Its like I have a butler to have my coffee ready, boullion made and what is going to be the best is COLD water in the summer. I havent had that in thirteen years. The water tastes so good and after reading what is in the Casa Grande swamp water I had to do something.My only regret is that I did not order this decades ago....I am over the moon with my new water service. The customer service is remarkable and extremely friendly...the opposite of Arizona water who continually deny what is in my water and why it tastes so awful. When I did a zip code check of what IS in my local water I stayed up all night terrified of what I was drinking and did hours of research. I can now sleep at night knowing that what I am drinking wont kill me. There is no downside from my choice of using Rainbow Water & Ice. I get it delivered to my door and those five gallon jugs are HEAVY!!! The containers are cleaned thoughly, you pay no more than the water you would buy in the store, you dont have to recyclable or even use those terrible bottles but you can refill them with this great tasting water. I did all the research. Yes you may save a dollar at walmart but toting 200 lbs of water home is not fun. And when was the last time you got anything high quality at Walmart?

You hand me an Aquafina, Dasani, Arrowhead, glass of tap...I will literally chose dehydration. For close to 17 years I was a Sparkletts customer and it was the only water I would drink. Recently they were bought out by Primo and I could tell immediately. I tried to power through thinking it was just in my head. Hoping they just changed the bottles. Nope. I was the water. Horrible. I can't even describe it? Metallic toxic waste? Bitter chemical fish? Bring on the dehydration. I spoke with our delivery guy on our last service day and he told me the water was the same. Yeah, no. I told him it absolutely was not. He then told me what I was tasting was the BPA from the bottles. WHAT THE ACTUAL FRICK. I immediately went inside and started researching other companies. It was time to break up with Sparkletts. I came across Same Day Water and read through all the reviews. I could tell who the fellow water snobs were and I liked what I saw. I visited the website and gathered more information before calling to inquire about switching services. I spoke with Michael and he was very knowledgeable about his company and his product. He patiently answered all my neurotic questions about BPA's (their bottles and equipment don't contain them), they don't add any weird tasting minerals to their water, no delivery fees, purified reverse osmosis. Everything I was looking for. We chatted about how to proceed and I hung up with him and called Sparkletts to close my account. Setting up an account with Same Day Water was incredibly easy, and a couple days later I had a new water cooler and the most fantastic water I've had here in Arizona. The delivery guy was super nice and VERY considerate. I say this because we have grass in our front yard and he walked all the way around to my driveway to avoid walking in the grass. Let me tell you, the Sparkletts guy wheeled his water dolly across my lawn later that day. Same Day Delivery guy even set up my new, out of box water cooler for us. If you've made it this far I know you're serious about your water! You won't regret switching. The price is extremely reasonable( $8.50 per bottle compared to Sparkletts at $13.00 something per bottle), the customer service is fantastic, and the water...the water is QUALITY. ZERO taste. Zero smell. Crystal cooool.

They understood my delivery location and what I was looking for and even why I was switching water companies. Everything was nice, easy, and pleasant - up until 23 minutes before my delivery window was to close. At 4:37 pm I received a text message letting me know that they were sorry to have to inform me that the driver stopped by and decided that the delivery might be too challenging..... to which I had to ask what was challenging about using 1 of 3 elevators and a hand truck to deliver (clearly using one in your picture on your website)... no response. I tried to call the office and got an automated message letting me know that I had reached them after hours (they close the office at 330pm Monday- Friday). Eventually the owner(?) Clay reached out to me with a "solution" .... They wanted to leave the water bottles at the bottom of the stairs and have me deliver them to myself.... (Still charging me the extra delivery fee for apartment delivery) - in this same message he blamed the lack of response earlier in the day on his office staff - citing he asked them if they followed up with me. No thanks... it's clear this small family owned company can't accept new customers and can barely service the ones they have. You can honor your promises as a small business owner even, that says more to me than any review ever could. I'm thinking that I likely dodged a bullet with this one, but wanted everyone else to have the opportunity to make an informed decision.

In my case I ran out of water early because I didn't know how much to order the first time. I asked if I could get an extra delivery and had upped my order to 3 bottles instead of two. I was told I would have to have all 3 empty bottles out in order to get 3 filled waters. That means all bottles would be empty on delivery day. Which means you are out completely out of water at that point. I don't see how this would work for anyone. Seemingly you might be out of water for as long as two weeks and if you are not there to put it out, it could be a month. I decided this wasn' t going to work for me, for this was my vacation home and I'm not there full time. I had to take my empty bottles and fill them myself. So on delivery day, I wasn't there and both bottles had been filled by me and they were inside my house. So no delivery at all. The whole reason I did this was so I would not have to lift heavy bottles at my age. My only option was to cancel my account. So I asked if they could just charge me a reasonable price for the empty bottles. There answer was 20.00 dollars a bottle. Which is a ridiculous price as I can buy them at Walmart for 13.00. They weren't willing to work with me at all. Why should you have to get to completely empty before you can get the same amount delivered. I used to have Sparklets, they were very accommodating to your needs but I was told they don't deliver to my address in Earp Ca. I'm 72. The whole reason I did this was lifting heavy water bottles was very difficult. On my first order I asked several times to deliver to my back porch, so I wouldn't have to lift the heavy bottles from the front porch to the back porch. They totally messed up the delivery and put everything on the front porch. 2 heavy 5 gallon jugs and 2, 24 case waters. I had to get a dolly to move everything from front to back. Up and down stairs. They would not come back and move them. In short really bad customer service and the girl on the phone could care less about helping with any of this, and seemed a bit annoyed that I was even asking . So much for family owned. I don't usually review on Yelp but maybe they will improve their customer service for others in the future. YOU CANT WAIT TILL YOU HAVE COMPLETELY EMPTY BEFORE YOU GET NEW, HELLO. After posting this review, I got a text message from the girl on the phone who proceeded to try and make me feel bad for my review by bringing the assassination of Charley Kirk into it. No apologies for any issues I had with them. No mention of talking to their family about these unreachable delivery options. This is extremely unprofessional. I cannot recommend them. I'm tired of no one cares about good service any more. In reading other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who doesn't agree you should have to put out all your water bottles in order to get the same delivered. When you still have a full or partial full bottle in your water cooler machine. Apparently they just don't get this! The whole reason we have water delivered is to have water at all times. This makes no sense.

Customer service has been no help whatsoever. I've had to go through four different representatives, repeating myself each time, and still received no real resolution. A technician was scheduled to come replace the equipment and never showed up--no call, no follow-up. When I finally got a new appointment, they pushed it all the way out to April, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances. In the meantime, I've gone through two of my own 5-gallon jugs trying to work around this issue. I expected better service, accountability, and urgency from a company that provides drinking water. I'm now requesting a full refund and will likely be switching providers. If you're looking for reliability and decent customer support, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Periodically, we also procure as needed their high-alkalinity water in bulk, which is really great for carpet cleaning...it produces amazing cleaning results using a minimum of shampoo chemicals, and leaves a zero-residue result in the carpet fibers, without damaging the material. They periodically sell fresh-popped kettle corn, and have hand-dipped ice cream cones available. And I observed that they offer for sale home water treatment systems (don't know if they perform installation).

I love to support small businesses, especially veteran businesses, but every time I come in there, there is one or two teenagers working and no one greets you or asks if you need help. I am usually in there when it is a slow part of the day. There's just no initiative taken by anybody, and it's really just sad.
