Charges for delivery excessive. Delivered Arrowhead water last week which was never ordered. Contacting them a real hassle. Left email messages but company won't contact for 5-7 business days. Customer service comparable to pony express. read more

I've been a customer for a while, but my recent experience has been beyond frustrating. Since my last equipment delivery on March 14th, the water has had a strong plastic taste and is completely undrinkable. I've been without usable water for nearly 10 days now. Customer service has been no help whatsoever. I've had to go through four different representatives, repeating myself each time, and still received no real resolution. A technician was scheduled to come replace the equipment and never showed up--no call, no follow-up. When I finally got a new appointment, they pushed it all the way out to April, which is completely unacceptable given the circumstances. In the meantime, I've gone through two of my own 5-gallon jugs trying to work around this issue. I expected better service, accountability, and urgency from a company that provides drinking water. I'm now requesting a full refund and will likely be switching providers. If you're looking for reliability and decent customer support, I suggest looking elsewhere. read more

I had bottles returned 3 of the glass ones, still haven't gotten a refund for them120. Have called several time have pictures of the bottles that are set out that they picked up. Also have Eric from sparkles water said to leave the water bottles out Friday. This is still not resolved since 7/24/24. Spoke with a guy Named Kevin 10/27/25 said they would send a check refund in 10 business days. Did not get it had to call again , told them I did not get the check there still looking into it I said I have pic and text and voices message proving they were picked up. She said she did not want them. read more

I am tired of sparklets missing my delivery's .I decided to go with them because it seemed easier. However I think getting my own work at costco is more reliable. They missed my delivery 2 times . They don't seem to care about their customers. I don't recommend the company. It's not cheap and poor customer service. read more

I am very glad that I found Sparkletts four years ago. I have hard, well water full of minerals and who knows what in the aquifer. I was sometimes sick from the well water. I use Sparkletts for cooking, humans and pets. I have had the service for four years and not been sick since. Deliveries arrive on time and are left just outside my front door. The driver did call once or twice that he was delayed which I appreciate. I had a leaky bottle that was replaced quickly. I went on vacation and was able to stop and restart delivery on the website without any problems. A small billing issue was resolved over the phone. The person I spoke with was polite and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. The website is simple to use, and I am able to access my bill easily. I love the water and have not had any issues with the bottles although when the bottles are newer, they sometimes have a plastic smell. I don't taste it in the water, but I smell it on the bottles. I don't have a water bill because of my well but the cost for Sparkletts is far less than city water. Overall, I think the service is great. read more

Three days after I spent much time researching Sparkletts water delivery to our town and filling out many pages of online forms, I received a brief email saying they don't deliver to our area, although they drive right past us to a town just east of us. The first thing you must fill out on their website is your zip code, which indicates they deliver to us. It was only AFTER they captured all my data and credit card info they belatedly notified me it was a no go. We wasted about three hours and several days waiting on this fiasco and must now start all over. I am so BLOODY SICK of companies pulling these kind of online shenanigans. They grab all our data and then refuse to serve us. The owners and management of Sparkletts should be ashamed of themselves for pulling this kind of crap. Customer service doesn't exist anymore. Corporations are only interested in serving their best interests and screw the customer. read more

HORRRIBBBBBLE. If you're looking for a water service that postpones your scheduled delivery the day-of (with no warning) 5+ days in a row, drops your water off at the wrong house, doesn't pick up the empty gallons, and charges you for equipment you don't even have... all with NO accountability, solutions, or answers - this is the company for you :) I never spend the time to write negative reviews because I understand in business, sometimes unexpected things happen/ you fall short, but this has gotten so out of control, so here I am writing a review So much has happened with this company, I don't even have time to write it all, so I will just keep it to a few main points. They are constantly messing up my orders, whether it's dropping off the wrong number of bottles, dropping them off at the wrong door, leaving without picking up the empty jugs, or constantly changing the delivery date, AND missing my delivery dates. Most recently, my water was supposed to be here a week ago (last Wednesday). The day before my original scheduled delivery date (last Tuesday), I got a call saying it will be delivered the following day (like normal) - but this is an automatic pre-recorded call that goes out, whether or not they ACTUALLY intend on delivering your water. Wednesday - no water. Thursday - no water. Friday - no water..... I call them on Monday because at this point I still don't have water and I've had to go to the grocery store to buy water (this is the 3rd or 4th time I've had to do this because of them randomly missing deliveries or messing up my order) The woman on the phone had no answers other than they are "short staffed" - a problem I have heard about every time I've called after missed deliveries. She said she would call the banch manager and put me on hold. She then "called him" (who knows if she actually did) and then told me he promised my water will be delivered the next morning. Well what do you know... the next morning came and still NO WATER and NO EXPLANATION. If you are short-staffed (and apparently have been for months), you should know in advance what the drivers' routes look like, and whether or not you will be able to make your deliveries. There's no way they wake up and it's a surprise every morning how many houses they get to. Yet it's a surprise to me every morning. So...where is the communication around this??? Where is the accountability??? Last time they missed our delivery date by 3 days, I called them and had to press them to let me talk to a manager. Once I did, he was not helpful at all, took no accountability, and offered 0 solutions. I had my boyfriend talk to him and basically demand they do something to make it right to retain our services. He pushed back but finally, he said "we don't usually give credits but we can give you a credit for 2 jugs" I mean really?? A credit for 2 jugs and you're going to do it with resistance and unwillingly? When YOU are the once who messed up? There is nothing worse than dealing with a company with customer service that doesn't give an f about making things right. Absolute trash. Also, when on the phone, I also discovered that for the last year, they have been charging me equipment I don't have, so now they owe me over $200... You invest in a service like this for CONVENIENCE. And this company has been anything BUT convenient... quite the opposite actually, because I am constantly calling about issues that never even get resolved, and on top of it, don't even get the water I am paying for. This company is an absolute joke. I should have cancelled when I saw the first red flags. As soon as I get my refund (assuming I even get it without having to call them again and chase them for it), I am cancelling and never looking back. read more

First off, the delivery drivers are always great so I leave this review reluctantly. I've been a customer for years, and the customer service is deplorable at this point. They will confirm delivery the day before and you can expect that at some point in the life of your account, you will go outside at 8pm and the empty bottles you placed have not been picked up and replaced with the scheduled delivery. This is REALLY confusing because their system still indicates that your delivery is arriving "as scheduled". If this happened rarely it wouldn't be worth mentioning but it's a regular occurence and the communication system/service will not let you know they aren't delivering until closer to midnight. I also can't even log-in to my account. So I called customer service and after about 20 min of research the customer service rep was able to explain that my account locked because it is suspended, and in order to get the suspension lifted I needed to log-in to their website and make a payment. WOW! After that wonderful conversation, I was transfered to a supervisor who was happy to have me cancel my service to end the conversation. If you care about customer service you have multiple options in the valley. Don't play yourself. If the company cares about customer service then it isn't reflected in their customer service. read more

I had sparklett delivery for 2 years now to my Casita. The cost is high for this service so you would think the service should be great! Out of the blue I am now told they will no longer deliver to my house I am told it was because I have a dog And they have to deliver behind fence to my front door. Now, mind you, I have had a dog the entire 2 years that delivered to me, and there has NEVER BEEN an issue as I work from home to assure the dog is not outside! Also, for the life of me COULDN'T get the driver to place the water jugs on my stoop! I kept having water bottles get cracked on the bottom from the rocks. I tried placing signs, as well as putting empty bottles on stoop for pick up. I think the issue was I caught the driver on delivery day as he was leaving my back yard and asked him to move bottles to stoop, and he didn't like that. Last 2 delivery times, he put water at door to main house where other people reside. When I called to complain I was told it's because I have a dog. Can someone tell me why he came in the backyard( if afraid of dog) to collect the empty bottles but left new ones at wrong door! But then claims he won't do it because we have a dog??? I also requested a different driver and was told no, they were just going to cancel my account! Diana Mesa Az read more

I have literally never been one to leave a review (people say all the time) but I get it now! I'm fed up at this point! I let them get me back the last time. Only to do it again and again and again. The other reviews are spot on! I haven't had my water delivered for over a month and a half. And this last one (today) I received no notice. I am convinced they don't care and that's okay just say that. Please don't send some automated apology! read more

This water company doesn't even deserve a 1. I've been with this company for years. Got a new delivery driver after years. This new driver dropped my 5 bottles of water and a different house. I called the company when I got home and sent them a picture of my 5 water bottles still out side empty. They sent me a bill saying it was delivered. I told them I didn't even receive the water and they said they would check into it. This was last year and I questioned it 3 times and I got another answer saying they they did. The bill they sent was from 7/23/23. Not even last years bill. Stay clear all. read more

To bad that I have to give 1 star. They deserve negative stars... I started this service almost 3 years ago and they started off great but as time went on miss deliveries, started to charge a delivery fee of $8 without notice. I was renting their water cooler dispenser and call them to let them know that it was not working properly they delivered another one the next day. I had to call them back to tell them that it was not working properly and I had to wait 5 days for them to come back out. The customer service was very nasty. So I canceled my service. SAVE your money and stay away... It is certainly worth getting your own water.... for what they charged for 1 5 gallon and deliveries, I can get 11 5 gallon water jug filled. read more

Worse company ever always add orders of water when I didn't order anything. And always skip orders but charge me for it. It's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone thru phone or email. No response ever. I rather have to carry the 5 gallon bottle myself from the store than to ever purchase anything from this company !!! read more

Sparklettes has missed my delivery for two months now. I've been using them for 5 years and the last two years have been such a nightmare trying to figure out if they will come or not come. Calling to cancel is a 4 hour ordeal and takes several calls. Sucks, Sucks, Sucks, Sparkletts is the worst ever! I ordered water service from them 3 weeks ago and it has never been delivered even though they swore that it would be delivered on on 10/25 between 8 and 12. I came outside my house this morning and found a water dispenser and 3 bottles of water dumped on my porch. I had a text telling me that it was here. No, I want nothing to do with them. I can already see that I would be battling with them to get bottles every month. Forget it, I wish I could give them less than 1 star read more

Terrible customer service. No follow through on delivery and service promises. No updates when shipments are going to be delayed. We had a faulty water cooler leak an entire jug of water onto our floor and they've been promising a replacement to be delivered for days. read more

Have been getting Sparkletts Water for years both at home and work, and it is my favorite drinking water. However, over the last few months there have been delivery issues, and equipment issues. I am now 2 days overdue with getting the water delivered, and have called the customer service line several times. They state that they are sending messages to the delivery driver and route manager, and someone will give me a call, but I never hear from anyone. Is this due to the Primo change... who knows. But it certainly looks like I will need to find a new service. Too bad for such an old company :( read more

They have horrible service. The water cooler I have started leaking so I called them to inform them and ask them what could be done. They asked me to place the cooler outside my apartment for a no-contact replacement. Come to find out, they didn't replace it, so I called them again and they gave me a new date and guess what it still wasn't replaced. Upon my 3rd call they finally replaced it, however, I was delivered a very old and dirty, insanitary water cooler. It is purely disgusting. So, I call them again and inform them of the problem. They apologize and said they'd replace it. The replacement didn't happen again on the scheduled date. Since then I have called them 5-6 times because they keep missing their replacement deliveries and the matter has been escalated according to them to the management. But, nothing has happened. This is so annoying. I have to keep buying plastic water bottles and these guys have no shame. They keep canceling the replacement and refuse to take any responsibility. Worst experience ever. There need to be some consequences. It has been almost 2 months and no resolution. read more

If I could do 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Waited over 2 hours to talk to customer service.

Worst company I have ever worked with in my entire life!!! Every time I update my order to a different bottle amount it go's crazy and like doubles it or halves it. Every time I call to verbally confirm an order, I experience the worst customer service of my life!! Seriously, for your own sanity, don't use this company. read more
