Turf Monsters listened and delivered exactly what we had in mind. Communication was excellent throughout. They showed up exactly when they said they would and got everything done quickly without cutting corners. The finished result for our shot put deck/area is something our coaches, athletes, and Mountain Ridge community can be proud of. They were also very competitive on pricing. As a real estate broker, I have seen the aftermath of many not-so-great companies. They have now moved to the top of my referral list. I had a very disappointing experience with this company and would strongly caution others before…read morehiring them. I paid to have brand new turf installed because I was told my existing turf needed to be replaced due to visible seams. After the job was completed, the new turf still has seams, which defeats the entire reason I agreed to replace it in the first place. I also paid for a completely new irrigation system, but it appears that it was never actually replaced. Many of the sprinklers still have the same old sprinkler heads and tops, yet the company insists the system was replaced. The visible evidence suggests otherwise. Additionally, I paid for repairs to my fire pit, and within three days the structure was already cracked again. The professionalism on-site was also lacking. During the job, the crew took a break for about an hour sitting on our personal lawn chairs and didn't even bother to put them back, and they left trash and debris behind when they finished. What's most frustrating is that I've reached out multiple times to have these issues addressed, and each time I've been pushed aside, given excuses, or told things that simply aren't true. At this point I feel like I paid a significant amount of money for work that was not completed as promised and was poorly executed. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to others. Update. The owner has informed us that we will be receiving a refund that should have arrived today. If course it did not arrive, not is he answering any attempts to reconcile. This shows how crooked he is.
