You hand me an Aquafina, Dasani, Arrowhead, glass of tap...I will literally chose dehydration. For close to 17 years I was a Sparkletts customer and it was the only water I would drink. Recently they were bought out by Primo and I could tell immediately. I tried to power through thinking it was just in my head. Hoping they just changed the bottles. Nope. I was the water. Horrible. I can't even describe it? Metallic toxic waste? Bitter chemical fish? Bring on the dehydration. I spoke with our delivery guy on our last service day and he told me the water was the same. Yeah, no. I told him it absolutely was not. He then told me what I was tasting was the BPA from the bottles. WHAT THE ACTUAL FRICK. I immediately went inside and started researching other companies. It was time to break up with Sparkletts. I came across Same Day Water and read through all the reviews. I could tell who the fellow water snobs were and I liked what I saw. I visited the website and gathered more information before calling to inquire about switching services. I spoke with Michael and he was very knowledgeable about his company and his product. He patiently answered all my neurotic questions about BPA's (their bottles and equipment don't contain them), they don't add any weird tasting minerals to their water, no delivery fees, purified reverse osmosis. Everything I was looking for. We chatted about how to proceed and I hung up with him and called Sparkletts to close my account. Setting up an account with Same Day Water was incredibly easy, and a couple days later I had a new water cooler and the most fantastic water I've had here in Arizona. The delivery guy was super nice and VERY considerate. I say this because we have grass in our front yard and he walked all the way around to my driveway to avoid walking in the grass. Let me tell you, the Sparkletts guy wheeled his water dolly across my lawn later that day. Same Day Delivery guy even set up my new, out of box water cooler for us. If you've made it this far I know you're serious about your water! You won't regret switching. The price is extremely reasonable( $8.50 per bottle compared to Sparkletts at $13.00 something per bottle), the customer service is fantastic, and the water...the water is QUALITY. ZERO taste. However, I want to share the issues I experienced. I chose this company because the previous homeowner used them, and I assumed they were familiar with my septic system. Not knowing much about septic maintenance, I asked for guidance after buying my home and was advised to have the tank serviced. That visit cost over $XX. Three years later, I called again and repeatedly asked if they knew the exact size of my tank. The representative told me, "Based on the size of your home and the number of people, it's 1500 gallons." I trusted that information and scheduled the service. The driver also confirmed 1500 gallons, and the final bill was over $DOUBLE. When I questioned the price, I was told it was due to inflation and because they pumped a "1500-gallon tank." Later, I obtained official county records showing my septic tank is actually 900 gallons. When I called to ask why I was charged $600, I was told again that my tank was 1500 gallons. I corrected the representative, but instead of acknowledging the mismatch, they insisted their information was accurate even after I explained I had official documents. I was then told a manager would call me back. This is concerning. I was given incorrect information multiple times, even though this company has supposedly serviced this tank for nearly a decade. I don't know if this was an honest mistake or something else, but the result is that I feel overcharged and misled. I am still waiting for a proper resolution. As mentioned at the start, the service itself was fine. The problem is the repeated misinformation about the tank size and the charges based on that incorrect information. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

He showed up and was able to quickly identify the issue I was having. He was very informative and personable! They were able quickly fix the misting system and add a cool new feature. This company was exceptional. I spoke with their Salesmanager manager. I think his name was Jamison. He was seriously patient walked me through the whole process the education about what the system would do and their price was by far the best not even close. One guy quoted me $11,000 and I got this project done for around $2500.. These guys are really seriously fair. They price correctly and they did a great job the plumber that came over to install it Jacob seriously friendly looked at a couple of other issues I had. I'm just really thankful now that I have a plumber that I can add to my list of trusted vendors. I don't know why Yelp doesn't have more of their reviews. If you look on Google they have tons of five star reviews. This is absolutely the company anybody should use if they have plumbing issues and especially if they need a water filtration system.
