You hand me an Aquafina, Dasani, Arrowhead, glass of tap...I will literally chose dehydration. For close to 17 years I was a Sparkletts customer and it was the only water I would drink. Recently they were bought out by Primo and I could tell immediately. I tried to power through thinking it was just in my head. Hoping they just changed the bottles. Nope. I was the water. Horrible. I can't even describe it? Metallic toxic waste? Bitter chemical fish? Bring on the dehydration. I spoke with our delivery guy on our last service day and he told me the water was the same. Yeah, no. I told him it absolutely was not. He then told me what I was tasting was the BPA from the bottles. WHAT THE ACTUAL FRICK. I immediately went inside and started researching other companies. It was time to break up with Sparkletts. I came across Same Day Water and read through all the reviews. I could tell who the fellow water snobs were and I liked what I saw. I visited the website and gathered more information before calling to inquire about switching services. I spoke with Michael and he was very knowledgeable about his company and his product. He patiently answered all my neurotic questions about BPA's (their bottles and equipment don't contain them), they don't add any weird tasting minerals to their water, no delivery fees, purified reverse osmosis. Everything I was looking for. We chatted about how to proceed and I hung up with him and called Sparkletts to close my account. Setting up an account with Same Day Water was incredibly easy, and a couple days later I had a new water cooler and the most fantastic water I've had here in Arizona. The delivery guy was super nice and VERY considerate. I say this because we have grass in our front yard and he walked all the way around to my driveway to avoid walking in the grass. Let me tell you, the Sparkletts guy wheeled his water dolly across my lawn later that day. Same Day Delivery guy even set up my new, out of box water cooler for us. If you've made it this far I know you're serious about your water! You won't regret switching. The price is extremely reasonable( $8.50 per bottle compared to Sparkletts at $13.00 something per bottle), the customer service is fantastic, and the water...the water is QUALITY. ZERO taste. The water tastes so good and after reading what is in the Casa Grande swamp water I had to do something.My only regret is that I did not order this decades ago....I am over the moon with my new water service. The customer service is remarkable and extremely friendly...the opposite of Arizona water who continually deny what is in my water and why it tastes so awful. When I did a zip code check of what IS in my local water I stayed up all night terrified of what I was drinking and did hours of research. I can now sleep at night knowing that what I am drinking wont kill me. There is no downside from my choice of using Rainbow Water & Ice. I get it delivered to my door and those five gallon jugs are HEAVY!!! The containers are cleaned thoughly, you pay no more than the water you would buy in the store, you dont have to recyclable or even use those terrible bottles but you can refill them with this great tasting water. I did all the research. Yes you may save a dollar at walmart but toting 200 lbs of water home is not fun. And when was the last time you got anything high quality at Walmart?

Not sent via email and no notification of a change. You can't send your notifications via email in an attachment... especially when you charge $6 per paper invoice if I wanted to get it mailed to me every 2 weeks! Literally putting a big billing update in the first page of an invoice, and then today sneaking in another price increase on the THIRD page of an invoice - literally changes the pages of invoices you put messages and not being transparent. I thought y'all were better than ReadyRefresh, but you're not. All scam artists. The only reason you get 2 stars out of 1 star is because even though you overdeliver and overcharge, you're still scamming me slightly less than ReadyRefresh - and that's not saying much

Extremely Poor Service & Cancellation Nightmare…read more This company has been a headache from the start. When we first signed up, we were supposed to receive 4 bottles per delivery. Over time, the delivery drivers started leaving extra bottles without permission--meaning extra charges I never agreed to. Within a few months I somehow ended up with 6 bottles. I eventually canceled the delivery service completely, kept the fridge unit, and we refilled the bottles ourselves. Fast-forward to this month: we installed a home filtration system and I called on Nov. 14 to fully cancel the account and schedule a pickup. I was told cancellation would take 10 business days and the pickup date would be Nov. 24. Then on Nov. 17, someone randomly showed up to pick everything up with no call, no notice, nothing. We weren't home, so they took the 6 jugs but obviously couldn't access the cooler inside. Frustrating, but I called and was told it was "because they were in the area." Fine. I was still told the official pickup would be Nov. 24. Today, Nov. 24, I set the cooler out early on the patio to make sure they could grab it. By 1pm, no one had come by. I called again, and was told the driver "missed the pickup" or was running late--so the next pickup is now Dec. 1. Again, no call, no update, nothing. And when I asked about dropping it off myself, I was told it takes 24-48 hours just to put in the request... unreal. This entire process has been unprofessional, disorganized, and unnecessarily difficult. From being overcharged with unapproved extra bottles to the endless runaround just to return their own equipment, it has been one problem after another. I genuinely regret signing up with this company and will be sharing my experience so others know what they're getting into. No customer should have to fight this hard to simply cancel a service and return equipment.
